On the appearance it looks loke a 3 star hotel but the way the service staff behaved is like a dormitory operators. After my check in on 22oct they made me to change the room as hotel owners relatives wants to stay in the same room where we already checked in. Not provided complimentary breakfast and irregular hot water availability. Avoid this hotel if you wish to have a peaceful trip. Such a pathetic experience.

After several researches, we have shortlisted this hotel for our stay. Initially we have called them to enquire the tariff, however, we found better deal in Goibibo and they have also asked us to book online in that case. We have booked for an Economy Double Room which was in ground floor. The room was average in terms of pricing however, they have furnished with all the basic necessities. To start of the bed was quite comfortable with pillows, side pillows and small cushions. The size of the room was quite limited. They have given a cupboard with a safe locker, additional pillow and 4 hangers inside. They have provided two small Rs. 10 mineral water bottles everyday as complimentary. Apart from that there was a mini fridge with cold drinks and additional mineral water bottles with prices pasted on them. Washroom was clean and having geyser with 24 hours hot water facility. The rooms are smart lock enabled. They also provide you with a mosquito oil and machine. They also have a water purifier installed if you want to refill your water bottles. They called a day before booking to confirm when will we reach and if we need any additional arrangements like pickup facility from airport. They also have parking space but better ro speak with them before booking. The main advantage is the location as it is few meters apart (walkable) from Shri Kashi Viswanath Mandir if you want to enter through Viswanath Gali (the road beside Madhur Milan shop). Areas of Improvement:- I expect them to offer better prices than online, but it seems they always offer a deal which will not convince you and better to book online. The additional services they provide charges exorbitantly high, better to compare with outside as the hotel is situated in the market place and Ola and Uber are frequently available there. You might need to walk 500 metres (to PDR mall) as the roads are blocked from entering vehicles. Based on the services and facilities, I felt the tariff is comparatively on a higher side.

Very homely hotel. The entrance may look a bit deceiving but inside is full of peace. Beds are comfortable and although furniture is a bit old, everything worked fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is superb, excellent prices, food and the waiters were the best. Location is also very convenient. Note that a walking tour is included with the booking, which is also a nice add-on.

Don't go for its looks... Very bad experience we had in this property... We book 4 rooms from MMT for room we paid 4000/room and what we got against this amount a small room with two twin bed and one extra cot for family. I don't know which property provide twin bed for family... Too small rooms because of that there was no space available in room for walking as well as to open up our trolley..every time we want to open our luggage we put it on our bed. Telephone kept on my bed because there was no bed side table in room. Check in time is 1 p.m. they provide us room at 2:30 p.m. and also 3 rooms only 1 room we got at 3:45p.m. right now I am expecting and in this situation we have to move around in this scorching heat... At the time of check out they want to charge us 2500/ room for 4 hours extra stay.. after many arguments they reduce that amount.... They are not at all co operative and their so called manager did a great job in front of us they bad month with other guests about benagli guests.... Never ever recommend this property....

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shree Ganesha Palace in Varanasi, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel’s location is superb, offering a quiet and enjoyable walk to both Dashashwamedh Ghat and the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. The staff at Shree Ganesha Palace were incredibly supportive, making my stay even more memorable. Their hospitality and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests were commendable. The comfortable accommodation, coupled with the convenient proximity to these significant landmarks, made my visit to Banaras truly special. I highly recommend Shree Ganesha Palace for anyone looking for a pleasant stay in this spiritual city.

The staff was friendly and helped my mother with all her food needs. Soheil was a very attending and accommodated us at the restaurant. The room and hotel are neat and modern in their amenities. We got a corner room and thus were a little short on space. Overall satisfied and would recommend to others.

Good, basic place for travelers on a budget. Seems like they must be hurting for money because they are petty about costs. It is not an expensive place to stay, so don't expect five stars. Food is good. Service was good. I did have a misunderstanding with the property manager. My reservation said "half board" and he flipped out about it and said I should only receive breakfast. It was their mistake, man! I'm just a tourist! My reservation said half board (two meals). Don't shoot the messenger, bro!

