The location of the hotel is good. It is just outside the Hyderabad gate of BHU. If you want to stay near BHU, it is a good option. The rooms were good enough. Bathroom was clean. I stayed in the hotel 3 times. The receptionist seemed to be rude on my last stay. Some staffs were cooperative. There was a well furnished banquet at the ground floor.

Front office staff was really uneducated illmannered and irresponsible even property owner was really kind man on desk asked me for 120 rupees for early check in charges i was not aware of this then i called oyo helpline and confirmed the charges he said yes hotel can charge then i asked him to give me i am ready to pay then he is like nahin duga nahi hai room jo karna h kar lo and asked me not to wait at waiting lounge again he asked 240 rupees and when i talked to property owner and told him everything then he gave me check in.

One of the worst hospitality you can get as a guest. The behaviour of management is so rude and unpleasant. You can get far better hotels nearby at a lower rate.

The hotel staff are highly careless, rude , impolite and unprofessional. The room cleaning service is nil during the complete stay of four days. Location wise far away from all tourist places. Food quality not as per the standard and cost . Not recommended place to stay with family for tourists.

If you are coming for admission in IIT BHU. This place is very close to Hyderabad gate(walking distance). If you need to buy bicycle, mattress, pillow, bucket its all available in walking distance. If you need to eat go to Bindas restaurant it’s very good. They provide quality and quantity. For tea there is good place near IIT gate. From station you can get auto to Lanka in 25/person. From Lanka to HYD gate in 15₹/person. You can travel throughout campus via electric autos. Giving 5/10/15₹ per person according to distance.

Just behind BHU Varanasi rooms are okay food and service are okay the hall and banquet facilities are very good good for event and marriage ceremony

The rooms were not clean.... And a after repeatedly calling the staff, the room wasn't cleaned and the bedsheets were not changed for a whole day. It's location is good, near the campus of IIT BHU, but it's far from main attraction of the city. The staff were sloppy.

Best hotel if you want to roam in Varanasi... Don't go near ghat to find a hotel. They are pretty costly and shady too.

Poor availability of public transport from there. Eating places are far away. Inhouse food is average but very costly. Good for noise free stay.

Everytype of rooms are present...some are so small that u may even hit the tv, or the bed while walking in the room. Slow service...but clean enough....no tea making equipments...Good location for tourists near the Hyderabad gate and vishwanath temple of BHU...

Rooms were not so clean. Manager was very Rude. When I was staying at the hotel there had been an issue were someone's Bag was stolen and hotel staff was careless and they were not helping the lady. If you are planning to stay at this hotel better think twice because later on you would regret it.

The service was not that good, Need improvement in accountability of giving items when someone checks in. Also if laundry service can be added then it can be a great experience.

Marriage or any function is not worth doing here, these people book some area like banquet haal to some other customer even after booking. Their behavior is also not good. Please don't book here for any party or function.

Stay is fine. But, Reception & Cleaning Staff behavior is careless many a times. In wash room the glass is loosely fitted. It falls down automatically & breaks and you will be charged 500 rs for cleaning & replacement. From here, Vishwanath Temple is around 6-7 kms & auto's charge 300-350 rs.

Nice place with second floor rooms are the best. Room service food is amazing. Downside is cleanliness and security and location. Suits BHU visitors near Hyderabad gate

Very good experience. The room was clean, well maintained and had all facilities. The staff were courteous. The hotel is located very close to BHU and hence, many eating joints are close.
