Very bad experience in travelling toppers. Owners are like sarakchap. Cheep minded person. And service is very poor. He is saying I am chef but thing is he is rood side telawa chef. I request please don’t stay in travelling toppers.

This place advertises itself as a 3* Homestay but it's a complete waste of money and does not even have basic amenities. The room was not ready at the check in time and we had to wait for more than half an hour in the lobby. When they gave us a room, it was full of bad odour and damp walls. The person on the counter was rude and we had to fight to get the room changed. Meanwhile he was dealing with the countless problems faced by the guests who were checking out. The owner doesn't care and only sits in his cabin without bothering any complaints. They don't have any menu to order anything and no intercom in rooms. Every time you need any help or order something you need to run downstairs and try to find someone on the property. Just to get some rice and salad, they took more than an hour and multiple followups. Small rooms, TV channels not working, sheets not very clean, bathroom mirror ready to fall anytime. Don't go for the pics and advertisements. Just AVOID this property.

No Service, we stayed 3 days and never was the bedsheet changed. Or Shampoo replaced or even the room cleaned. Extremely horrible service for a Room that costs 2000 in a small city like Banaras. Nothing happens there after telling in one go.

First of all, after this recent 3 days stay I can say beside the location advance this hotel has nothing to offer. Linens and towels are dirty No toiletries, no soaps, no shampoos Shower and Flush button doesn't work. Bathroom is dirty. No telephone at room to Call for any service or help. The services just doesn't justify the price charged for a room. Rooms are also very small. Had a pleasant experience during the first stay (2021) . Expected better service than the previous stay. This was total disappointment . Food was the worst. While checkout they say that the price has been increased and the price mentioned in that menu is an old one. They won't inform you the same prior your order.

They have very well maintained rooms. We had booked 11 ac rooms. They have normal rooms and deluxe suit rooms. Staff are co-operative. We were 24 members and we had ordered food also. They arranged tables and chairs in front of reception for dinner and breakfast for all of us to sit together. They served nice food. Highly recommended. They all together arranged food and serves as soon as possible

A so so homestay which is 60/70% there if compared to a basic hotel. Definitely pricey and doesn't offer any value wrt the price. Staff were helpful but management was not

1. I Stayed there for 3 nights and had booked their 3 rooms. The only good point about this property is the location, other than that the rooms are highly overpriced and are tiny. 2. The check-in experience was fine, they don't have a working kitchen, other than the one in the basement which is run by their own employees, it is advised on the websites that the rooms will have a mini-fridge and what not, the linens were dirty, I paid 30K for 4 nights for 3 rooms and it was not at all worth the price. Won't recommend it for a longer period. 3. The common areas are not at all common Don't spend 2500/day for these rooms, you will get a way better property somewhere else. This isn't really a homestay at all and the 2 stars are only for the room service guys and the guy at the reception. This property is over-priced and there is a price-value gap!

This place offers the perfect blend of peace, comfort and privacy! It is around 2km from gowdhuliya chowk,hence you can commute easily by E rikshaw, the rooms are clean, the service is prompt and tea is amazing. Highly recommended.

Rooms are awesome . Neat and clean environment. But they must work on flooding. I ordered a veg thali but every item in the thali was not good as well as tasteless,it contains lots of spices and over burnt.

Booked room here. Asked three times about the availability of lift as I am having pain in my knee. They told yes. But after going to the location found lift not working. When I reminded my request, one Mr Vinay at the property very nasty sarcastically and humiliatingly behaved viz,. Shall I carry you to your room, I don't have any instruments to repair now if you want to stay ok or else go and search for your room, it's machine what I can do,.so on like that. Not having any courtesy even to offer water there. At afternoon 1.30 I came out with my wife in that scorching Sun and got a room in hotel Gangothri opp to PDR mall. Though it's not maintained with good and attractive interiors, it's having lift with generator facility and they are courteous in arrangement of food from outside also. After booking the room in advance, if this happens, how to get a new hotel room at that time searching in hot Sun one can imagine. I want to say one thing here is that I am totally unhappy with the attitude of the person incharge there. He should have been a little courteous to us.

This homestay was my worst experience ever.The rooms stink and were not clear.The staff was rude and inexperienced.The TV and AC didn’t work properly. The food was disgusting. The rooms were not secured and they didn’t provide us with rooms keys.

The experience was good although the owner was bit rude..or i would state brutally honest..but he himself landed in kitchen after 12:30 when we were all starving ... can't be thankful enough.. although he is a chef ..but his hospitality needs a hats off.

Do not fall in trap of the online propaganda on this home stay. They are cheaters and liars. They say they are like 3 star but in actual they are worst than "dharamshala" Rooms stinks and have seapage. It is not a home stay they have bad old rooms with no flat like structure They will give the flats only for people booking 3 rooms atleast. Room condition will still be the same. Pathetic service. No ametinies even like toiletries. No soap no handwash dirty towels. If you call for service or help at night they will say it not a hotel and shut you up. Breakfast they provide is pathetic. Do not fall in their trap.

The experience of staying here was very good. There was no lack of privacy and the staff were really nice. If you try food from here it'll be worth your wallet.

They are running without any license and they don't have any proper arrangement..and they assured for everything and given zero 🙄.. Charges are very high.. Going to file a complaint against this hotel waste of money and time...
