A wrost hotel I have ever visited. I stayed here for 2 nights, and had very bad experience. No staff in this hotel is professional. Both day I didn't recieved any response from reception and service line. You keep asking for the things they will only avoid it. Cleaness and hygenie is also the worst part. I will never ever recomment this hotel to anyone. If owner is seeing this review, request you please have regular check of your hotel and do something with your staff. Because they will distroy your hotel by thier rude and casual behavior with guests.

We, a group of 24 people, visited Ayudhya, Sitamarhi, Chiterkoot Varanasi etc. The services provided by the Hotel Janaki International were worst of all. Even the water served was not given in sealed bottles. Same bottles were used again and again which highly unethical. No towels provided in most of the rooms. In other rooms only single towel given which was more a dusting cloth

The hotel rooms are very small compared to the price charged by them. The hot water is only for a fixed duration. There are no basic toiletries. The staff is cooperative. Location wise it is close to the Kashi temple and other tourist points. You can take an e-rickshaw which can be found outside the hotel. It has limited outside parking and the restaurant was ok.

The hotel is awful. It's full of insects like lizards, bugs etc. When I said to update the room or just to give me a bigger and more comfortable room than the previous one, they said that all rooms are of same category. But they are showing multiple types of rooms o google map. However there staff are cooperative and helpful. The person who serving food was also well mannerd. The hotel has very less hygiene in kitchen and corridor. Their hot water kattel is not working . The Room's A.C is making typical noises. The gyscer is not working. When I called the receptionist for the wifi password, he don't want to repeat the spelling of the password. However it also nice because of it's safety.

Folks! Beware... Don't get fooled by dummy /false reviews about this hotel. Though it has been tagged and graded as 3star hotel, but frankly speaking this is 1 star hotel or below at the price range they are offering rooms. Pathetic Room service, Stinky Rooms, Damped walls and Floors. Staff are not cooperative. They will never say No, but also will not deal properly. At last you will get fed up and will stop complaining. No seperate geysers available for each room, rather you will have to call & remind receptionist 20 times for hot water in washrooms & each time they will tell you to wait another 10 minutes as the central boiler is getting ready. And if you are preparing to visit temple early morning in winters then please try to arrange hot water atleast 1-2 hours before your scheduled time, other wise you will get late. I have specially taken out time for this review after my recent trip, so that other people dont get fooled and misled by ingenuine reviews all over. There are several other good hotels in varanasi at this price range or a bit above with good quality of service and rooms. Finally Thumbs Down for this property.

Room was not clean, when checked in. Asked for morning tea and got some insect in tea, so had to return it. Buffet Breakfast was pathetic. Could not muster courage to eat there as the place was basement with filthy smell. Kept ordering food from Zomato or are outside. That was the key to survival. Had to request multiple times to get priority in room cleaning. If hotel has to succeed in market, it has lot of work to do. Although, it allowed me to check out late and for that I am thankful.

I stayed in this hotel from 13th august to 15th august. The service is very pathetic. They have every facility but they don't provide you anything. You will have to remind them atleast 4-5 times. You want water, tell them atleast 10 times; you want towel, call them atleast 10 times; you want toiletries, ask them 10 times. Every time they say "ladke ko bheje hai, la raha hai," Their breakfast is equally pathetic. Taste was so so, but service is very pathetic and deplorable. They put butter, pudi and sabji on the table, but no serving spoon or utensils to take it on your plate. Bread is finished ask them 10 times. No spoons and forks on the table. Every time they say" la rahe hai". Staffs are equally rude. We 10 persons was having breakfast and everything was finished, no Paratha no poha no bread, nothing was there. Everyone's plate is empty and they kept saying sir la rahe hai for the last 15 minutes. On the 2nd day, I started yelling on the staff, then the staff said" nasta hai khana nahi". They were not providing dinner and lunch, we ordered lunch from Zomato and call the service for providing cutleries and plates. I call them thrice. At last, I myself brought them from the kitchen. Literally, bahut Ma#£&ch#d hotel hai or inke staff bhi sab ma#£@ch#d hai. Bhul se bhi mat stay karna yaha.