I booked the two primium rooms in the month of November 9th to 11th 2022 worth Rs. 5000 each. It was such a bad experience I gather which I never faced before at Varanasi. I booked the rooms two months before I have arrived at hotel early morning along with my 80 years old mother and they have provided me the room at 2:30 PM and another room at 3:00 PM the room hardly worth Rs. 2500. I was surprised when I spoke with their GM he said there was late check-out reason why they are unable to provide the rooms early. My question why you are taking such a amount when rooms was booked two months before. The behaviour of GM was absolutely rubbish with no manner. I appreciate that junior staffs and drivers are okay. But GM should learn how to behave with customers. I would sincerely seek interventions from management of the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. All of our needs were met. There is a really good service when calling reception, and room service from the kitchen/restaurant is great. I was sick on one of the days and the kitchen kindly made me dal khichdi to help my stomach. The hotel is in a brilliant location, near one of the main ghats and the hubbub of town. But it’s down a quieter alleyway so feels like a peaceful break away from the chaotic streets. The room was spacious and very clean, with a separate bathroom (not wetroom) and a bathtub which was a luxury! The bed was comfortable and the natural light in the room was good. The restaurant food was good and the service excellent. We were very happy here and would recommend anyone coming to Varanasi to stay here!

The room we were given was spacious and resonably well equipped but the room number as 101 was right at the front of the hotel next to the check-in. The room was quite noisy. The air condition was very noisy too but this was good as the a/c noise was effective as white noise to block some of the noise of the comings and goings outside. The checkin-staff were helpful but not as very welcoming. The best feature of this hotel was the resturant/breakfast room. Here the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was good but not amazing.

Hotel is located in prime location close to temple but few yards away from main road which means you don’t hear the traffic. Rooms are fully equipped with all facilities & clean. We were able to book last minute & service received from hotel was excellent. I’ll highly recommend anything visiting Varanasi to stay here.

Untrained hotel staffs with no formal dress code. Old property with poor maintenance. Taken a family room, very little free space. No toileteries except shampoo & body wash dispenser. Faucet is barely reaching to position for use. Not value for money - overpriced. Restaurant is good but price is on higher side. Linen quality requires improvement.Reception staff can be more courteous. Location is only positive.

I stayed at hotel for 5 days in there premium rooma, rooms are nice and cosy bed was comfortable ,the hotel is at excellent location all the places of visit is near by.Hotel is clean and tidy.I would like to give two suggestions to hotel such as 1.Please look after your centralized ac system (Rooms with window and split AC are excellent in terms of cooling) 2.Food of your hotel is not upto the mark (Quality of food is good but taste needs to be improved) 3.last toiletries should be provided in all room Prior to asking (like tooth kit,shaving kit,comb and etc) Please look after this points and your hotel will be one of the best. Employees and owners are very helpful even at night they try there best to help you.So i will definitely prefer this hotel for stay in future as well.

Good hotel with clean rooms. Wifi is not so good.They have different categories of room with different pricing. Location is good, walking distance to godowlia market and the ghats are nearby.They serve breakfast on order basis for a set menu and not buffet breakfast.

The hotel was good. The location was perfect as it was near to ghat n Vishwanath temple. All the major places are at walking distance. The behaviour of staff was good n friendly. The food was the best part I found their, it was not like typical hotel food but like home made. They even cooked ‘Khichadi’ on my request though it was not on menu. The owner of property good and friendly. They also have a boutique in the property and have really good collection at reasonable price. Overall the experience was nice. The only issue I found was parking bt the staff helped me in parking

Awesome and comfortable stayed at this hotel for family as it's very close to Main Temple along with All Ghat at Varanasi... Love to visit once again in future.. All amenities available and waking distance for shopping too

The management should focus on two aspects, one is the room cleaning and dispensing of toiletries on a daily basis and without fail. In my 3 night 2 days stay the room was not done up on the second day despite three telephonic requests to the reception. Secondly, The service in the restaurant needs to be improved manifold,. to do away the unconcerned and disinterested behaviour of the serving and waiting team. However, the room service was quick and quality and the taste of food superb.
