This is the best affordable hotel in varanasi located at a non crowded place i.e. Hathua Market...it also has the best parking space and the staff here are also polite and helpful...hope you will like it staying here....🙂

Good to stay with family and friends. Staffs are helpful. Restaurant service is not too good but not bad. Renovation is going on. Room size is small. But its okay type. Location is good.

Open restaurant food is tooo good but when asked to pack half of Hakka chicken noodles they refused. Cook is excellent but service team not upto mark

Dharmendra, Mahendra, Aalam and Ajay were absolutely the best service persons. Staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are nicely done and very comfortable to stay in. The sleep quality was excellent. And special commendation for the food. They have the best taste for sure. Must recommend for everyone.

Hotel is good to stay when you are in Varanasi and searching for some budget hotel. All the services are very good .. staffs are polite and very helpful specially Mr Sunil. I would definitely recommend to try North Indian foods in this hotel , taste is really very good.

We'd booked a total of six rooms, and ended up retaining rooms all the way up to five days. The rooms were satisfactory; no issues, but we LOVED the service. Once the staff got to know us, they treated us like family and were happy to go out of their way to help us out, speak to us, and always smile and check in with us in the hallways. 10/10 would recommend staying here if you're looking for a chill and peaceful time. The little accents of antique furniture and heritage architecture are a fun standout. I was also working the whole time I was here. Mobile network is a little shaky in spots, but the wifi speed is decent, and can get work done without an issue. Many good spots to sit and work from as well. Special Mentions: Vishu, Rajesh, and Krishnaraj Pandey in the housekeeping staff were STARS. Would like to thank them for all the help moving up and down, and for the endless requests that we had. Prince and Farah at the front desk for helping us extend our stay, and sorting out travel. Really helpful through and through. Captain and his team at the restaurant. Special love for the excellent chai. And lastly, but most fondly, Awadhesh Giriji and Pramod Dubeyji at the door for the warmest welcome every single time we stepped in and out. It was hospitality at its best. :)

The hotel is located in the chetganj area and it is actually an old palace that has been renovated and is used as a hotel. I'd list down my observations in pros and cons. The pros - 1) good location 2) plenty of parking space 3) courteous staff 4) rooms were small but more or less clean. 5) toiletries and packaged water was provided. The cons - 1) the walls are old-fashioned so noise very easily penetrates through. Even slightest of conversations from staff on the same floor. The hotel was hosting a party and the songs made stay unbearable until almost 1 AM. I couldn't have a decent sleep. 2) there was no mosquito repellent in the room and so there were a lot of mosquitoes. 3) the blankets weren't cleaned and there was a ton of human hair. 4) geyser didn't work properly, perhaps due to power cuts idk. Overall, I'd say if you can tolerate the noise issue, this can be a decent property to stay for a night but if not, avoid this place at all costs. Other things are great but the loud noise is a dealbreaker, at least for me.

Dharmendra, Ajay, Prakash, Mahendra and Alam were very cooperative and supportive during our stay. Service and food both were great. We had a very good time at the hotel. Our orders were served within time and with extra care. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I was alloted room no. 114 and 119. Rooms are good and spacious with all amenities. . Pros 1. Less than 2km from kashi vishwanath temple 🛕. 2. Good space for parking. 3. Good quality restaurant 4. Good behavior from Staff. 5. Spacious rooms. Cons 1. Both rooms smells of like dampness, moisture. 2. Little insects were detected on bedsheets. See attached video.

We had a fantastic time at hotel Pallavi. all the staff members especially - Dharmendra, Alam, Ajay and Prakash were very polite and cooperative throughout our stay here. Room service was excellent. Staff was always available to assist us. Food is very delicious and they provide different cuisines for every breakfast and dinner. Rooms were very clean. I will recommend this to everyone who is planning to stay in Varanasi for a delightful stay.

we have booked 5 rooms during the new year but the experience was totally horrible there were number of flaws...in breakfast they used to serve sattu paratha and anchar , price of other food item was very high with very less quantity ...rooms doest not have any window washrrom were smelling like hell there were no any arrangemnt for 31st night overall the experience was very poor never gonna visit this again

Had the best experience staying at this hotel. Dharmendra, Alam, Ajay, Prakash are the best staff ever, their service is amazing and they are very friendly. The room service is also excellent. The ambience of this hotel is also very beautiful.

Good location, lot of parking place, @1KM to temple and ghats, it a old small fort converted into a hoter, warm welcome, nice lounge and corridors.clean landry and has a restaurant Rooms not as expected, broken tiles, broken health faucet, very old window AC and very near to the bed, old closet. A total modification is required.

