Although their entrance is good and so are few of their workers (security and service guys) other experience was worse. Room seems to be good but washrooms and all are not maintained, atleast the price they charge, they can maintain it. Main reason for low rating is there reception guy gave a deal in which breakfast was included and we went for that deal but in morning they refused & said you don't have breakfast in package and when we asked morning shift guy to call evening guy and check, he clearly refused for package. It's like just make fool to tourist and earn.

I am staying here currently while writing this review because this hotel is one of the WORST that I have ever stayed. The hotel charges a premium buck but the moment you step into the hotel you realize what a great mistake you have made. Stinking rooms, dirty sheets and non-hygienic vibe is only the tip of the problem. The room phone wasn't working so one cannot reach the reception or restaurant for any requirements. One of the never heard concept - the food item comes from the restaurant but the cutlery comes from the room service!! Even tissue papers has be arranged separately as they are not part of the service. When we asked for an extra bowl to divide the soup the waiter said "It has been sent to the other room". Are there only two bowls available???! And after all this we were pestered for a good tip. One of the room that has constant sound from the lower floor was told that its coming from the reception because there was a party happening. I wonder if only the people in the party were paying for their pleasure??!! PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Its a scam.

Very pathetic service. No cleanliness in rooms and corridors. AC not working. Actually they don't know wat hospitality means. They are not able to provide the basic necessity. If I had a option to give the rating in negative I would give - 10.

Pros :- The Room was sufficient space. The hygiene was maintained. Servise was good. & one of the best thing is it's 📍location. Spacious parking Area. Cons:- I don't find lots of cons but the price were little bit higher than I think. But I was able to afford it because my company paid for it. Otherwise if you are a well earner or want to enjoy authentic hotel then go for it. Otherwise don't!! Take your time. Think Twice. Then Decide. B-bye!! 🤝

Very bad service waitors always ask money in each and every service..they don't provide basic hygiene.mouse and cockroaches are in the room .. receptionist deny to provide complimentary ro water also..had taken a video and recording will update

Please do not book this hotel...When you call for an inquiry Manager Mr Chandi Hazra will say there are no rooms available but if you go through a broker you will find there are rooms available, this all because the Manager can charge up to 4500 INR for a 2200 INR room for his own..and you will not get any bills from the hotel because this all Money going on Manager (Chandi Hazra) pocket without hotel owner Knowledge. For 2200 Rooms I end up paying 5400 INR total and till date following for the bill but the Manager not answering my calls and not getting any support from the other Hotel Staff because of this scam they are running. I hope someday my this review will reach to Hotel owner and will get to know what is happing behind them.

A hotel with very good location, food and service. The double bed rooms are quite big for 02 boarders. The hotel has in-house restaurant (veg and non-veg both available), bar, and parking with free wi fi. Over all a good corporate hotel (62 rooms available) where you can stay with your families. It is near the Varanasi railway station and as such you have to catch a toto or auto to visit the Viswanath Temple.

This hotel is on prime location infront of Cantt Varanasi Railway Station. Easy to approach and best for meeting and seminars. Overall services are good.

I have booked this hotel for my 1 day visit to varanasi. The service was very bad, rooms were not cleaned. They were short of staff for cleaning. The AC was not working. The rooms was very dirty and they also did not provide us with the basic room kits. The food was very bad and they didn’t have much option. Also asked them to cook the food but they denied as there cook was not available at the moment. For such a big 3 star hotel the services and food quality should be atleast good enough.

Situated very close by to Varanasi railway station and airport. Hence ,one can reach the hotel easily and quickly. Also, the hotel is situated very near to all major attractions of Varanasi such as Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Sarnath. Rooms are tidy and well maintained. But getting water is a real time problem in the hotel. You have to call the room service many times just to get mineral water delivered. Since, I went with a travel group, I didn't have to buy food from the hotel restaurant. So, I cannot comment on quality and taste. Overall , a good experience. But please do something about the water 😔

Basic amenities not provided, Like drinking water bottle, hand towel, note pad, mosquito machine, slippers, toilet paper, dental kit etc. Staff always busy in banquet functions. Complementary breakfast third quality, repeated same every day. Most of first time visitors complaint against services & quality to reception people, but nobody cares. I also visit this place first time & decide to update feedback to my company, that never booked this hotel again. Worst experience.

