IF YOU ARE THINKING PRIVACY IS IMPORTANT, THEN DO NOT PREFER THIS HOTEL Hotel is good and staff are very friendly and very polite but safety and privacy are very important than anything else. Once you will go out for city visit, immediately They will open your room with master key. If you question about this, they will tell you that it is their routine cleaning procedure When we are in our room no one came for cleaning, but After 12:30 we gone for lunch, they opened my room and rearranged my bags and dresses, when we came back be found that all the items are not in the same location where we kept. We afraid about our cash and gold ornaments which we kept in the bag. But honestly they not touch the money. So next day I was placed DND door but after that also they opened my room. They are honest or not, this type of active make customer unsecured This hotel have only three car parking. On MakeMyTrip mention that car parking available. When we reach here they ask us to park on road . After long argument, they park my car Food. Do not select South Indian food Breakfast are disaster better avoid. Staffs are very polite and friendly but that doesn't match with management policy of intruding to customise privacy.

No separate parking lot, only one or two cars can be parked just in front of the Hotel, road side. Though wifi was there but you can't connect it with the password provided by them...

We stayed in this hotel for a day and the staff is very polite, service was excellent, the breakfast spread was amazing both quality and quantity wise. We ordered sabz bagicha handi for dinner, and it had a unique taste. Hence, everything in their menu is worth trying.The hotel is value for money and we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

I really liked this hotel.Price is little higher than other place of varanasi like godwaliya but if we compare with facility price is good.Room service is very good.resturant facility available in this hotel.food is tasty but if you compare with the price the amount is somewhat less.

Its a very good and mid budget hotel with great service and rooms. Breakfast having plenty of varieties. Staff also very good and polite. Hotel located at mahmoorganj road which is accesible by public transport or shuttle autos and its near to Railway station.

The most unsafe and risky hotel of Varanasi. I have traveled all over India but have not found such horrible Hotel in my life. Last week I stayed for 2 days in this hotel and I got loss of Rs. 20,000 (Twenty thousand) and the Hotel management reply was " SORRY ". They should hang a board " Apne Samaan ki Suraksha Swayam Kare " If anyone wants to stay in this Hotel then be prepared for your own safety.

This is good option in varanasi. Not so great but good breakfast and food options available. I liked the location as areas near ghar are very crowded and noisy so I would avoid those areas . From this hotel, it's 100 rs via auto to reach near Kashi temple.

Very good hotel in a prime location in Varanasi. Rooms are well maintained, decorated & specious. Service is excellent. Elaborate menus for breakfast & Dinner is available.

We stayed at this hotel during our 2+ days visit to Kashi/Varanasi. The hotel is at a convenient location, easily approaching from railway station and airport. Also not very far from major tourist spots in Kashi. The service is awesome; staff is very helpful. Ambience is nice. The food at the restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. The rooms are clean and spacious. The only issue that we faced was that the slope of floor in bathroom is such that water accumulated in the shower area post shower.

The experience was very poor...We organised a event today in landmark hotel Varanasi.The hospitality and cooperation was very poor...Advance were given after which events was organized, after the event the remaining payment was given through account transfer, the UTR number was shared but they insisted till the time amount reflect in their account they will not allow our colleagues to leave because of which they missed their train....their behavior was very bad with our team...i highly recommend not to organize any event in this hotel....

The hotel is quite good, with good service, inhouse restaurant and is 1 min walk to the main road so you can easily get the transportation options across the city. Wifi is good too - although watching/download Videos may take a while.

Has booked Family Room for 3 Days. Room Size is very small as Family Room. Washroom is not clean and Tap is leaking. Towel is torn which I shown to Housekeeping Guy. When I go out in morning at 7.15 AM and told the Duty Manager Mr Ranveer to get room cleaned and came back at 11 still room was not clean and his argument is we don’t clean in that way. When Cleaners will come they will do. At night when I came back and checking the room still washroom is in the same condition not cleaned properly and Tap is still leaking. Again 2 Towels are torn. When I met Mr Ghosh so called GM of the Property he straight forward denying in our Property we don’t keep torn towels. Has shown personally to Duty Manager Mr Gaurav both torn Towels and telling him connect me to Mr Ghosh want to speak with him right away at 9.30 PM so he is telling he will not be able to connect him as he is off Duty and he will not give any answer for the same. Has conveyed him get me connected to him when he joins Duty tomorrow. Let’s see he is able to give any answer or not. I want to connect the Owner Mr Kapil for the same and conveyed to Mr Gaurav. Let’s see who is going to answer me for the same. Had already Paid them so seems very difficult any answer to get from this 4 & Half Star Property.

Hotel is located in mid city. Parking is avail. Easy access to local market. Lil bit far from Kashi Vishwanath Mandir. But hygiene & food is very well maintained. Staff are helpful too.

Courteous staff and good food. The room was fine, except that I couldn't get one with windows. I saw hyderabadi biryani on their menu and I asked them if it was authentic, they were honest enough to tell me, how they prepare it and how it's not authentic. It still tastes fine, and since I knew it's not authentic, I couldn't have expected any better.

The rooms are clean and good. Food is very good Here. The ventilation system is poor. No exhaust fan in the washroom. Also corridors smell due to no fresh air circulation. Else the place is good, staff courteous and readily helpful. Recommended .

The size of the rooms are only negative in the hotel, in the middle of the city this hotel is situated at a very prime location and services are also good, especially the morning buffet breakfast. The staff is very cordial and welcoming.

I had booked a family room in this hotel for 5 people. The room size was ok and i would say it was quite small. If they want to accomodate atleast they should have given a changing room for an ease. Then in the room for 5 there were only 2 towels, 2 cups, 2 glasses and toiletries were in scarcity. The water bottle in the room for 5 were only 2 lt which you get normally for 2 litre. They can improve there service by improving these things if they are accommodating these many guest. Staff was good.

Prompt service, good food, located at around 3-3.5 kms from Kashi vishwanath temple. Accessible by auto and taxis easily.

Overall a nice experience. Hotel has a reasonable location with a good connectivity. Courteous and cooperative staff Flavourful, good quality food.

Excellent stay in this hotel. We stayed for 3 days in this hotel, excellent staffs, good food, vishwanath temple is around 3kms from the hotel. I would like to thank each and every hotel staffs for serving us. As we were 5 families stayed in the hotel, they are very kind and helpful to each one of us. They also helped us contacting people who guided us to visit vishwanath temple and other temples in varanasi as well as in sarnath and vindhyachal.
