I
had
booked
the
room
but
didn't
stayed
there
at
all.
Our
booking
was
from
12pm
onwards
but
we
had
reached
a
bit
early
that
is
5am,
we
only
enquired
that
if
there
is
anything
available
or
any
arrangements
could
be
made
we
will
pay
extra
for
it
they
told
us
that
there
are
no
rooms
and
asked
us
to
leave
the
premises
and
to
not
come
there
before
11
am
and
that
we
can
not
even
sit
in
the
lobby,
we
asked
for
guidance
that
what
can
we
do
in
this
scenario?
They
told
us
they
dont
know,
the
reception(2
guys)
was
so
hostile
and
disrespectful,
me
and
my
mother
left
to
find
some
other
place.
I
know
people
might
comment
that
we
reached
earlier
it
was
our
mistake,
but
what
can
we
do?
pay
extra
for
1
whole
day
?
This
12pm
to
11am
check
in
and
check
out
thing
is
only
meant
to
harass
people,
The
train
timings
were
such
and
I
had
gone
through
the
comments
which
mentioned
that
these
guys
will
accommodate
if
you
reach
early.
Even
if
they
cannot
make
some
room
they
could
atleast
talk
respectfully.
I
should
have
also
called
a
bit
earlier
to
enquire
the
availability
in
advance.
I
canceled
my
booking
later
on.
