Initially i loved the property and the ambience a lot. The property has immense green vibe and a perfect place you can stay with your family and friends. But the staff here in the restaurant area is not at all nice to the customers. I respect the discipline among the staff be it of any property and i also respect the people who abide by the rules. But when you spend such an amount in any property and book your stay, you have certain expectations from the staff and the way they treat you, they greet you. Today I went for the breakfast at 10:29 am. 10:30 is the closing time. The staff straight away denied from serving the breakfast. The buffet got cold and he straight away said that he can't serve the breakfast now. So whatever is left you can have from that. I personally do not appreciate it in anyway. This was not expected. I stayed here for 2 days. And this is how they treated me. I've stayed in so many big properties and never got treated like this. But what to say now. And yesterday a couple and a man came 20 min late and they served fresh and warm breakfast to them. And i don't know what chaos did I create, I came out of the restaurant empty stomach. Because i wasn't angry but I felt bad. Such a pathetic behaviour. And i absolutely didn't think that I'll write such a review about this. But small small things also matters.

One of the best Luxury Hotel in gorakhpur. You can organize Multiple function at same time because space of this resort is very huge. Parking area is very good you can park your vehicle with safety because all the area of this resort is secured with #CCTV and guard. You can also experience garden view of this hotel. This place is located near medical college gorakhpur overall location is very easy to remember. I got good service there.

I had a great time having delicious food at your restaurant. waiter And the waitress was committed to great service and was very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome and I definitely liked that you have a very modern Style. Most importantly, every food and drink on your menu tasted great!

Nicely furnished property with highly untrained, rude and uneducated staff , specially the reception guys and Mr. Akash Tripathi at the restaurant. Unchi dukaan feeka samaan, classical example.

Most pathetic service. We have organised our wedding in this Radiant and that was really pathetic saturation where they lock the common washroom by stating that we can't allow till the timing that the wedding starts. Can you imagine how cheap the mentality is. We have taken 22 rooms there including breakfast. In the morning when we ask for tea then they charge me 1,200/- just for 8 cups of tea. When we asked the reason, they stated that you need to come to this location and have tea to avail the free tea which was included in breakfast. Can you imagine, we have relatives that can't walk and ordered morning free breakfast has also been charged. The staff were very rude. I never recovered this to anyone.

It is very nice hotel. The atmosphere is very nice here. The staff is also cooperative. The hotel looks fantastic in night.The service is also good but they should improve in cleanliness and environment of the hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect and good . The food served is moderate here. Looking for more improvement from them.

We stayed at this property for a 24 hrs which had 3 functions included. Later we extended our stay by another day at the property while the wedding venue was different. The property definitely deserves 5 star for cleanliness and maintenance. Rooms were clean and tidy with clean bathrooms. I am not sure how their packages works but their service for the breakfast and lunch in their service area was really pathetic which spoiled our day thrice. I would have given one star if I had to rate the food served in the service area and their service. The person in charge was extremely rude. We had to wait long time for getting tea or coffee. Mostly pooris/bhatura or breads for lunch was never available. The staff there particularly the person looking after the service area was never listening. These are small issues but overall Hospitality is very poor as compared to any same range property in south. People aren't courteous and we needed to literally scream on them to get things done.

everything is fine, the receptionists are all polite, really respect people, but when you enter the restaurant, you can see the face of the girl who works there, like she owns this hotel😡😡, very evil👎🏻, doesn't respect those of us who want to order food, we Paying there is like asking for food, if you don't understand how to work in a 5 star hotel, it's better to just wash the toilet🤢🤮🤮😡😡😡!! not just once, every time we go there we are not appreciated, we pay like we are begging for food there👎🏻, MUST BE Taught A LESSON!!😡😡😡😡😡

During the check out we were informed about An Alcohol Consumption. It was a Family booking and we dont consume Alcohol. When addressed to the duty managers we were told that either we have consumed and we have taken in our bags from the hotel. We organised a Wedding and room was used for preparation and not to drink Alcohol. Would recommend the visitors to double check the bills.

We booked 8 rooms. Did not enjoy the services. Poor response from room service, quality of breakfast was pretty mediocre, fruits were bad, the drainage in many bathrooms requires cleaning. Less manpower and needs much improvement in fooding.

The city is my hometown and I am there quite often, so I know the standards they follow there. And based on those standards, which is not very high, I am rating this place with five stars. It has a perfect fine dine space with live music, where you can obviously request the singer and listen to your fav melodies while you enjoy your food. Place is beautiful and spacious that means it is also far away from the city. It really has a cool restobar with a sparkling dance-floor for you to have an experience of clubbing in the evening. Menu is also broad. A very nice and classy place to stay in Gorakhpur, if you want to stay away from the city chaos. The staff is also good and helpful and the property has got enough party-space, in case you want to host one.

