Hotel is nice to stay. Located very near to varanasi Junction. Food quality is also good . Staff is very cooperative.

Excellent hotel for stay as it's just opposite railway station and if you looking for budget hotel then this is one place worth staying, AC is specially super in every room and service is quick and food is awesome, specially try their veg thali and butter chicken

Should not stay at this hotel even if you have to stay on railway platform even that is better option , dirty rooms , dirty bathrooms , no room service , no warm water in bathrooms , basic necessity is not available , health department should close this hotel as soon as possible .

All the cups are cracked two times I told them to change it cups are damage stains on stool staff is not attentive at all

Useless hotel . At sleep time the lift vibrations come inside room . They switch on boiler machine and it appears earthquake is coming . Walls of room vibrates . Nobody picks up phone at reception . All staff busy with work, but no time to attend customer complaints or service. Pathetic stay . I stayed in room no 4008. After I shouted they switched of boiler and lift . Now u can't go down and u dont get hot water . I think such hotels be closed down rather than harassing public

First of all, you need to read the rules made by yourself very carefully, if you do not understand even after reading, then take help from someone, a married man who comes to Kashi after taking time from his work. Where her relatives live and that one relative who is a married woman comes to meet him,The hotel manager tries to be rude to prove his low level thinking. When confronted, the manager starts citing the customer being unmarried, with such low level thinking staff, the purpose of running the hotel is injustice who go to stay only after seeing the outer building, it is requested to such people to give preference to some other hotel. The coffee of this hotel was very tasteless, I did not dare to eat the food. Room was small bathroom was smelly, over-all over valued hotel manager has low mental level

Your every word is proving that the hotel manager/receptionist is an arrogant person, he said that I have not ordered any food, he does not know that I ordered 2 coffees, one for myself and one for that "female visitor" , and that coffee was very tasteless, yet they still expect me to order food too! According to their policy unmarried couple cannot come to the hotel Sir, how did you decide that I or my female visitor is unmarried, she is my wife's sister. Your hotel claims to be international, while the manager working here has a very low level of mentality, who still determine the character of the visitor on the basis of their gender! I also talked about your room condition you never said anything about that would you agree with my review!! And last you revealed the room number where you claimed that I stayed is this your customer privacy policy ??

Location is good but comparing to the cost of room there is lots of option. They must work on room as well as food.

Very very poor Hotel staff are very arrogant and attitude problem.They don’t know about what do hospitality mean….. They even don’t have politeness, while speaking Room are no clean (bedsheet, bathroom, lack of bath amenities and more on ) Owner should look after this all review personally and most improve otherwise they might lose guest and business as well as

I stayed here with no prior booking. It was walkin and i have got best service. Receptionist was very helpful and calm. He told me all the details including monetary values. I was also offered welcome drink. Room was spacious and they have provided cot with mattress for extra bed. Food is also tasty, bit costly but affordable. Overall it was a decent stay with helpful hotel staffs. And not to forget, they have good parking space.

Very rude behaviour of Manager... If there were any option for - rating i prefer that so rude International tag is including in their name but it is like a very cheap lodge totally worst

Beautiful location with very cordial staff. Just opposite of Varanasi Railway station. Inhouse restaurant available with competitive price.

In my engagement ceremony they did not served the starter as per our menu selected. They didn't serve the kaaju barfi although they charged the full money.So please beware when u book for any occasion.

Everything was good about this hotel, barring the fact that there was a mouse in the room. Photo attached. They could work a bit more on room cleaning and sanitation.