Hotel was good. Location is good. Faced a few problems immediate after check in. However, staff listened to us patiently and resolved the same when returned back to Hotel in the evening and provided nice service till check out. Breakfast provided was so nice (classical Varanasi items Puri & Bhaaji) and that too whole heartedly. If you are visiting Varanasi with family, it's definitely a good hotel to stay in. My best wishes and thanks to hotel management for immediate response.

Dont believe in the photos uploaded by the hotel you are going to get just a Massve disappointment. Service is just miserable. And condition of room is worst than some other old fort in varanasi

Our stay at Hotel janki international was perfect. The room was spacious, well-decorated, and offered a cozy atmosphere. The room service staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore Kashi. We couldn't have asked for more.

Service is okay. I reached @ 1 than too I was asked to wait. At the time of check out it was known they didn’t accept payment via credit card ,payment needs to be done by cash or UPI only.Left in a difficult position

The very worst hotel in Varanasi. The worst "sadak chhap" behaviour of the staff. They treats the guest as servent. Staff is totally worst. They are not responsible for anything like, late room service, dirty towels, pillow cover & bathroom.

Location was superb according to my need. My programme was in Rudraksh International Convention and Coordination Centre. It is just a few steps away from Hotel. All facilities they could provide except comb. Wifi speed was good. Only problem was the window screen was not fitted properly and transparent which it was not supposed to. Staffs are good. Even they cooperated at late night check out, kept all bill procedures ready beforehand. Air conditioning was functioning well, all bathroom related logistics were there along with chappal. Hangers were less in number in wardrobe (only one) . I will suggest few things to improve and other things to maintain as it is.

About two months ago We booked 12 rooms for two days, in the Hotel Janaki International. Being an international hotel we were expecting good services. But the services were far from satisfaction. On March 14,2023 , we reached the hotel at about 3:00 pm but we had to wait for the rooms as cleanliness was going on. We ordered for the tea. And it was served cold. Only single towel was provided in some of the rooms and NO TOWEL in others . They told that those are yet to come from laundary. The quality of the towel can be well imagined from the picture given below. It was rather a duster instead of a towel.Water is served in bottles which are used again and again with RO water, no sealed bottles are provided. Empty hand wash bottles were not filled with liquid in spite of several reminders. All the grievances were brought to the notice of the owner who assured to resolve the issues ASAP but it was just an assurance only. In brief, I can conclude that the Hotel Janaki International , in no way, justifies its name. A Cup of tea costs Rs 40/- . So the price you pay is undoubtedly , INTERNATIONAL. But don't expect good services, if you opt to book this hotel.

Worst hotel very ordinary rooms no cleaning in room and bathroom...from house keeping all you get is just one water bottle. That's it. Staff is very arguing in nature also they don't have handles in bathroom door 😂

One word !!!! Horrible , stayed for single night , couldn't get room on time , room.was given 1.30 hours late , rooms are small , dirty towels , moreover towels weren't available initially, no mat outside washroom , had to shower with cold water ,though they claim that sir we have boilers but eventually boilers don't work . Will never prefer staying until.unless it's kinda important to stay .

Worst service from staff specially from Ayush, he use bad language with customers. Not even one think justified to stay there. Room was typical with horrible odour. Messy type room. Pathetically behaviour by Ayush and he use to take extra money by charging some stuff.

Pathetic worst hotel ever I have stated in rooms are not clean atall, lift was not working when asked for the person in reception (Miss Khushi Singh) said if not comfortable you can check out. All the staff behaviour was below the line. Damp in all rooms and insects moving all around.

No hot water from tap... Charging comparively high... Overall Arrogance from Staff. They only know how to charge correctly. It's not commensurate with services and facilities.

The best hotels provide comfortable and well-appointed rooms. This includes cozy beds, clean and spacious bathrooms, and all the necessary amenities to make guests feel at home.
