The photos here are misleading. If you're getting a cheaper room without breakfast, go for it. Their restaurant and breakfast sucks. You walk into the restaurant post 9:30 and that's when they decide to start brushing the floor with the dust in the air falling on your food instead. Even more worse, you enter the restaurant and you're greeted by this foul smell of dirty seats. It's really disgusting. If you somehow do happen to be having breakfast, don't expect a buffet. You'll have to go and order from the choices they give you. Just order toast. Their puri sabji is made in Maggi masala and even smells so. In terms of room, the sofa in the room is no different from the seats at the restaurant. Dirty and contributing to a foul smell in the room. Same with pillows. The bathroom is not clean and they don't clean it even after requesting. Their housekeeping is very slow. For fresh towels or toilet paper or really anything, you'd have to call twice or more times. In terms of location, near to banaras railway station and thus noisy all the time. If you're a light sleeper, reconsider.

Overall experience was very good, I travelled with my wife and one child, and they provided me the best available room, large carpet area, neat and clean room. Only drawback is the rooms on the road side having traffic noise and interrupts your sound sleep. Some facilities needs to be improved. Room and restaurant service was poor, which needs major improvements. For each and every items requested, I needed to call twice to remind them. Breakfast was good, hot and fresh. Options were available as per the choices. I highly recommend visitors to stay there for comfort and premium. Thanks

The location is in a filthy area. Rooms are large, but room service is absolutely poor. Running Hoter water is not available . I wanted to get some hot water and requested three times. Waited for 1.5 hours and later I slept. In another 30 minutes they started ringing the bell. The restaurant offers very limited and poor food.ost people there were having bad attitude. The same at the front desk except oner. Krishna, who was exceptionally coordial.

Big rooms with reasonable prices. Room service was good and quick. It was a nice stay.

Rooms are costly, even 5 star hotel Ramada is cheap in Chennai when compared to this. Moreover all the hotel staff look for tips if we give 50 rupees these crooks demand more. Giving tips to these hooligans we might become bankrupt.

Worst hotel they say 3 star not even 1 star Housekeeping services is so poor . They don’t even fill tea coffee sachets properly , when we ask they store is closed . Plates are left over outside rooms , they don’t even bother remove even next morning . Pls don’t even go to this hotel Not sure how this hotel got 4* rating in google , looks it is fake . We stayed 3 nights it was very bad experience. Restaurant food was ok but not hygienic. During bfast I took 1 coffee cup and it was having some dust I showed to them , they just removed and kept again in same place .

This hotel and restaurant is at walking distance approx 500-600 metres near the Banaras/Manduadih railway station. Food quality is superb. Tried dal fry chapati and pineapple raita. The price might be a bit high. AC Rooms are available in approx 2k range

Rooms were full of cockroaches. Staffs were really unprofessional. Lifts closes at 11 in night . Doors locked, it like a unmanaged hostel. Never visit this hotel, there are many options available. Unnecessary cost . Based on last visit

Not at all satisfied with the hospitality. They are not even able to manage the rooms. Not sure how they are running the hotel. The lady staff in reception even said that "we cannot give you everything in hands. If you want to take then take else leave. " With these attitudes, I am very sure that this hotel will not run for long.

We (12 families) stay for 2days in hotel Puja Residency last week.We come to Varanasi for darshan of Baba Kashi Vishwanath and path of Shri Radheyshyam Ramayan ji in Sankat Mochan Mandir. Well furnished,ultra modern,neat and clean rooms with all amenities makes a bunch of maximum satisfaction.Behaviour of all the staff was very nice. It makes our journey more comfortable.All members thought, whenever we will come to Varanasi,we will stay in Puja Residency.
