I had booked the room but didn't stayed there at all. Our booking was from 12pm onwards but we had reached a bit early that is 5am, we only enquired that if there is anything available or any arrangements could be made we will pay extra for it they told us that there are no rooms and asked us to leave the premises and to not come there before 11 am and that we can not even sit in the lobby, we asked for guidance that what can we do in this scenario? They told us they dont know, the reception(2 guys) was so hostile and disrespectful, me and my mother left to find some other place. I know people might comment that we reached earlier it was our mistake, but what can we do? pay extra for 1 whole day ? This 12pm to 11am check in and check out thing is only meant to harass people, The train timings were such and I had gone through the comments which mentioned that these guys will accommodate if you reach early. Even if they cannot make some room they could atleast talk respectfully. I should have also called a bit earlier to enquire the availability in advance. I canceled my booking later on.

A worst experience I've ever experience in OYO hotel here in Hotel Haveli inn. Charged more money. Staff behaviour too rude as never expected in varanasi. Cleanliness too poor, dirt everywhere on bed, almirah, smelling rooms, bathroom also dirty. Wifi connection too poor to connect a single page. No telecom phone is there. No good facility for a single cup of good tea. Ambience is poorer. Location in a isolated lane. No room service staff present. Overall worst experience and suggest not to stay here.

Rooms are good specially ground floor Room just behind reception area . And Room on 1st floor was good but Room needs to maintain. And wardrobe need to maintain. Setup box is not working last time. Food service is poor because Food are costly and not good in taste. Prefer to eat outside foods instead of hotel food. Everything is nice. Couple friendly hotel.

Very very poor costomers service duty & room was not clean up after duty room service very bad condition also not to costomers service manager on duty place,laber child in duty room service is big effect to me child labour duty place also not to visit there Oyo hotel is big companies low & rules baroken down , it's environment not safe ,security issues on tha hotel place ,not serve good food and many rules baroken

Location wise good hotel, there is very few staffs to handle their rooms. 🎨 Service was little slow, food and other items were ok but their service was slow due to lack of staff 🎨Rooms were ok type not very clean, the walls were dirrty , needed paint , washroom was not clean , the water didn't come fluently in the morning or night 🎨The staff was good in behaviour, helped with the accomodation but you will have to carry your own luggage to your rooms 🎨You can stay here but don't expect very much in return 🎨All together a good hotel in range 👍👍👍

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. None of the parameters to call a hotel is not available. Hotel including room is sprayed with disinfectants, with very strong odor, which made breathing difficult. Plastering of the walls in the room are coming and moist.

This Hotel is Scam.....Fraud better to book another Hotel. The room was booked with Breakfast included but staff says there is no Breakfast , also Very unfriendly staff here .

Worst experience, Oyo should remove this. Rude staff didn't accepted Oyo booking and we had to move with our heavy bags to other hotel. Worst experience it is in a very small road even car's can't go

Bed service. Not good for corporate clients. One person from staff- behaviour was like he is king and customer is his slave. Rooms don't have proper minimum light ambience. Worst behaviour. Staff trys to make customer fool. And prove them wrong infront of owner/Oyo manager. No kitchen. No outside food delivery to door. Most of rooms don't get mobile tower coverage.

Plz don't suggest any customers to Hotel Haveli inn 1,Varanasi because no cleanliness,not a hygienic place,rude staff, dirty bathroom, no ventilation, frequent power shutdown, no wifi connectivity, non co-operative with the customers..Also the building is totally cracked and at any time in may fall..Worst experience during my recent stay from 11th to 13th Sept.2023.

Place is different from mentioned. Bathroom utilities are not working well. Stinking smell all over the room and bathroom. Remote of the tv doesn't work.And sometimes owner switch off the ac from the main board

It is good but Need more care about bath room.must use Harpic liquid and clean . Also a small bottle keep inside bath room

Staff does not know how to treat with females and guests.. Had to leave the hotel within an hour after checkin.. filling the case against them in consumer court..made a dozen calls for refund Oyo executives put call on hold and disconnect...have the calls recorded and their ingnorance...

Very bad services from hotel staff. Didn't provided me breakfast which was included in my payment during booking hotel. Hotel staff is also very rude. They provided me a dirty type old room because my booking was online. On first floor there was good and neat rooms. I am very disappointed from this booking. My mistake was I booked it through Yatra app which also don't have any customer support for Customer's Booking.

Rooms were dirty. And if you will go to the washroom you can clearly see yellow stains all over the floor. The rooms were AC but in the starting they will let you use AC but suddenly after half of the day, AC will stop working and you will face power outage. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Room qualities are not good. Room are very old painted not well maintained and not cleaned. Bathrooms use to smell. Their wifi is also not working. Foods are highly charged. Their location is also very difficult to find. It's in street where you need special skill on Google map to reach tk them. Desk person is very helpful

Totally disaster, You may please find some other place it will be much better. 1. No pre-arrangements like hand wash in the bathroom, soap, uncleaned etc. 2. Dusty room table and place, you will have to think twice before putting something anywhere like your bag and clothes. 3. No room services you will have to go all the way down to the reception to tell them you need water, even if you take a number to call them, they will ask you to please come and take your self. 4. A/C is not that much better cooling it will take 1-2 hr to cool the whole room. 5. In summery only hot water comes in tap in both the geyser and normal tap. Spend 3-4 hundred more but you will get much better room even with breakfast.

The location of the hotel is in a badly connected lane. The rooms require a lot of maintenance. The service is generally poor. The manager, however, is friendly and helpful.

It's good hindu hotel as hard to find hindu hotel opposite railway station so if you want to stay near railway station,yes you can choose this one option.Value of money.Cheaper rates still nice big size room we had.

this is the worst hotel I have stayed in my life. in the name of deluxe room they will give you smelly room with no water and frequent power cut. the staff is also not supportive. if I wouldn't have paid in advance I would have never stayed there. these are the hotels which is putting Varanasi in a bad light. never go this hotel.

I have booked this hotel through Oyo and I have paid to the Oyo as well but when I reached at hotel , i had to paid 700rs extra........ Desk man told me that I will not provide u room , but if u will paid 700 rs more than Oyo price then I will give u room...... Guys mei wha gya tha ghumne aur wo city mere liye nya tha mere pass koi option hi nhi tha to hme paid Krna pra ............... If I talk about bedroom ,that's ok but washroom condition is pathetic ........ Need to improve ....... Koi dusre city jata hai it doesn't means uske sth kuchh v kro. ..... Agr price change Krna hai to phle hi kr do...

Very rude staff. At the time of check in, when we complained about room cleanliness, receptionist clearly told us to either check in or get the booking cancelled as room condition will not change.

The room was not provided as shown in the photo, the room was not good also the service was not so good, they have charged me 100 per hour for extra stay which was not according to the rule of Oyo but due to emergency I didn't had any other option so I had to pay for it
