It was a disaster. On the third day of stay we were told to move out as we had booked only for 2 days which was a lie. The GM Mr. Srivastava tried all his stunts at having us vacate on the very day on which the ceremony for which we had visited Varanasi was scheduled. This was just because the hotel was able to hike up their tariff due to various functions in the city. The rooms were good but had mosquitoes. Towels and bed sheets were not replaced. Room service plates were not removed from corridors for almost all rooms. Very filthy. Suggest everyone to avoid.

Worst Hotel In Varanasi for this price range. Poor Service by Housing keeping and another Hotel Staff. Hotel running with less staff and unskilled reception staff. Complementary breakfast and room tea not on time and you feel that is government Hotel without charges. Toilet without window or exhaust Fan. Never book for Varanasi Trip.

Highly recommend this place. Staff was very helpful, especially the GM Mr Gopal Shrivastava. Food was good. Rooms were clean . Stayed there for 3 days.

Great place, Great Stay, Great Service everything was just phenomenal I would suggest to do try there sukha aloo dal and paneer butter masala best taste really had all the taste and the quality was top notch. Srivastava ji is an excellent person, very kind hearted and a great person he knows how to deal with his customers. You will feel like a home away from home ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Delux room was large but room had no ventilation and had a peculiar smell. Bed was good and comfortable but linen not as clean as expected. Front desk was just ok. Restaurant interior is good but B'fast choice very limited. Food quality and taste poor, ordered soup and some chicken in snacks, too much spice added and even after complain no action taken. Forgot one mobile in the room and did the checkout. Called back after few hours, though the front desk said the searched but didn't found anything. Whereas I'm sure the mobile was left in the room, it was a old mobile being used by kids so not able to trace it too. Not much parking space in front of hotel and helping hands were less too. Avoidable place, stay if you don’t have better options.

A lot can be improved in the food sector. Minimum and not so tasty variety in morning breakfast.

The hotel room were clean and spacious. Specially, the service was timely and the food was great. Specially, These two workers of this hotel ie Mr Indrajit and Aditya prajapati were very nice and friendly. Thank you hotel yelchiko for such a nice experience

The worst hotel I came across varanasi, Being a avid traveller to varanasi I chose to explore some other hotels and I came across this one, but man, the staff the manager the MD itself so irresponsible about their job. Don't care about their clients issues or anything. I had such trouble making them understand very basic things. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody travelling to banaras. Best is your heritage hotels in varanasi. Good staffing and amenities everything. DO NOT VISIT YELCHIKO!

The food is excellent, the staff is very nice and polite to everyone, large spacious rooms and beautifully decorated restaurant. Overall it is one of the best hotels in varanasi.

There is scope of improvement. Room service can move up, sanitisation and cleanliness can improve to curb the mosquito menace. Location is good !

The hotel staff is highly irresponsible... Booked twin room, double occupancy..but assigned both double occupancy rooms.. saying the full hotel is booked.. the rooms were not clean.. the floor was asked to clean again and again then only the service was provided in 2 hrs.. The hotel gave the bill of rooms again when it was already paid online.. and said we don't know about that... The checkout was not smooth took 1.5 hrs to resolve the issue..which made us late for our flights. Totally not happy with the service and quality.. not a 3 star experience.

With friends went for dinner, and was so embarrassing , waited for more than 90 minutes but not able to get food served .It was first ever horrible incident. Therefore this hotel does not deserve review more than 1.

The hotel is very good. The rooms are also very good & luxury, but the service needs to be improved a bit. We liked the food here too.

Average ambience. Staff is inattentive and forgetful. Room service takes an eternity to complete. Food is average. Not a hotel technically, more like a high budget lodge!

Rooms are specious and comfortable. Basement parking is available for 3-4 vehicles of 4 wheelers only. Others are parked outside hotel on space available you can say open parking guard is available through out the night.

I hosted some family friends at this hotel during a wedding in the family for December 13 and 14, 2022. Unfortunately, I only heard bad stuff about their stay, starting from unclean linen, smelly rooms to poor hospitality by the staff. My guests (who are lady doctors, by the way) had to storm to the reception in order to get them to change the linen in their rooms. This was an embarrassment for me and I would advise everyone against booking a stay at this hotel. I also see many other reviews which narrate similar experiences, so this was definitely not a one off incident that happened to my guests.

Awesome place, felt like home everything so hygienic.Food was great, especially the harabharaa kabab.

Uneducated reception staff who doesn't know that if the customer pays full from clear trip app then they can't just quote a different amount... poorest hospitality... don't know why are thet Charging more than 3k for a night

TRUST ME YOU WOULD NEVER LIKE TO GO HERE..FIRST OF ALL THEY ALWAYS HAVE ROOMS AVAILABLE BUT IF YOU CALL ON THEIR CONTACT NUMBER THEY WILL SAY ROOMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE OR ARE FILLING FAST DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP..THERE ARE A LOT OF HOTELS AVAILABLE THERE..I WENT TO VARANASI FOR MY AFCAT SSB AND THE WAY THE WAY THE MANAGER TREATS THE GUESTS IS HORRIBLE…THEY SAY THEY HAVE A WORKING GEYSER BUT THEY DONT..THEY MAKE ALL THE FALSE PROMISES BUT AFTER YOU BOOK THE ROOM THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ANYTHING. WE STAYED HERE FOR A DAY AND THE RESTAURANT SERVICES ARE VERY POOR TOO..THE FOOD IS OKAY BUT IT TOOK THEM 2 Hrs TO GET OUR ORDER WHEN THE HOTEL WAS TOTALLY EMPTY. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Whenever I visit Varanasi I make it a point to stay in Yelchiko Hotel as I find it very cosy and compact. Food is good room service is reasonably good. One of the nice place to stay in.

It was very nice experience. We stay here with family for 2 days & we observe all staff was so friendly & cooperative. Overall this experience makes us for repeat this stay next time also.
