Good hotel near Assi Ghat and Bhu main gate. Pros- 1. Service is good. 2. Room and Washroom are clean and well maintained. 3. Complementary Breakfast is good. Cons- 1. No lift service. 2. Location is little bit far from main road. 3. Power back up problem.

worst hotel in world. we booked this hotel with breakfast included. they told us that they will provide breakfast to one person only. no air conditioning. only cooling. no heater option. i would suggest u all not to book this hotel at all. worst hotel in World.

Great ambiance. Good food both Veg & Non - veg. Delicious items. Starters & Deserts available. Both A/c & non a/c available. Lawn & Swing are attractions. Many youngsters & families come here. Dishes made to order. Waiting time 30 - 40 minutes for 4 persons. Sober attendants. Computerized bill. Parking available.

Rooms were very clean, the only issue I had was internet connectivity. Airtel service is very poor in that area, and their wifi was also very slow, but overall the experience was very good, good staff behaviour which lights up the mood.

Staffs don't know how to communicate with guests. Paid 2500 for one room, took the room to sleep after a long ride (16hrs) but they started some construction next our room (Room No. 103) and found baby mouse inside the room. When complaint about it staffs attitude was bad. And at the time of check out the staffs treated us like thieves. Every bad experience from this hotel. Food provided by them was good, but since we found mouse inside the room we were concerned about the hygiene of the kitchen didn't ordered food after that. Won't suggest or go to that hotel until they appoint someone who knows how to talk with guests.

Nice hotel. Room n bathroom r clean. Staffs r good n well behaved. Outside 4 wheeler parking available. Shyamal open kitchen also very close for delicious food at affordable price. Very close to Assi ghat.

Hotel is really at good location if someone is about to explore assi ghats and nearby areas. Overall service was good. Room and bathrooms were clean. Budget friendly.

Hotel amenities good and staff also cooperative and well knowledge staff but food quality and taste is not good you can order from foodpanda this is low budget property

Amazing hotel with an open restaurant which serves tasty food.

The room was good but the service was not good. The particular rooms which were booked by me in advance but during the check in time the room have been changed and also the breakfast was very poor. It was very uncomfortable and bad experience. One of the staff was asking for advance regularly for all the three days which we will have to stay. From the next time I will never come into this hotel I hope that they will take care on this review.

Pathetic staff and services rooms are very small. Unprofessional work environment. Poor air conditioning. Worst hotel to stay in. Look for some other one. And OYO should consider the hotel once before choosing it. Worst OYO experience till date. OYO customer services are worst customer care executive should have to learn how to behave with customers.

I don't like anything about the hotel. First the man that checks you in has a very bad attitude and is very rude. Extremely poor service. definitely would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
