Bed experience..0 star rating....not go for family....They taken 1600 for 4×10 room with ac. Main problem is pathetic services room is full of dust existence not cleaning available in room with too much leakage with wet bed...and drop came from celling ....never expect to visit here...its look good in first view....after you didn't get the any comfort when you wet with bed sleep.....

This hotel located around 1.5km from Kashi Vishwanath temple.The best rooms in city in affordable price. The service they provide is too good. We have stayed here for 2 days with family. They clean the room every day without asking. The services are provided within few minutes without asking for second time. Food was very hygienic and tasty. There is a textile shop in ground floor and you can get all other items in walkable distance. Auto Rickshaw are available just in front of the hotel. Totally it was a happy stay☺️

We had travelled two days in the Indian railways to come to Varanasi where everyone was trying to cheat us when they saw three ladies were desperate to get a room to stay, to get fresh and feel comfortable. Rajmahal overcharged us as well where instead of their online prices they charged us more than necessary. However the hotel is in a decent location with a straight road to the temples, Ganges river and other amenities. The vegetarian restaurant is delicious and comforting along with the staff that served us. The room service is poor, washroom has hard water and there is no wifi or mobile data connection available. All in all I still had a pleasant stay compared to all the places the rickshaw driver had shown us on our arrival to the city.

It was not good at all! I did not enjoy my stay, when i came to check in, the staff members were very rude to me and family, some of the staff members gave us looks, the food was delicious, but not good service, the service was very slow, i did not expected them to be this slow, they gave me a wrong order because there was a look alike person like me, sitting at other side, the room's bathroom was not cleaned at all, there was footsteps of the last owner when they had their stay, i called the room service, but they took 4 hours to come at clean our bathroom, we called them at 10:30pm for extra pillows but they did not came, which was very offending towards us. I do recommend you to visit their hotel, but please do inform the staff members to keep your room clean.

Good hotel as it is near the Kashi Vishvnath temple. The room rent is also decent..I don't know if the rates increase during the season. 24 hour check-in facility is available, this is a good thing.

Please do not choose this place. Rooms are very old, stinky and suffocated. None of the service works there. They do not change the bedsheets, blankets were very dirty, room walls are bloated due to seapage. Service is horrible. It is not maintained hotel.

Located at centre of city, nearer to Temple and ghat approximately 1-1.5 km. We can go by walking or avail TOTO facility. Rooms are bit small and not so well maintained. But the service is good.

Location wise it's great (in Gurubagh) which is close to all the major attractions. Rooms could be a bit more cleaner, there were lizards, no proper ventilation, my room was on 4th floor even then road side noise was coming. Front office staff wasn't professional. When I called him to inform that I will be doing late check-in, he literally said we don't care but you have to do check-out on time. I did check-out 4 hours early because of the room quality. If you are really low on budget then only go for this.

The hotel's biggest strength and weakness is its location. It's in the main market so the biggest issue is the parking of the vehicle. Also the approach to the hotel is through the market which is also a big problem. Service is good.

Don't go with the Photos guys, The person in reception are very unprofessional, They have no understanding, Rooms are not according to the prices & Room, Bedsheets, Pillow, Mattress, Water, Geyser neither Service, is there in Raj Mahal Hotel, this is not a Raj Mahal actually I want to give its name Kachra Mahal.

The room are clean and spacious. the service is top notch. The staff and overall management is awesome. I highly recommend this hotel. Jai mahakaal

People are @Reception thinks differently about their business,hotel has only male team members, hygiene is NIL from A to Z. Hotel staff will ask you for the tip(Monetry help)when you are chec-in & Chek-Out. Lift Is look like very old and can be part of unhealthy practices. For any thing you should come to reception from any flor... They will talk bad words(Abusing to each other)with in team.

Don't go with the photos guys. The persons in reception are very unprofessional, specially the person in the photo. They have no understanding with themselves about the rents. When I talked over phone they told me a price but when I came here suddenly the prices changed. Also the rooms are not according to the prices.

Neet and clean Rooms good location at luxa road approx 1.5 to 2km distance by Dashashvmedh ghat and Kashi visvnath temple . Location is good nearby market but ther is a lack of geyser in room .

I am currently staying in room. I got this deal in 1850/- just staying overnight. But rooms are not upto the mark. Phone not working, doorbell is unavailable, bedhead is broken etc. .. Online deals are available in 1100/1200 for overnight but they are charging more when going direct.

Location is near by to Kashi temple just 1.3 km. Car parking may be hectic due to narrow street. It has own banarasi saree shop. Rooms smell like in rain.

Nice hotel, due to vacation price was little over, we stayed at triple bed room if you have family of 4 people go for triple bed room.

Hotel is approx 1.5km far from Vishwanath temple area. Good location, lots of shops nearby for food, clothes etc. Room is just Ok. Service is just fine . Bathroom could be more cleaner. You get what you pay. Guide provided is very polite, nice person, but he could do more to protect you from cheaters in the market.

Nice hotel having ac rooms . You can take breakfast lunch nd dinner, lift also available average room rent . Approx 2km from Nandi Chowk

Rajmahal Hotel in Varanasi is a nice hotel with spacious rooms. Rooms are clean and neat. The rooms are so big that nearly five to six persons can conveniently stay. There is a nice balcony also facing the main road. Pricing of the rooms are reasonable. Overall a nice hotel with surrounding shops and eatables.

Rooms and bathroom was too small also not clean just like a dharamshala and bathroom was too too too small not sufficient for single person. Geyser and hot water not available in bathroom.. Prime location but very congested and heavy traffic here...

The room was large enough and clean. The hallways look beautiful. The bathroom was not clean. There was no wifi. The ac was not working. The neighbourhood was noisy. The street is narrow in front of the hotel. We had to walk to another street to catch the rented vehicle.

This is a very good place to stay in Banaras. Hotel services is really good and the food is also tasty with low price.

The worst hotel we have ever visited.bahrooms n rooms both were smelling.we were a group of 10 people.All were complaining about servicing of hotels.staff behaviour also was nt good.i ll not suggest to stay in this hotel

Rooms are not same as compared to photos given . Uneducated staff no hygene in rooms washrooms are dirty and there is no room space no windows for natural air or light . I guess central jail would be better then this hotel
