I visited hotel satkar. It was very beautiful😍✨ and good place for family as well as personal outing. Service was satisfactory.

The hotel rooms were quite spacious. Plus you can enjoy music in washrooms too while having a hot shower, what else is required in life! The breakfast menu had a lot of options to explore. A small tip: better to have small portions of every food to really have the experience the varsity of their menu. And yeah, you should really fast the previous night to have the taste of all food they provide ;) Additionally, this franchise really takes customer service and customer satisfaction on a different level. No doubt, it's one of the best place to have a comfortable stay on your vacation

Worst hotel in Varanasi, management and manager don't know what to speak and whom to speak. They make fool to outsiders and decent people. They sell their deluxe room at higher prices where they don't have mirror, cupboards few basic things and very poor service. Please check their rooms before you pay them. Their restaurant starts at 11 AM but they fool visitors saying you can go for breakfast at 9 AM. Don't try worst food at higher prices at their restaurant. Their lift and AC works at intervals. "Please stay away from this hotel and don't waste your money". Stop deleting reviews I am posting on social sites to make you more happy the person who is deleting this post. If you can't serve people don't take money.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From start to finish, everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed throughout my stay and were always on hand to offer advice or assistance. Overall, I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an exceptional stay

The food was okay only. The behaviour by the employee's was not at the best as well. fooding --> 300-500 per person. Not a place to visit more than once.

This property is run by swindlers. We had our AC turned off (the office has the power master-switch for each room) very early in the morning during a peak summer night halt. When asked them several times, were told sequentially: 1. fault in the line, 2. power failure 3. generator pickup delay and 4. generator fault. No water in the bathroom when we checkedin. The proprietor Mr. Vinod used rude language with my wife when she complained about electricity and water problems. Booking done through a travel portal, when complained to the helpline, AC and water restored after a 6 hour ordeal. And thereafter we were asked to checkout within the next 10 minutes.

Stayed twice en route to Lucknow from Kolkata .. found helpful for overnight stay in this Hotel beside highway just after crossing Daffi toll plaza .. the family room is reasonably priced and spacious.. wide space for car parking .. restaurant is at separate building beside hotel, and serving food which is reasonably good ..

Umm.... till now I can say about the hotel that the room service, food & other management were good. The price was not too high. The rooms were spacious and beautiful too. Overall I have had great experience in this hotel. Go there and just enjoy the vibe of the hotel.

Quite a good decent place for stay. Rooms are ventilated . Staffs are friendly and polite. Located near varanasi - Kolkata highway, serving a good place for outsiders who want to visit Varanasi. Well I say it is the best hotels in Varanasi I came across.

Great location, decent rooms for the price. Lackluster service, rooms need to be maintained better (mine had creaking cupboards, smelly bathrooms, broken switches etc.) and quality of in-house food is average.

I stayed with my parents for 1 night and 1 day, rooms were really nice, everything was neat and tidy, hotel staff was also really good.

Me and my wife were travelling to Ladakh on our bike and had to halt at Varanasi. This hotel is just beside the highway with big parking. Room and bathroom was very clean. Food was ok. We checked out early morning.

I was visited here recently experience is really good. Ambience and environment is really great i think people should definitely visit this property for personal experience. Service and cleaning part is also good. Stuff are taking care of guests nicely.

I had recently visited this place at my friend's wedding but the experience was worst. The AC was not working in any of the rooms and the room service was not responding to the issue. They were serving normal water and when asked about cold water they were ignorant to the issue. All I can say that this place neither do justice to it's name nor to the price which they charge. Please think twice before planning any function here....

Useless service. Tasteless food.

Stayed at 3 June for function. One of key of our room has stolen. I think this work was done by any worker of hotel.

Food was expensive, delayed service. Had to wait for almost half an hour for the food. And cleanliness was very poor. Should avoid if possible. There are better restaurants in nearby places

Very poor experience!! Very Poor service I along with 3-4 friends visited there the staff denied to sit in AC lobby giving reason it's only for family members. What was that behaviour?

Definitely provide services opposite to their name “Satkar”. Great services provided by them: 1. Miniature fountain similar to the one in their lobby in ur bathroom(with rotating features) but not complimentary water bottle. 2. No wifi(server seems to b down) 3. Unmaintained rooms 4. Only 1 towel provided for 3 pax(even after asking at the reception) We called before reaching Varanasi to check if rooms are available. He gave us a nominal rate for 3. We got stuck in traffic for 2 hrs & reached near 10 pm. The guy in the lobby increased the rates saying the earlier charges was for classic room which they don’t have now, he was quite busy with doing some other stuff as well rather than attending the guests. Only because of the late night we were compelled to settle with it. The room he gave us was so called “Deluxe room”, you can see how worth it is in pictures along with the “great services” mentioned above.

Rooms are small. Infrastructure is okay. Good to stay for night halt only. Food from its restaurant is very costly. Room rent is 1500/- without any complimentary breakfast. To be specific there is no breakfast in restaurant also

Situated on the highway. Food was good, staffs are very courteous. I felt very safe to stay there with my family for a night halt while going to Delhi.

Away from city at highway. They have their own dhaba just adjoining this. Rooms were decent, service was fine. A bit costlier compared to other hotels nearby city attractions

Magnificent hotel with well furnished, lighted and decorated rooms, halls and gallery. Had hell of a stay over here over the course of last few days. The staff here is well versed and mannered and the delicious food is finger licking good. The location is quite peaceful away from the constant cacophony of city's traffic. Awesome hotel for stay in varanasi. Would recommend it to everyone.

Reasonable price for a good room , with restaurant attached the food comes to your room . The owner was a very nice person. The washroom was neat

the owner was very friendly and helpful..the staff was very friendly and ready to help with everything, it was seen that they do everything for their guests with love and great hospitality. Perfect location of the hotel for the walking tours around the city and good connection to all.roads for the castles. We really enjoyed our stay there.
