Well I was thinking very wonderful about this hotel when my parents and aunties visiting Kashi told me they would stay in here. But all the wondersome stay and happiness ended the day they were checking out from the hotel. FYI, they were visiting through a Travel Agency. Well there was some discussion about the money that happened between the agency and the hotel. The agency told them that we have more members to check out but in a very adamant way, the hotel staff blocked the visitors to leave. They had a flight to catch at 1:30 pm. The agent and other team were still there in the hotel. But the staff treated the visitors like they are some prisoners. This is not hospitality. This is cheap shrewdness. The hotel staff caused a big ruckus for half an hour where the agent was continuously tell them to leave the visitors and they adamantly denied. Till the last day of stay all was well and at the end they mistreated all and irritated everybody. More than half of the group was of senior citizens and such an ill treatment. This is very bad. I will not recommend such hotels ever for stay. If they can do this they can also do more dangerous things.

Hotel location - good, could easily go to any part of the city. Rooms-Rooms are nice but some rooms are small in size, the hotel staff keeps the temperature control of the ACs rooms with them, which is not good, and it is very uncomfortable. Food-The quality of the food is very good and tasty, but it is very expensive as compared to other places. The food servicers keep asking for money all the time even while eating the food which is not good. Facilities - Good, but the lift is located on the first floor after climbing 21 steps, which is very uncomfortable and impractical. Other -Behavior of Hotel Manager for visitors after booking become like dictator,other staff also mannerless,rude and helpless.they are just cheator. Summary-Please do not book this Hotel in advance,book hotel only after carefully visiting the hotel.Good hotel at all.

Wonderful hotel, we had the best time. The place is beautiful and the people that work here are very kind and helpful. Vikas was of great help during our whole stay. I’m hoping to come back soon!

Hotel heritage inn is within the heart if the city and approachable from all main sites. All staff is very nice and professional. I especially wants to thanks Mr Rishabh and his team for supporting in a very professional way. Their behavior is so humble and they know how to handle all kind of guests.

An amazing hotel! The people here is very thoughtful, kind and worm. The rooms are very clean and cozy. They also have a good restaurant for breakfast lunch or dinner! What is more, the hotel has a wonderful location, one can just walk out of here and experience this sacred city. Recommend a thousand times! Vikas recieved us wonderfully, ask for him if you come.

Very bad service, hotel in poor condition, rooms are in bad condition. Hotel staff at reception has no manners whatsoever to speak. The hotel staff were well mannered and helpful. We had booked for 3 executive rooms, 2 of which were in ok condition but the third one was very basic. The bathroom lock in one of the rooms were non functional from inside and we were advised by the receptionist to have somebody wait in the room to open from outside everytime one had to use the washroom. Pathetic experience. Would not suggest this hotel to anybody.

The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing spa. I made good use of these amenities during my stay and was impressed with the quality of the equipment and the professionalism of the staff. In conclusion, my experience at Hotel Heritage Inn was exceptional. From the attentive staff to the comfortable rooms and excellent dining options, everything exceeded my expectations.

Nice and spacious room, neat and clean rooms, very nice staffs behavior. Hotel is close to assi ghat and nearby attractions. All hotel staffs are very polite and humble. Morning breakfast is another blessing. Every where you will hear the mild tone of mantras and it creates positivity in the mind. Auto and e rickshaws are available just outside the hotel and they will take anywhere you want. On rooftop there's hotel restaurant..i recommend this hotel to everyone.

What do you expect from a Service Based Sector? Obviously the service! and this hotel management lacks it. I had a very bad experience while talking to the staff. The behaviour was very rude and i would not suggest you to stay their. We had a booking and already talked about the refund process. They told us if you cancel your bookings 3 days before than there will be no issue. We have suffered for more than 15 days just for our refund. They continuously misguided us and had no intention to pay our money back i would say but we have made it any how. So i can only see the bads about this hotel and their staff. Worst! Worst Experience!!!

The location of this decent hotel from the Assi Ghat is the main advantage of this place. The cleanliness was a plus, breakfast quality was very good and the staff at breakfast was very attentive. What can be improved: Availability of hot water in the off-hours and better room service and more Banarasi items on the menu… All the best to the team, to keep their standards high …

I just visited Varanasi and stay at Hotel Heritage Inn. It was an amazing experience. The staff was very polite and proper. Always ready to help. Hospitality is too good. Room cleanness was superb. I love this hotel and recommend to those who wants to stay in good hotel.

Very nice service by all the staff members and they are very polite in every way. We had a great stay there. Also the food of the restaurant was very delicious. Ambience is also good and Rooms are very neat and clean. We connect with Restaurant manager BRIJESH every morning on breakfast and he always served us the fresh and hot food on buffet.

Service quite satisfactory.Staff,and attendants,attitude is co operative and indeed appreciable.Size of the room is too small compared to the tariff charge against the room. Food is good. Taste and quantity both are good,cost is at higher side. Kitchen and dining staff are fantastic and friendly.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay in Varanasi. The hotel is very good as it provides excellent tour guide who showed us around Varanasi telling us about the history. They have good taxi and driver. Stay was pleasant with customized food for all . Staff were courteous and helpful. Laundry service housekeeping staff all excellent. Based on my stay, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Hotel rooms are good, same for breakfast. Make sure the prices are confirmed in written otherwise you will be surprised how this is being inflated when it is time for payment. Very rude staff, such an attitude, very unprofessional. One or 2 staff tries their best but they seem to be influenced by their bosses i.e Assim, R.A and others. Most important beware when booking their transport service. The drivers are very reluctant to take you around. They decide what you have to do. Same for shopping and having meals they choose where to take you and make a real fuss when you ask them to stop on the way where there are shops etc. They do not care about you are foreigners and on holiday and do not hesitate to do thing to get your mood off for the whole day. First time in my entire life and having travelled the world I felt things were being imposed on me. Was feeling suffocated, unsafe and had to put on with it for almost 4 days!!!!Worst ever experience. Will certainly go back to Varanasi and surrounding but certainly not with this supplier. Way to go in terms of customer service especially for people from abroad. They gave me a credit voucher instead of a proper receipt. You can clearly see it is not an invoice or receipt. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR SERVICES EVEN IF HOTEL IS OK.

Rooms were clean,staff cooperative, wifi was not working but a doubtful incident at night is the reason for poor review. There was power cut in our room at night, at first I thought whole area might be affected, but after some time i saw outside window that nearby area had electricity, called hotel reception and they told me to wait , within 5 sec electricity was restored in our room . I didn't confronted them about it as I was with family didn't wanted any unwanted issues .I might be wrong but that power cut to our room seemed deliberate. Added an extra star just for the the awesome guide Mr.Manoj Makhija,he himself deserves 5 stars , very very polite , knowledgeable and helping .if possible ask for him as your guide .I can help with his number too if anyone needs.

The room itself was very clean, it had all the necessary commodities - free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fridge, a TV etc and delicious food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner we ate there. Our experience was simply great. Recommended 100%

Hotel rooms was good but service is not upto mark as they charge too much . Cons:- Firstly AC was not working properly and after 3 -4 time complaint they finally changed our room Secondly they are not allowing outside food ,so u have to order from their own restaurant Receptionist was not friendly nature , other staff was nice Pros: Nice Location near assi ghat , Kashi vishwanath temple not too far from there Complimentary breakfast was good ,and food was avg of their restaurant

Great hotel, had a wonderful room with ac. We did had a problem with payment when we ordered with the website easemytrip (don’t know why), but the hotel and his crew treated us very nicely. Overall - great rooms and hospitality. Recommend!
