1. They try to gave you rooms like a old house as they used it on rent purpose. 2. Worst service I checked in at 1 pm since they have not ready any room till time and they give worst room with a name of suit, i were refuse to take that room than they have took around 2 hours to provide me a room for check in. 3. Rooms is smelling completely dampness 4. Worst service I don't recommend anyone to book this it's not a hotel. 5. There staff argued to provide the room and we are not guest for them, as best rooms will provide to someone else only. 6. Balcony is so dirty !! Lift not working 7. No maintenance till now !! Staff shortage !! No communication behaviour in receptionist or in any staff 8. Bad location

Great budget hotel with a great location but needs better/bigger sign boards on the corner of a road & street. Lots of improvement needed in customer service, approach & attitude of front office/reception staff & house keeping Hotel charges are value for money

Had a very bad experience there . Had a horrible stay Manager names Rajesh came just for taking money and after that he vanished and stopped picking phone . Bathroom was filled with water, room wasn’t cleaned . There were no towels, no soap, no mug etc. in the bathroom even after asking for 4-5 times Also hot water facility was not available. Not at all recommended for anyone, especially for families. This Rajesh is GM there is a cheat person . Do not go there . There wasn’t any proper service

The hotel was in a remote location, far from both Varanasi Junction and Kashi Vishwanath Temple. The approach road was in poor condition, making the hotel hard to find. Transportation options like e-rickshaws or Ola/Uber were scarce. The room was dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned after the last guest. There was liquor bottle in the balcony, and the bathroom had hair everywhere. There was waterlogging in the bathroom and basin, and the room had an unpleasant smell. We decided to check out on the same evening due to these issues. It was one of the worst stays I've experienced. The only redeeming features were the welcoming reception area and the courteous staff. I will never recommend this hotel.

Great experience now gupta inn converted to hotel varuna inn, management has been chan and i have seen great changes in good service and facility, like welcome drink on arrival, minibar in the room etc.

Dirty Room, balcony. Even not a fresh Manu card for order food. Location is bad. Far away from Temple. Staff shortage. Room' service not available. They have no extra key or card for customers. Every time we call staff for open room door. Lift not working, very bad and dirty hotel.

totally bakwas hotal.. no staff response properly, room door is very stiff, water tap is not working, bad smell are coming, zero quility of hygiene and much more don't waste money.. having big issue of local transportation.. you can not get late auto or taxi for railway station..

The space for the same was open. There were no towels, no soap, no mug etc. in the bathroom. Also hot water facility was not available. We never had such a stay anywhere. The roads leading to the inn were ugly and the place is far away from city. Not at all recommended for anyone, especially families.

I hv booked town house oak Gupta inn through booking . Com The hotel is the worst ever hotel I hv seen 1. Tv recharge is not done . So basically tv is just the show piece in the room 2. AC is not working properly 3. No proper lock to bathrooms 4. Lots of moisture in the room 5. Towels , blankets, soap etc not provided. 6. Key card not provided

I have never seen such bad and pathetic hotel in my life like Gupta inn. Worst ever service and rooms. This is bed sheet. Reception was switching on and off AC again and again without power cut. Keys was not available in the room. Toilets were dirty

Located on the outskirts with rude staffs and poor management. Although rooms are good but overall experience is pathetic. Location is far away from the main places. You will have to pay extra delivery charges even for Zomato and swiggy orders. Uncooperative behaviour of staff will give you a feel of hatred for humanity. Not working lift. Not working room keys. No response from reception when you call them for anything. Just a hotel somehow..
