Location- its far from main areas. Non eateries outside. No market etc. as of now front road is under construction hence plenty of dust everywhere Room- washroom have bathtub with no separate area to take bath, hence bath tub should have non-slippery mat. This is the basic thing which this Hotel has missed. Hence, very risky. Linen provided were not clean, ramada has to pull up his Laundry staff, as they are spoiling its name Staff behaviour- we reached at night, the person in reception told that they don’t provide second Access card, this was cheapness. Another Room helping staff behaviour- on asking how to increase temperature, he suggested sarcastically to switch off the AC. Not sure what the staff thinks of themselves, hence I think a service mindset is missing. However, staff during the daytime was good restaurant manager treated as well and accepted our requested of late breakfast. Driver accommodation - they charge for it, but unfortunately provide a very unhygienic condition. This is not up to the mark of Ramada. Ac- never seen such kind of AC control in any hotel, whereby nothing is in display and a guest cannot make it out how to reduce or increase temperature. Hope Ramada management sees this all and improve upon and live by its name

The hotel is in little outer location. Very hyped. Food was not justified as per the price. The ordered food was lacchha paneer masala which was okay, dal was worse in taste, roti was okay to have and rice was also not that good. Ambience was not that good. Felt was not maintained since ages. Very few people at place. Just one time restaurant to visit. Next time will never come for this place unfortunately.

It is a very good place to stay and celebrate any function. Very spacious room, good service. Love the breakfast and lunch. Very good variety with quality items. I attended a marriage function and the arrangements were very good. The decorations around the pool and entrance were amazing. Musical band added one more star to the party. Service was good, staff were available all the time where you needed.

This place is located on the outskirts of the city. Due to the narrow roads and irresponsible traffic in Varanasi, it might not be an ideal choice for a business trip or daily commuting to work. However, the service is amazing, and the food is delicious. The rooms are good but not exceptional. Despite these considerations, the dedication of the staff makes this place wonderful

This is a 5 star property, very nice ambience for marriage and food also very good in taste. Facilities provided for marriage was awesome. The only thing which was lacking, that one or two rooms AC was not working, and they were talking like nothing can be done.

Managers needs to be cooperative, they outrightly says no may be because of the Hotel Policies - we paid Advance for our client booking which we asked for refund but they straight way refused. Also they bill service charge without asking us, service charge in food bills are optional but they do it compulsory Why this greed?

Overall a pleasant stay. Pros - the staff is very good, esp at the restaurant (Mr. Anand and Mr. Rahul took really good care of us). The property itself is clean. Cons are that the hotel is far away from the main city, so traveling requires you to have your own taxi cab. Also, some of the items in the room itself - kettle, bathroom appliances are a bit old and could use some work. But otherwise, a great stay

It’s a cosy place in a decent location. Staff is excellent which makes it stand out. Good variety in breakfast buffet, great service and enthusiastic staff catering to individual preferences makes this place worth every penny!

Food is excellent. The hotel staff are at their best behaviour. Truly an amazing experience during our stay.The management is too good, they fulfilled our all requirements. The best thing of the hotel is their location, you’ll not feel or listen to any hustle bustle of the city. If you are planning a staycation then this is the best place to visit, they have a lot of amenities :garden area, pool, gym, kids play area. I recommend everyone to have a visit there.

Vacation Family I stayed here for a couple of days with family, and I must say the support staff is very courteous and supportive, especially as I was traveling with a young baby. I hope the owner becomes a little more supportive and decent in his behavior. Rooms are, however, very small, The location is the highlight of this place as it is just 100 meters away from Tulsi ghat/ assi ghat. Special thanks to vicky for helping us roam around with best suggestions and also the restaurant team for accommodating all our odd requests also

Great place to stay in outskirts of city. In case you are planning to travel to Singrauli/ NCL (Norther Coal Fields) do not miss this place. It will easily save you more than 90 mins (in comparison to stay in city).

Great hotel with friendly staff such as Suraj and Sumana! They have been helping me and my family with the cab, tours and general enquiries. Also the cab driver Rohit is awesome. Would recommend booking for his service.

Ramada Katesar provided a pleasant experience. Rooms were hygienic and staff was friendly. Mr Anand in Aarzoo restaurant assisted us during our 3 days stay. He remembered our food preferences and catered us accordingly. Food was delicious. I would recommend Ramada Katesar to anybody looking for hotel near Rajghat, Varanasi.

Stay here if you are not getting any other option. Commitment from staffs are not kept and they will try to argue so much for the sake of few bucks extra. Rooms are good by the way. Location is off the highway, good for those having road trip on GT road, but worse for others.

Nice property. Good hospitable staff. The best part is, it’s located close to the national highway, thus saving the chaos of the city traffic! A good option for road travellers.

Location is far from the city. You need to depend on hotel travel desk even at regular travel hours as cabbies don't want to come to this place as they don't get travelers from there. Stay was great and food is yummy. Being a tourist place hotels are always booked to full capacity.

Went to the restaurant for bday celebration. Property is decent, food is also ok, staff needs better training (not all, but a few). The hotel needs to realize that in a five star property quality of service is extremely important. Felt the staff to be under trained!

The hotel room was good, spacious. Though it's around 7 kms from temple. If you are looking for options to stay in a nice hotel far from crowd this is your place. They have a great pool. Staff is courteous. You will get autos easily from the front gate. Nearest ghat is Namo ghat.

The location of this hotel is very inconvenient.when you search on web it says 5 miles but it is more than 1 hour away from temple as there is extreme amount of traffic and very narrow roads.there are 2 ramadas in varanasi.we were confused with one for another.keep in mind as you can’t transfer once your booking is done.difficult to find ola or Uber from this place as well.condition of room was ok nothing amazing.the window curtains didn’t go up as the chain was missIng.wall had water leakage marks.staff was polite and helpful. Food was ok.

Property is extremely clean and hygienic. Super testy food with excellent services. The price is worth according to the rooms , foods and services.we really enjoyed our dinner at restaurant. Thanks to hotel staff for amezing services.we will come back soon

This hotel is superb in terms of service... Only problem is it's location. Its 10km away from the Main temple and from all the important ghats. So everytime you wosh to reach the temple... or dashashwamegh ghat ...or assi ghat... you have to cover 10kms and there are traffic jams ....bad traffic jam. SO THE BETTER IDEA WILL BE TO BOOK A ROOM at their hotel @Cantonment in Varanasi city itself.

I book sweet room no 1026 ,and 1021 by name shri krishna ,and i experience was ..this Ramada hotel is Very much fraud hotel.service is very bad . Food was stale ,not good for health . Receptionist is higher attitude and rude by behaviour. Staff behaviour was chip mentality and blackmailing by nature . They i sult customer and trying dominate.bad experince i had today

Very pathetic service delivered by Ramada hotel in ramnagar. The hot water cut down in every 15 min. Even the guest wait for half to one hour just for bathing and freshing. Please do not visit this hotel. Very very bad experience. I had spent 3 days and annoyed with everyday non sense happening with the hot water. Never ever visit this hotel again.

Rooms were good. Decent size. I feel that the amount being charged for the service leaves a lot to be desired. Basically too expensive for what you get. Breakfast spread is extremely limited.