Radiant resort is best resorts. It's very clean and peaceful, enjoy it's awesome place for stay.Breakfast items and quality was good and staff behaviour is also good. It is use for like marriage,birthday anniversary etc function.

Nice place for wedding purpose. Service is too good. Two marriages happened at the same time but no chaos created

Wow what a wonderful property, full of green vibes and latest fresh atmosphere, This resort has lots of unique things like .. pool, big grounds, table tennis and Fantastic Bar !! All things are very exciting to enjoy ! But what best things which i enjoyed and loved is their reception !! Every one at reception was so good and welcoming which makes our stay enjoyable. Good resort. Good spacious room. I believe best optio to stay in Gorakhpur. One need to check before booking as it is 6 kms out from main city. But welcome was good & the food served is very delicious & tasty.

Bit far from main city(7-8kms) but has beautiful location n ambience , catering services are also very good , food were served hot n delicious.

Room service could be better. Rooms itself are great and ambience and location are amazing. Would definitely recommend a stay!

Worst service ever !!! There is no proper Chanel for booking or stag entry . Before they used to charge 500-1500 for stag entry, now it is 2000 and still the management is of use until and unless you go there with a FEMALE !! BC bar kyun khola hai red light zone hi bana do.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Radiant resort , staff was incredibly helpful, specially Ladli Jaiswal (front office desk) and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful & clean. I’ll recommend to all my friend.

If you are looking for a peaceful stay with luxury treat of having nice clean rooms, professional service, tasty food and lush green gardens everywhere, Radiant is the place. Hotel is almost at the outskirt of the city but the roads leading to the hotel is quite good and wide, so you don't see any traffic hence you can travel the distance without any trouble. I personally enjoyed the peaceful green scenic environment at the hotel with good food and of course Table Tennis 😁

Everything Is Good Except The Behavious Of Staff. They Have Not Yet Succeeded To Get Rid Of Their Typical Mindset. They Wear Suits And Talks Like Layman. Being Professional Isnt About Wearing Outfits Its All Starts With Your Communication Skills. Else Property Is Very Nice...Rooms Are Cozy....Services Are Good.

I attended an engagement-small event here. Infra grt; ambience awesome;staff well versed. But was dissatisfied with the hospitality. Lunch (like salad)provided was occupied by d flies; unhygienic condition; no proper washing of utensils.& Event planner had to change since they didn't know what music background to play when wedding n all goes on.If we spend hefty amt to conduct this kind of func then we expect better results.

I’ve spent a night in mid January in room 403. No heating system in the good looking big room and no hot water in the bathroom! This is unacceptable for a business like this. During the entire night I could also hear the noise of a water pump being turned on randomly. If you’re going to stay in this place just make sure you get a better room.

Ambience is good, food is very ordinary .we ordered tandoori soya chaap. it was very chewy hard and quality was below than road side stall

Great place to hangout with friends, best ambience in the city. Have a lot of sitting areas. Choose according to the company you are having. Great food as well. Little expensive for normal days, but worth it for occasional celebrations.

Location and rooms are good, BUT coming to the restaurant, the service is a bit slow and food portion being served is quite less when compared to standard. Rest, taste is just good and not out of the world. PS- it can be much more better with little more efforts

The place has got nature's vibe and has execellent amibience ... its Infra is super attractive .... The staff here (especially santosh ji) is very polite and coperative.... It has all the amenties ... rooms are super clean.... you can book this resort without any second thought..best hotel choice for your stay in GKP. I enjoyed my stay here at the fullest..

Worst place for business trips, as Mr. Sudip is a really unmannered person/manager, he does not know how to talk with guests even his unhuman behaviour sucks. He loves arguing with guests and his iq level is ZERO. Also Mr Ashok who came with a suggestion is also unable to understand the concern. Due to all this we left the resort with in 30 minutes without any refund. Not recommended.

The experience was good and non veg food too from starters to main course but what was disappointing was vegetarian food veg galauti kabab,paneer dish I think lababdar was total waste of money and taste wise it was very bad 👎 😕 can't eat.....and coming towards sweet dish we had gulaab jamun which was tasty soft n delicious & Shahi tukda which was bread with milk sooooooo not good an costly too.....ambience is good bt I would recommend some more lights please

Resort is good but in outer area. If you are there at night then you must have your own transport. Because resort charges very high for there taxi service.

The stay was good. From personal experience, I would say the resort is tad a bit overpriced or I may put it this way that their service and amenities could be better for a luxury resort. Good for Gorakhpur city. I don't think a better place for stay could be found in the city. I'm from Hyderabad and I did taste Lucknow food earlier as well. So, comparatively, the food tasted just fine if not too delicious. Good experience overall