Came for one night. Had two rooms and had to get the floors cleaned. One room’s AC was not working. They did get it fixed by night time. The people that work there provided great service but the hotel itself is not even average. Wi-Fi did not work as well. Lobby area was warm as well since the AC didn’t work there. Room service quality was decent. This Hotel is not recommended.

It's a very old hotel and room are not properly renovated. The location is ok and the staff is also fine. But ACs here don't work or either they don't start the central cooling system even though all the guests keep on complaining about it. Due to unavailability of hotel rooms we had to stay here but never again. Forget about WiFi and other amenities when the basic were not provided.

Very Near to Varanasi Cant station. Once this hotel has a status of very good but now a days seems old fashioned and with no good vibes. Rooms and interior are same. They do not change. Food quality of Breakfast menu is good but very limited and massy.

Very Worst Hotel ever don't go there there rooms are okish but but there food like complimentry breakfast! Is soo soo bad I had there breakfast for two days and on the second day I was in the car heading towards my home (Lucknow)after having their breakfast I was started felt like vomiting and same with my mum too my dad got us some pills then I felt better .. Hotel service is very bed bcoz of I'm paying to much money they not give water also and maneger told me sir you will pay 63 rupees and water chargebal and main morning main break krne gya restaurant main waha pr na koi sabji hai ya koi juice sir bas client ka paisa lut rhe hai and manegement is very poor......

Thid hotel is deserve 0 star. But there is no option to give 0 so i give 1 star. Below mansions reason for why i give 1 star. 1. As per tariff rates room is not ok. 2. Service is very bad. 3. Food quality is worst.

Great location very near to Varanasi railway station and great staff. Rooms are also spacious. Only problem is in night hot water geyser are not working they provide you hot water in bucket

Very nice Hotel with Valet Parking Have free breakfast for some rooms and buffet breakfast available at 245/- person at their restaurant. Rooms are good with triple occupancy at cost of 2 persons. Good service by the hotel boys Receptionist Mr Manish is a gentle man knows how to tackle customer issues and provides good solution in case of any problem . I personally shifted from Rahi Tourist Bunglow to Hotel Plaza Inn

Third class service, ac not working . Any order takes 45 min. To deliver water bottle. No ac control in room , bathroom door locks are broken. beeter to stay away from these type of hotels.

DO NOT BOOK ONLINE. They treat online booking customers as second class occupants and constantly remind you that they have to pay commission to online aggregators so they wouldn't give you proper service. AC is not working. Rooms are very okayish. Quite old property.

I've to wait for at least 30 min for check in, and 45 min at reception for check out. Only one 1 person on the reception for check in and checkout at the time when most of the ppl check ins and check outs. Central AC was not cooling the room. We had to change position of the bed below fan so that we don't sweat. We complained multiple times we didn't get any solution. We had to 525/- for brkfast for two, which includes cold Poori-sabji and sandwich, nothing much was there in the menu. No dental kit, no shaving kit was provided.

Food quality is worst. They claim it to be a 3 star hotel. It was not matched to a zero Star hotels of Rajasthan. Staff is highly uncooperative. They will guide you nothing. No sense of talking and manners. You will start feeling like they are doing favour to provide you a room. After having one time food there. You have to find some restaurant near that because of their dull service and worst food with high food charges. I find everything best in varanasi other than this hotel.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE..Had a two days stay at this Hotel. Dirty bedsheets, torn towels.. Reception desk doesn't responds.. For everything thing you need to call Reception and then will only listen if you call 3-4 times for the same thing.. When we reached, AC remote, TV remote nothing was given to us.. For everything I had to go to reception and they won't listen at once.. They didn't even give Blankets in the AC rooms by themselves.... I had to call reception thrice for blanket in the night and they came after 30 mins that too with an extremely dirty blanket.... We had booked three rooms.. In one room TV was not working, In one room Telephone was not working and in one room toilet spray jet was not working... DON'T GO FOR THIS HOTEL.. there are many available online.. FOR HOTEL MANAGEMENT- Atleast provide clean bedsheets; that's the bare minimum requirement..And please work on your receptionist.. One of them doesn't even care to respond to customer.. He just keeps talking on the reception phone to someone.. The worst experience at your hotel almost worsened my trip.

For a hotel that big and self proclaiming to be a 3 star hotel, it deserves no praise. They served us bad food that could have caused food poisoning. Their entire lobby was dark. The washrooms had no soap. 70% of the items in the menu were not served in their restaraunt.
