New construction hotel.A very comfortable stay for us in banaras. Far away from the chaos of the city but still the places are reachable. staff is good and polite with great food service.

I came here from Nepal and it was an outstanding experience to live here in Hotel Santoor. The staffs are really cooperative, especially Mr. Santosh Yadav who was friendly and helpful in all sorts to us. Would recommend everyone to come here!

Rooms were big and bed was comfy but the shower was not working perfectly and the flush was dripping in to the commode continuously. Fortunately none of the issue was big trouble. When we booked our room, I don’t know or why but Iwas not able to book them with breakfast but it was good for us as we could try famous Banaras breakfast ( kachori subji and jalebi) from different restaurants. Banaras aaye aur savere ki kachori subji na khaye to kya khak Banaras aaye. Location was it’s great ast it was close to city center. Most of the attractions are close from this area. Did not try hotel’s food so can’t comment on that. But check out their menu and it was on pricier side.

Hotel is very clean and rooms are really nice and comfortable. Staff was really considerate and good. Manish yadav, one of the staff here, took care of all the things. Service is good

I went their with my family. I took a family room with 2 king sized bed. So size of the room was large but it was not a cleaned room. Washroom was cleaned and well maintained. But the service was poor. I dont know the exact reason but would highly encourage the staff to focus on service delivery.

Best hotel in Varanasi, located at the heart of the city. The rooms are very clean and hygienic. The staff and owners are very hospitable. Must stay here.

Definitely hotel for the business people as the price of the rooms are little bit higher but as far as environment is concerned it is very good clean atmosphere versatile staff, mouth watering foods, its scenic beauty will mystify your thoughts and feel heavenly atmosphere best place for business meetings birthday parties social gathering

These people loot innocent customers by charging them twice. Even after showing them our bank statement that our money has been deducted twice, they are not accepting and refunding our money. One should never go this hotel. Worst service!!

I stayed here for a day and half. Room was a bit small but ok, washroom was ok. Food: It was good. Cleanliness: It was poor, the linen was dirty, there were lipstick marks on the pillow, they didn’t bother to change the pillow cover too. Reception staff is not at all cooperative and give illogical arguments and say this happens or that happens in big hotels. Its a 1-star hotel as per the overall experience is concerned. The staff should once visit good hotels to experience how a guest gets treated there. I would certainly not recommend if you are looking for a nice stay. Its ok if you just don’t care about the cleanliness and staff behaviour.

We booked this room from make my trip, booking was confirmed for two days and two rooms but at the time of check in, receptionist denied, she was telling we do not have rooms and booking is reflecting for only one day. Later on after waiting and having calls with make my trip they arranged rooms but rooms was too far. Hotel staff confirmed to change next in the morning but denied in next day morning. Food options are very good in taste and quantity but pricing is bit high as per competition. TV was not working and the issue was not resolved despite of having multiple calls and follow-up. One rooms washroom was smelling and instead of getting repaired they were using spray.

Wonderful 3 Star Hotel with all necessity amenities. Attached restuarant with the hotel that provides food is also delicious. Recommendable for all personal family business stays.

Rooms are pretty good. Can't say star level. But decent. Good thing is they provided drinking water without asking. Good staffs. They have their own restaurant downstairs with decent food. Location is good and going to railway station is so easy from there. Good restaurants and stalls are also available around the place.

Hotel is good but the owner of this hotel always presents in the hotel and recepsenist does all work after asking to the owner. actually this problem is everywhere in Varansi, in every big hotel the owner will be present on one room of hotel and he will have a look on all customers. Recepetionists are not free and they cannot decide themself.....

hotel good, at avg price, you can stay as a couple and family and single, locality also good, you can afford dinner lunch and tea near by small restaurent, in hotel santoor only fooding not good, other every thing good, if you stay there no issue you will feel safe, staff good, 12 to 12 cheack in cheak out time, neat and clean floor,

It's just okay. Noting great or very good. Good thing: the place where it is located. They have restaurant. You can order food at your room. They only accept cash, no cards.

Nice & tidy place but the rooms are a tad small. AC & Non-AC both available at affordable price. Situated just alongside the road, convenient for marketing or booking cabs for services.

the service of resturant is very poor. it took them 45 minutes to bring the food which i ordered. i never waited this long to get my food. not even in other buay resturants. There were ver less customers ,not more than 5,but then too they took this long to bring the food.And guess what it was my parents anniversary. I totally hated it. And please dont try baby corn as it tasted very sour.

Toooo Much OVERPRICED. Rooms are of the quality of having maximum rent of 800 but they charge 1550 for a room made of British era. Furniture are toppling. TVs are of the british era. No wifi. No proper Maintainance. Food is Way too expensive. One plate Dal costs 150. Total Waste Hotel. Please don't stay in this Hotel.

Stayed in this hotel in the intervening night of 19th and 20th December 2017. First of all, when I reached hotel late in the night, I was informed that Dinner is not available. Room was in bad shape, taps in bathroom were leaking, toilet seat was dirty. bed tea was not served. Rent was also high compared to other hotels of same category in nearby localities.
