This place is over rated. As an experienced national and international traveller i can tell that this is definitely not 3.5 star as mentioned. It could be 2.5 stars as per current standards. Service is good. People are very friendly and helpful. This is the only thing that is improving my reviews for this hotel. It is located far from the main temple area and auto people charge around ₹150 to ₹200 to get there. Overall experience: Average

Seriously if ur looking for genuine review about HOTEL ZEERAS .please go through this(the amount we are paying is not all worth for stay): 1.First of all the the building was very old and there is no proper maintenance in rooms and restaurant as well they are manipulating through Google pics. 2.House keeping was too worse like bedsheets are not clean and there is no fan and ac was not at all working. 3.Food in restaurant was one pathetic experience I never had such a bad food and tasteless and order was very late. 4. Room space: I have opted deluxe room (charges:5k-6k) but very very congested room. 5.There are so many insects and cockroaches inside room. 6.The good thing was staff was quiet good. FINALLY I WILL NOT SUGGEST THIS HOTEL. PLS DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THERE ARE SO MANY HOTELS AT BANARAS WHICH ARE VERY GOOD THAN HOTEL ZEERAS

The worst hotel I ever visited. The behaviour of the hotel staff was not acceptable at all. No dignity was maintained they don't have the basic etiquette to treat the guests. Never ever visit this place. The amount charged is also very very high as compared to services that they offer. I have been charged 1500 more than the rate shown online.

Great place to stay at. Helpful staff. Clean and maintained rooms. Ac cools well...just have to wait for some time. Just ask the staff for help if facing any issues. They are very cooperative. Buffet was nice too. 20-40 min drive depending on traffic to famous places.

Stayed in Feb 2023, Pathetic hotel, if there is an option to rate less than one star, I would give that. Bad rooms,bad service and pathetic washrooms. Don't know why they are rated 3 stars and charge roughly 5 K per night.

Lovely hotel with clean rooms...the staff were very cordial and the food was great....Their breakfast was a great hit....you can get transportation easily just outside the hotel to get to old varansi( vishwanath temple) ...overall very nice experience

Might be its my mistake to have had an expectation, booked a suite for 1 day , Room ambience was great. Pool isn't operating in these days and hence that's one disappointment and hot water issue der. Change of a room took long time. I wonder why don't they check before customers checks in to see everything is functional or not. Mainly the food and service is pathetic. Not hygiene at all. They don't have 90% what was there in the menu and you need to compromise there too and they serve you well. They about to serve some spill over food on floor infront of my eyes only.

Their interior design is so old . I do not like it. I book 4 rooms 2 suite and 2 deluxe. But in deluxe room there's not everything's working but in suite room everything's working. There food taste is good. But only chicken was available no fish or no mutton. Design of bathroom was also old. Only hotel look good from Outside

Good place for your small functions like birthday parties, engagement parties. This place has a banquet hall in basement and eating arrangement on the ground floor, for the same the person has to travel back and forth for the single function. The taxes here and the service charge here is really high Starter's table is placed just in the front of the lift lobby in the basement. So if you are coming in the lift to the basement, as soon as the door of the lift opens, you'll be right in front of the starter serving table. This was little awkward to me. Although service provived here is very good, anything related to their service will be very seriously taken. They have parking facility outside on the road, they don't have there own parking.

We recently visited as a family and it was a very good experience. Food was very yummy!!! Staff was also courteous. Their Suite room has a very good feeling and we liked the jhula in that room. Hotel staff arranged a site seeing and that was an added advantage. Earlier I visited the hotel 3years back and between now and then there are lot of changes which is in line with changing times.

Cost of rooms is on a higher side as compared to other hotels nearby plus the size of suite as compared to other hotels in same or lower cost is small. Hotel food is below average. Pool shown in the pic on google wasn’t operational when I went to stay at this hotel in April 2023

Room service was below average. Hotel food was not good. TV in the room was not working. Even I complained to house keeping staff about the above, they didn't pay any attention. Reception staff (Sh Mishra) was vey rude and unprofessional in talking with the guests. He overcharged me in the bill of the foods which we didn't take. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel as the prices too are vey high as compared to other nearby hotels and services are vey poor.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel is easily visible from mainraod/ highway. Follow this method to book a room: Try from Goibibo/Make my trip to get a better discount. Don't opt for breakfast as it opens from 8AM to 10AM. Instead try local famous restaurants. If you are travelling in your own car park y8yr car here and hire an auto to temple gate 2. VIP longue. From there you will get to see all the main places of varanasi. Have a food in annapoorna bhojanalay and then come back to hotel in auto. Places here are often oneway so google maps shows you the bike route. So better park here and plan accordingly. Cleanliness and amenities are great here.

The property is old construction wise. However great assistance was extended by staff specially naushad. 👍🏻

Its 2.5 star at best as its old building and construction plan for room does not make sense at all tv is in corner and bathroom door in front of bed.

Very Bad hotel and even worse Management, looting customers by charging 1000/- for a 100/- stuff. Staff and Mr Tripathi not supporting at all.. Book this hotel at your own risk, they will ruin your stay.. They speak bluntly and no respect for Travel agent and Guest staying at there property... They are looting customer's money by any mean.. They don't even know the meaning of hospitality....
