Lower than expectation. They charge for what you don't even consume. Staff behave like they are the owner of the hotel. They should get some training related to service and customer behaviour.

All the rating for extremely cooperative and polite staff. A decent hotel but it's staff takes extra care to make it special and hospitable and definitely worthy of visiting again. :)

Very poor service and 3rd quality breakfast, no worth to book this hotel with breakfast ,staff Sanjay attitude is very bad ,rooms facilities also very poor,

Service and cleaning is not up to the mark as per their standards, management should look into this. Their banquet Service is also very pathetic but food was tasty. I will give my ranking only due to their food and rooms only Service is not at all acceptable.

I like the ambience was good and the food taste is also good , rooms are neat and clean but the service was slow .

It is located a bit away from the Main Varanasi area like Viswanath temple. But accessible easily by Auto or Rickshaw. Good for people travelling by their own car. It has a parking facility. Rooms are very rooms. Food is also nice 👍

Staff at Hotel Madhuvan Palace is very helpful and kind, Mr. Abhishek and Mr Satish, they went out of the way to help me, a great help I got from them, I hope let they grow higher and God bless them both.

Went to the restaurant so cannot comment on the hotel and the rooms. But the food was delicious. The service could've been faster. Had to wait for 5-10 minutes for a fresh service of tandoori roti. Apart from that, a good experience.

Ever since our first visit....now we are regular visitors of this place. Dishes tastes good. Chinese preparations are very good and even chicken preparations are good.Quantity is enough. Service is quick. If you are regular visitors you get concessions as well and best part is bill is very reasonable.

Quantity is the problem they serv some time in big bowl or some time in a small bowl considering people don't know the quantity. Food is good, but the waiters behavior needed to improve in their attitude.

The hotels seems nice. We went for dinner and breakfast here. The food was really good, little costly but worth it.😋 I would say order mineral water(Rs. 60😐) as I saw dust in regular water both the times I went here.😑 Other than that the experience was over all good.

The hotel rooms are quite big for staying they have an fast service and an excellent flexibility of service the food quality is really really good if you’re looking for a hotel with all these facilities than you should really check this one out

Recently visited this place to attend a marriage ceremony, service is good,but food was not upto mark. Ambiance is good.There is bar also,u can enjoy there.

Nice rooms, but service is really slow and I had to call multiple times to remove used plates, refill water and for cleaning. The food is good, but I found the behaviour of some of the staff a bit rude

I was stayed here for 1 night and they cost around 3600 with food. Room was quiet large and good, but in bathroom toilets flesh is not worked and out of 5 water taps only one worked that too in wash basin. Very horrible stay experience
