I am writing to inform you of my recent experience at a hotel which I believe to be unworthy of your consideration. In my opinion, this establishment is nothing more than a pathetic excuse for a hotel, with a staff of cheats and illiterates who are not to be trusted. During my stay, I was shocked to discover that the staff at this hotel were engaging in dishonest practices, and I can only assume that this behavior is commonplace for them. It is my sincere belief that this hotel is not a safe or trustworthy place to stay, and I strongly advise that you save your money and look elsewhere for accommodations. In my opinion, the staff at this hotel are not only uneducated and illiterate, but they are also lacking in basic moral principles. I would caution anyone against doing business with this establishment, as I have no doubt that you will be disappointed with the results. In conclusion, I hope that this message serves as a warning to anyone considering staying at this hotel. Please take my advice and seek out a more reputable establishment that you can trust to provide you with the service and experience that you deserve.

Edit - comment from hotel is wrong and anyone can see other comments as well which rude and misleading. Wish could paste booking details to relieve the owners lie. Original comment we reached hotel after booking and hotel denied to provide us the room and asked for extra money. On discussion, the hotel representative mentioned that he has to pay commission to booking.com hence cancel the booking from there and he will provide the room on same charges but without breakfast, whereas in booking.com our booking consist rooms with breakfast. After travelling to the destination, such experiences and denial of service and claim for extra charges is unacceptable.

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers. We have booked 4 rooms for 8 people and As They provided us pillows which are wet and they Also Dont have Blankets... They lights in the room stopped working. And it's just been one hour and a loads of complaints. No Geysers in Any room. They have some idiotic boiler System. Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge... Rooms are too small. Rooms are not clean Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star!

We booked initially for 2 days as it was closer to Varanashi train station (Varanashi Junction station only. Varanashi City station is far) and wanted to stay in a hotel closer to Kashi Viswanath temple for remaining 3 days. But, after staying initial 2 days, we changed our mind and extended our booking for 3 more days in Blue Star Hotel. 1. Hotel rooms are very neat and clean with sufficient space. Found lot better than most of the other hotels. 2. Staff were polite and helpful. They gave us a bigger room than we originally booked as the room was unavailable due to repair work. However, we got our original room on 3rd day. 3. They tried their best to arrange all ground floor rooms as ground floor rooms are in high demand. Really greatful to the manager for accommodating all of us in ground floor rooms. 4. They also helped us to get a good driver for local tour and temple visit. The driver was trustworthy and helpful. Food quality could have been improved. However, you'll find lot of suitable restaurants nearby. Overall it was a pleasant and memorable experience for our family of 5 members.

We booked a room in Blue Star (using Booking). The day of our arrival they called us saying the hotel was full, without any justification or alternative. Fully NOT recommended 🚫

Not that much tidy and beautiful as shown in pictures. Not even a star catagory hotel, just a rest stop.

Rooms are somewhat ok. But service is tooo bad. They don't provide toiletries other than a medimix soap for handwash. No complementary water (RO water is there, which you hot). No breakfast. For everything else other than room, it's chargeable. Room service is too late, if you ask something to change, sometimes they will take 12 hrs. :)

No parking is there please don't book the hotel. Breakfast they won't give till 9 am and till the time they gave you are llate by 1 hour They always write in the review that the person is drunk. Please look at all the reviews and then book.

The food here was not tasty. I got food poisoning after eating their food.Only thing they do good is Poori n alu green peas curry. They say there is a restaurant on terrace. It is not a restaurant at all. You will get worms swarming over your food. Room service is not upto the mark. They claim it to be 2 star. But it is not a star hotel. Just an Oyo room. It does not have lift. So you have to climb the entire stairs to reach your room. It costs Rs.1200, which is not ok for me. Moreover it was an ok chalega type of experience.

Had a harrowing experience. Located in a narrow street, extremely cramped rooms, fans have no speed, a/cs don't function properly, taps suddenly go dry, some rooms don't even have English toilets.

Worst experience ever. The air conditioner is not working and after complaining so many times, the receptionist is asking to manage with this only. I will never ever recommend this to anyone.

I have been here, and honestly speaking that this is one the best hotels to stay in the locality with affordable prices. Absolutely clean place, well maintained rooms, and up to the mark services.
