Had an unpleasant experience at the front desk reception today(20/09/22) Mr.Feroz was rude, lied and tried surge pricing the prices at the time of checkin. I had blocked a room for 2500₹ Online(cleartrip) but he denied the deal and asked to pay 3000₹ directly instead of the online booking. Due to his arrogant and unfair behaviour, ended up staying elsewhere.

The over all experience was good. But the charge and facilities didn't match. Though after full construction, it will be a great hotel. The lunch and breakfast was yum. The tea was not great. The staff were very humble and friendly. The receptionist was professional and humble. The rooms were small. The AC were working perfectly

The room facilities and meals are excellent, however the worst and most unprofessional behavior of the reception employees should not be overlooked. One staff member confirms the booking in advance, including check-in and check-out times and effective cost for all stays. Another person refuses to accept the check-in at the same time, claiming that three separate people work at the reception and he has no idea who made the booking. It's weird that after one day, they started asking for further costs that weren't on the slip provided at the time of booking, and they made the visitor to check out with these unprofessional activities. The overall impression is that a good hotel and facility is providing a poor experience to guests due to unprofessional staff who do not adhere to the bussiness standards for dealing with guests.

Resturant staff is very lazy...even by 8:30 am they are not ready with breakfast. Reception people do not have patience .... Average experience...will not stay again.... Poor hospitality.

The room facilities completeand. Seriveice or high quality which is very different from some experience business hostel. The break fast is a riche varities the beddingis comfortableand the over all value off money is expectedit is very satified experience

This hotel is located 5 Km away from Kashi Vishwanath Mandir, but the hotel has good access to local toto, auto. The hotels rooms are very well maintained, airy and spacy. Staffs are very cordial, helpful. Visitor's will get 24x7 service. Mr Vijay was very well behaved and helped us a lot. He has an indept knowledge about foods items available in the menu. I am very happy about my overall experience here. Will revisit whenever I come to Varanasi.

Reasonably priced.. nice and comfortable stay... Smiling staffs... Always ready to help.... With parking... Rooms were clean and same with washroom. (Fittings can be more better).... Would recommend this hotel for family stay... Food was also good.... Temple is 4 km .. toto will take u thr in 80-100 if u reserve it otherwise u can have sharing one.

We stayed here for 2 nights and overall we were satisfied with the service for the rate we paid for the room. Though we arrived early, the guy at the reception was generous and gave us free early checkin. The lock of the room wasn’t functioning properly so he changed the room for us. Room & bath size was decent, with all basic features you’d expect. Breakfast had limited spread but everything was fresh, hot and we enjoyed it. There is a in-house restaurant where we had dinner. Options were good and the service was quick enough. Also it is right in the middle of the market, so getting an auto or toto wasn’t difficult at all. There’s a mall at walkable distance. We also discovered a good Kachori sabzi and chai joint at walkable distance.

My stay at Abhinav International Hotel in Varanasi was a truly delightful experience. The friendly staff and their exceptional hospitality made me feel right at home. Being a travel agent i am posting my feedback of this hotel. I had booked this hotel for 2 night stay with my family and we had informed hotel that despite of my booking from 18th March I will arrive at 3 am on 19th March. Om arrival gates were closed and had to wait for someone to come . Later reception was confused and assigned a room where already someone was staying and they opened the door at night without their consent so this is a serious security issue. No one will call u during your stay to check if anything required and there should be a team who can take care of customers requirement but not a single person were interested. 2 days of stay and wifi not working , tv channels not working , food plates lying outside rooms overnight. Worst part happened that I had requested for a late check out due to our itinerary on which the hotel refused . That's ok if this is as per their policy by the way was like they called and told that this is the last time and they disconnected the call. It felt like I was staying for free and they are doing some favor to me. Along with my senior citizen parents I have left the hotel on their given time and on asking owners details that they dont share so guys my feedback towards this hotel is quite disappointing. Also hotel is close to station and in the vegitable market but far from temple and here auto will not agree easily to go to temple and charge you more. Since I didn't trust the front desk , I didn't even kept my luggage which I wanted to keep and wanted and kept on station clock room which people are more friendly then these people .

We had a good experience in Hotel Abhinav International and would recommend it to visitors. Clean and spacious enough for the rate .There was only one easy chair which was quite comfortable. The other chair was an office chair which was also not bad.

The rooms seemed a bit pricey comparatively. But the service was good. The interiors are maintained. The location is also good, very close to the varanasi junction railway station and just on the main kashi vidyapeeth road. The food was great and had reasonable prices, just right, i would say. It was tasty, fresh and hot and the quantity was also justified. Would recommend this hotel if you are able to book some time in advance (just to get at lower prices) when visiting Varanasi.

Excellent stay. Hotel staff: The staff is very warm and welcoming. We had an issue with a room and they immediately got us a new room. Our train got delayed and the manager considered our request to extend our stay by one day. Food: The restaurant is excellent. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner all over here. Special mention to the Aloo Gobhi made by the chef. It was delicious. Room: Rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom is clean and ac works properly. Highly recommend staying in this hotel when you visit Varanasi.

My experience is with this hotel is bad. Room was not cleaned but when I checked in, bedsheets were torn but no one cared. No hot water and cleanliness is zero. People at reception hardly pick your call. Go for this if you don't find any better place.

Generally good, courteous staff Stayed for four nights. Bedsheet and towels did not appear to be clean. Requested change of sheet and towels, Staff informed a new room would be provided the next day, New room was not much better. Periodic loud noise was heard from construction near hotel. Lunch and dinner was good. I hope management takes my comments to improve service.

This hotel is well located close to temples, ghat and market. The only thing is it's in a gully (20 steps inside) but apart from that everything is Good about this place. Be it food, service. Hospitality and rooms. Would definitely recommend.

Good service , good response from service guy, receptionist were polite and humble . Rooms were clean and hygienic .

Great room, with nice hospitality and services. Every facility is provided there, and the staffs are friendly too, moreover the location is good , you can take rickshaw or taxi from there, or you can walk through too. Also it's restraunt is excellent too, loved it all.

Hotel was located in main road close to Varanasi railway station. Room was clean and facilities were well maintained. Mostly, staff manager madame Mehtab was a great person who had professional thought and knowledge about her job. She arranged my travel schedule perfectly for my need including safety and costs. This hotel gave me a great impression about Varanasi and India as well.
