Worst experience at a cafe! Apparently you can't get your food reheated just in case it gets cold and the cafe people had the audacity to tell me that it is 'jhuta'(polluted food, coz you ate or touch it) and they can't even put it in the microwave. I get it, it's Banaras, but practice these absurd customs at home. Also the waiters can speak English to foreigners and not to an Indian as if all Indians talk Hindi. Such arrogance and worst service.

In my experience, getting a proper cup of strong and tasty black coffee isn't as easy in India. At Filocafe however, I found that coffee fix that I was craving for. Apart from the good coffee, it's also just a cool rooftop place to visit for some quality time away from the chaos downstairs. With your partner, or by yourself. Go here, I definitely recommend it!

I have been staying here since last week, this cozy place and café give the best impressions! Hospitable hosts (Shiv, Ashu, Shalini and other sisters), delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, ecofriendly earthenware they are using to serve dishes. I recommend it to everyone! I am not in a mood to check-out early from this place;) You must try pizza over here.

Wonderful experience. Ambience like village themed was literally beyond awesome. Getting this pleasurable restaurant amidst gullies of banaras is just like privilege. I strongly recommend this to visit once.

These guys don't even deserve a single star. They didn't even ask for a glass of water from us and took around 40 minutes just to prepare some glasses of cold coffee. Talking about its taste🤐- just like coffee mixed with sugar syrup. At the end they didn't even present a bill just told us the amount to pay. How could a cafe be so unprofessional. The pictures they used here are nothing more than a social media gimmick.

Be careful! I ordered pizza in this cafe and was very poisoned. I had fever, stomach pain, nausea and diarrhea for two days. There are almost no visitors in this cafe, perhaps they are using spoiled products. I have been in India for over a year now and have never had any health problems. In Varanasi, I had stomach problems twice, and both times after visiting this cafe. For the first time, I thought there was some other reason for this. But the second time I was poisoned so badly that I couldn't eat anything for three days after that.

A quaint cafe with a selective menu comprising freshly cooked meals. We choose this place for dinner and we weren't disappointed. Will definately come here again when we visit Kashi. P.S.: Since they make fresh meals, be sure to inform them by 4 pm if you want thali for dinner.

I have been here many times when I stayed in varanasi. They serve very nice pizzaz. Also the staff Ashu and Shiv are really nice people. I would highly recommend to visit this place.

Amazing atmosphere, view of the ganga and very friendly owners. A great place to meet like-minded people from all placed around the world (indian and internationals). If you like to have your food adjusted just simply ask the food is amazing. Recommendation for the fresh fruit and vegtable juices, completely freshly pressed.
