Worst service in Varanasi. They charge 3k for one room and no amenities and zero room service for food. They lie all the time and it’s an really really bad place to stay. One star cause that’s minimum. Shame!

Reasonable price to stay. Rooms are clean & spacious. Hot water availability is good.

Rooms are fine but the staff misbehaves a lot and they lie a lot. We visited with our family and booked for two days but to accommodate bulk booking he lied and forcefully asked us to checkout .. even if you ordering food or something please check it thrice coz they add extra fake bills that you didn’t ordered.. We asked for the owners number but he didn’t gave us the same coz he was lying all time and misbehaving.. Worst experience ever in a domestic and international space.. Don’t ever visit HOTEL MIDCity, Varanasi

Worst Hotel i ever seen..i booked for 2 days at the time of booking but they are force to checkout for money..They wants to give rooms to another people's for money.. Also at the time of check-in booking staff told he will provide GST bill. But they are not providing even i asking for GST bill is avoiding me.. I think government should take action against him. They are cheating with Government in GST.. @VARANASI POLICE @ income tax department Please check and take legal action against him.. Very costly also.

There is no kitchen inside hotel so no tea food will be served. Rooms were dirty and staff wasn't cooperative. ACs were not good of room despite complaint they said it's load issue we can help it.. Overall experience wasn't good with stay.

Decent hotel with very good hospitality and Coutegeous staffs, well mannered and joyfull staffs. Near to all sightseens and all transport available in the hotel and outside all public transport is accessible. Secondly many many thanks to Mr shubh kapoor owner of hotel midcity for his excellent Hospitality. Rooms are great and interiors are luxurious also bathrooms has all ammenities

Rooms are good but the cleanliness in washrooms is not good. Buckets and mugs are very dirty. Owner is not hospitable and employees are less to cater to guests during rush season.From his behaviour it seems as if he doesn't need the clients any more. Not recommended.

Well placed location, within walking distance to Dashashwamedh ghat, Kashi Vishwanath temple and Godowalia. Well maintained clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Reasonable price. Efficient and prompt service by staff. Excellent owner with a pleasing personality and cooperative nature.

We had an excellent stay in hotel Midcity, not only the service but also the locality & hospitality is simply awesome. The owner of the hotel Mr.Subh is also very cooperative. His travel trip is also nice having numbers of cars for any no of group. Morning breakfast should be complementary for every guest.

Very good hotel. Reception people are very cooperative. Whatever was asked for, was fulfilled immediately. Mr Shubh and Mr Pandey were very decent and helpful. Very courteous. Midcity name is very correct because it is situated at the mid or heart of the city. I'll give a 5 star. I'll request everyone to come and stay in the hotel.

Had a great stay!! Initially there was a confusion within the staff with the booking but well sorted out by the owner. Owner Shubh is a real gentleman. Had good parking space at a busy road. Recommend 👍

I would like to put on record the kindness and courtesy in which the front office staff is amazing and would give them 5 star rating. Specific appreciation to Mr Ashutosh for their humbleness and Keep up the good work team.

This hotel is nearby 800m from ganga ghat, you can took an auto for 600m after that you have to walk 200m to visit ganga ghat, or manikarnika ghat or vishvanath temple. Food is too expensive in this hotel, but you can order from swiggy or eat locally. This hotel is on luxa road near luxa police station. But it's better to find more hotels near by ganga ghat or stay at hostel.

The room given to us was a double bedded. Upon complaint they provided third bed, which made the room very cramp. They charged three bedroom cost for two bedroom, more over the rent is bit high. Ko

Everything is Good except Cigarette smoke in Rooms, It's coming from Corridor to your room, they should take care of it, those who smoke shouldn't be allowed into these kind of hotels, you can't stay with the family when you have such kind of atmosphere around you.. Management has to be taken it very seriously about this.. otherwise reputation of the hotel will go down..

Midcity is excellent hotel for budget stay in Varansi. Clean rooms, excellent location , and great service. I stayed here for 3 days with my family and we enjoyed the stay here. With their parent company, Guest of God tours & travel ltd, they even provided services of local sightseeing and tour assistance. Which was really helpful during our stay. Highly recommendable.
