Terrible service. First they cheated us by giving us a two bed room after we had paid for a three bed one. Then after calling multiple times they sent a mattress. There is no clear path to rooms. Have to go around back ways that stink to get to your rooms. Restaurant experience was worse. Getting even a glass of water is a long wait. About 30 mins. Starters come to table unprepared and after the meal is almost over even when they were ordered first. And during all this no matter how many times you ask to see the staff and manager they disappear completely. NEVER BOOKING WITH THEM AGAIN.

They call it a 3 star hotel…they are not even near to one star. Just by having ample space and a few rooms doesn’t give you a right to proclaim your hotel a 3 star property. You guys don’t have a lounge area to make your guests feel comfortable who are arriving early to the hotel. Your rates are touching heights as if you are a big branded one. I am at a situation where i needed an early check in for at least 1 room but due to non-availability it couldn't happen. There is no place to sit or to get comfortable rather than a half completed reception area with just one sofa lying there. The reception staff said you have this place to settle down. One has to reach the dinning area after passing through that small smelly passage. What a welcome this hotel can give you!!! Calling it a 3 star property! Nonsense ! Suggestion to the owner, kindly go through the guidelines for maintaining a three star facility hotel.

One of the finest hotel in varanasi... Moderate price at prime location... Rooms are big and cosy... They are neat and tidy.. staff is behaving well.... although food is expensive and but overall the the experience is very good.. highly recommend 😊😊

Think before you go. Ordered 4 mineral water 2 bucket ice cube at 10:00 pm received 2 bottle mineral water at 11:30. Called them to provide ice bucket they rudely responded no service after 11.00. I asked for manger, no manager at night. You guys call your self 3star hotel. You need to know how to talk with coustomer how to provide service how to run hotel.

It was a wonderful trip after a long time with family and I went there from Agra by own car. The hotel had a good and secured parking area, the staff were well manned, coordial and helpful. The hotel was very near to the city centre and staff were quite helpful in helping us make the travel plan. The rooms were cozy and clean and the service was quick.

We stayed there for 2 nights. Due to DJ sound at their Bar it was horrible. Whole biulding and rooms were vibrating. We could not sleep at night. We requested to make low its sound. But was no response. They are not having any concern about guests. Its better to sleep on the roadside other than angaging this room. Thier ambition is minting money. Not guest care. Worst experience in our life. Please don not go there. Humble request for your sake.. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Rooms are ok but as compared to price, it's not that good, don't order food as Food is worst, they are charging very high and names are fancy but they are far worse than anything. I regret twice, hence I was going out for lunch and dinner. Staff is polite but I face lots of difficulty while checking-out, he had no idea what is pending and asking me far more than it's actual. That was worst situation as a guest.

Pathetic Service and Hospitality of Hotel...Zero experience in organizing wedding. Manager Lalit Singh is the worst person ever seen in hospitality industry...he is dealing clients as a Goon, pathetic gesture of him towards his clients ..Recently organized a wedding function and literally he just made all the event messy...Zero service standards, Zero culture and simply trying to be a GUNDA. Hotel Parking Personel and even Bell Boy were rather more courteous as per their role and duty towards guests than Manager Lalit Singh. NILL managerial organizing skills. Just a Fraud...."Ek baar phas gaya client to uska bhagwan hi Malik hai" If hotel want to get succeeded in organizing any marriage functions, they have to work on their staffs attitude, treatment with clients, prompt service and many more... Person like Lalit Rai shall be banned into hospitality industry. Nothing noteworthy...

Very small rooms. It's not what it appears in the pictures. There are no cabinets to store your belongings in rooms. Room service is also very poor. Response from reception is very unprofessional. It took the more than 1hr to bring tea to the room. Not worth the money. Better alternative availables nearby.

Most pathetic hotel. Booked a superior room through make my trip. MMT is fooling the customer after saying to call us if you find any difficulty in hotel, but they are supporting the hotel only. Please do not trust on the amenities they have mentioned on E-mail. Room size is very small, water problem in washroom, door was not locked initially. Hotel staff is very rude particularly on reception. No lift in the hotel. It is not suitable for senior citizen. Room service is very poor. Every time we need to call many times for water. Rates for food is very very high. Not recommend to anyone. You are wasting your money if you are booking in this hotel

The stay was good and I faced no problems overall. I booked premium rooms and they were well maintained and clean. although the room size was small but atleast it was well maintained. Few things that can be improved - I ordered room service (Food) and it took more than 45 minutes for it. Also, there was one dental kit and one towel and I had to ask for one more. It should be already present in the room. Buffet breakfast was not good and can be better. overall - The experience was good, clean rooms, nice bathroom.

The rooms were big and comfortable however the walls need to be fixed. The hotel has parking facility which was a big plus for us. The food is good and the bar is really nice. Heads up for Oliver the Saint Bernard who is a real cutie.

Rooms with no ventilation and have strong stench of putrid air. The furniture is too old and dusty. Also, there is no ventilation in the bathroom too. Too overpriced for the facilities. Disappointed from location point of view as well, for the location pricing is not justified. Too much overpriced.

Very poor service. This place is dangerous. Service charge is compulsory and they will not share the bill so you can't complaint. The staffs are rude and will not listen to your requests. Their internet doesn't work so they can't play music. Over priced place specially their staff named Vijay is hopeless. This place should be banned!!

Location is good. Room size is good but bed is not even 6 ft long. Bed is too small for a 6ft person. There is no lift so not suggested for elderly people.

Hotel doesn't have lift or wheelchairs access.They don't even have dormitory for driver's stay.After all this disappointment once you enter the room you won't even see water bottle or towel in the room.You can't even imagine to stay here for free.please stay away from this hotel even they are giving you free stay.It's a torture.you can rather stay at any lodge after inspection but not here

if it would be possible i will give them negative stars.our check in was 2 pm and 12 pm check out next day.with already paid for 2 extra beds. we got cleaned room around 5 pm.beding around 12:00 am around. no one picks phone on reception,no one is bothered about service,no space for ventilation in rooms,no space for bathing,sleeping for driver. pathethic experience at this hotel.although it was not peak season at varansi. it was just normal atmosphere there but they dont deserve even ONE star

If you like alcoholic beverages, this may be a suitable place, otherwise this is a worst place to stay. Room with bad smell & bathroom fittings are very old type. Reception desk is very slow. Restaurant is very costly with slow services. Music in restaurant create only noise & can hear in room also. Only good things with this hotel - that is parking area and gate keeper. Gate keepers are very friendly & cooperative.