Hotel is in very good location ,every major location in just 2 -4 km around. Special thanks mention to Mr Vishnu (Housekeeping Manager of this hotel). He takes very good care of all the guest be it with cleanliness..safety ..food... Keep it up

Extremely Bad..!!! Beware the manage will talk sweet but will not deliver on promises. Highly overpriced. 1) Mike not available on time even after informing well in advance. 2) The Manager tricked us into getting fire works done inside the hall. We had doubts that firework will cause smoke inside the hall but the manager said if will be fine. In reality after the firework it was unbearable inside the hall 3) AC not working inside hall 4) Fireworks not done as per planning Bottom line the manager will try to sweet talk you into getting everything done then at the end will turn up a flop show. At the end he denied any issues with stupid excuses. Beware..!!!

My stay at hotel was not satisfactory. We booked three rooms of same category but all three rooms that we got were different in size and type. Secondly, Washrooms were pathetic and room condition (for most of the rooms) was horrible. Don’t understand how it got three star rating. Food and restaurant was good but highly understaffed, the property is old and it is quite reflecting in the rooms with broken walls and furnishings

The stay was excellent , there’s no comparison to Pallavi international in town. I stay every year and haven’t felt more at home and treated so well. Must appreciate the service by Mahendra in Darpan. And for hospitality Vishnu , Javed, Rajesh.

I always had thought that what would a heritage property would look like. Pallavi International Hotel is a beautifully maintained heritage property. My whole family enjoyed staying at the property. Manager of the hotel (Mr. Pawan) was especially very helpful.

Stayed here during Dev Deepawali period. Must say that the property offers a unique mix of heritage feeling with clean/modern amenities. The staff is very courteous. However, one should be prepared to walk a bit for the last mile access to Kashi Vishwanath temple and Dashashwamedh Ghat.

I have booked it for 3 nights for Family, Experience is not very encouraging, requested for double bed instead two single beds in couple of days advance but request not entertained, found few bed bugs which is not only disgusting also very scary. The staff always expecting some tips from guests and bit lazy in service, found not attentive as well. Service is just okay. Good things about hotel is food and its location.

This place was really good for stay. Also the hotel members were really friendly and helpful. Specially Vishnu did an amazing job.

I'll start of with the positives here. It's an old palace that's been renovated as a hotel. Hence you do get a feel of that. The rooms and their designs and everything makes u feel like ur transported back in time. Great value for money rooms here. Amazing parking here. It's great because this is in the middle of Varanasi where getting such a spacious parking is a blessing. You can chose this hotel absolutely for this reason alone. Come here park your vehicle and visit Varanasi in the local transport. Now coming to the negative aspects. There was a very weird staff at the reception who didn't know how to check whether our booking is confirmed as we did it online. He was just asking me the customer to check his computer to see if there is a booking. And how am I supposed to know their computer systems and applications. Anyways mostly he might not have been the usual receptionist might have just been filling in for someone else. Then comes the issue of wifi. Goibibo and other websites confirm there is wifi on the premises and when in the room it does show there is wifi. However the staff just wouldn't give us the password at all. Even when we walked to the reception asking for the password they were least respectful and were just dismissing whatever we said. Mobile network was also weak as it's an old building with thick Walla hence couldn't connect to phone internet also. That's was the biggest problem we had. Also right next door to the hotel is a mantap/marriage reception hall wherein if ur lucky to stay there when there is any wedding, then you will be disturbed with super loud music almost till late midnight. I personally wouldn't recommend this hotel however as i mentioned earlier the ONLY reason you can stay here is for the amazing parking.

Overall the hotel is good but if you plan to have food then the cost doesn’t match the taste at all The best part is it has its own parking so incase you wish to drive to Banaras you can opt for this the ghats are also not very far to visit from this place it will take just 10 mins to visit Dashaswamedh ghat for ganga aarti

For a buisness trip. Visited the property. It's a heritage building. Well maintained. Nice behaviour of front office as well as housekeeping. It was a nice stay

The stay over here was amazing! The food was equally delicious. Mr Satyendra Tiwari's(captain) effort in making our stay comfortable was commendable.

Service is very nice. Food is delicious and cost effective Mr. Dharmender and Mrs Shalini have very nice behavior. You can always contact them in hotel for any problem. Rooms are good but any extra requirements in rooms will not be furnished. Parking is spacious. Driver sleeping area is not ok. Hotel is close to ghats and Kasi vishwanath temple.
