Too small space in bathroom, poor supply of water, rooms are not upto the price. Dinning is very good. Quality of food is very good.rooms are not too clean. The workers are very loyal, hard working, and very soft spoken, but manger is very bad, his behaviour is very harsh.

I will never recommend this hotel because there is no guarantee to have the same room which you booked even six month earlier. Moreover, the rooms are very very small and peculiar shaped which can not be understood viewing the picture. One can not move anywhere keeping the luggage in the room. Canteen is there but food are very costly. Washroom is not so cleaned. I experienced the above during October 2023.

Room space is too less. Staffs are very competitive. Restaurant is okay.

My stay is about less than 24 hrs. Location is good. One can have darshan of arati. Rooms and restaurant is ok. Food is delicious. Reception people are very cordial. One can stay there

The hotel owner should understand that if a person comes from so far to stay in the room, then he has to rest, but there is no cleanliness in the hotel, there is no lift and the service boy does not come for service.

Not worth of price paid, small room not that good. Bathroom are small and not that clean. Lift available, staff not that polite. Charges are high for both food and room. Towels are not neat

The hotel room was clean and equipped with electronic items , service was also good, charges were slightly higher.

Only one word to say superb stay was here with family of 10 persons. 5 persons each room. Location and service is excellent. Restaurant service was specially above the expectations. Owner is also very soft spoken and helpful.

The hotel is fine, but as per the price point which is 2400/- per day.. rooms are not up to the mark.. price is costly. But since it is in the main market.. so it is convenient to walk and visit the market area and Kashi vishwanath temple. This is only the plus point.

Visited their restaurant. Food is nice. Service is good. Beware of the "Banarasi Pan" kept at payment desk deceptively placed as complimentary but priced at Rs. 50/- each and having quality not worth even free.

miss comited person,we have booked the hotel before 15 days n give advance,when we come he said,room booked in highier price to other person & gave advance so we feel thag gye banarsibabu hame... so dont gave advance that hotel

Nearest accommodation close to gate 4 of vishwanath temple ( around 300m) . Godowlia Chauraha is 100m Hotel is clean and hygienic. You do not need to visit out for food as the food at restaurant of the hotel is decent. *My train was 3 hrs. late and the owner (Sunil Bhya) did a great favour and let me stay without any charges* Thank you for this ❤️

Rooms are too small with limited amenities. But staffs are too polite and humble and super cooperative. Location is super.

Booked but failed to attain due to road restrictions but the owner though knows about this not informed me before booking , he told it will require to walk only 200m but actually after reaching , he told i have to walk 2km to come to his hotel with my luggage, which was impossible to do.Hotel took advance for booking comitted to return money if unavoidable situation arises but not returned money .If this is his business policy then i think it's better not to stay there , you may get cheated some other way

Location is good but this hotel does not provide any free drinking water like standard hotels. You will have to buy all drinking water. Pls check your food bills before payment, as sometimes they mess up with the bill amount at the time of checkout. Takes charge for AC rooms but turns off the AC at their own centrally without asking the guest..! This hotel is in the prime location but needs to improve its services quality..

This hotel have no parking facility. Rooms are not much clean....

Worst hotel ever please don’t go there, these guys are scammers. They take your money and then cancel your booking and don’t even give the refund. My parents had a very bad experience at night 11pm they were denied the hotel room which we booked and paid in advance

The rooms are too small to accommodate the family of 3, the hygiene in the bathroom, room was below average, there were insects near the doors which was falling on us the moment we open or close the doors. The TV was not working so no entertainment. The stay was not that great experience, the only thing you will like is the property close to the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, but my personal experience don't opt for hotels close to temple its too crowded +if you are traveling with luggage you have no option but to carry a luggage without any vehicle as the security don't allow any vehicles inside. Also all the hotels in the temple premises overcharge us with no facilities.

Wow, what a terrible place. Has to be one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Truly atrocious. The rooms smell as if a rat had died. The bathrooms are even worse. I'm surprised that place this terrible exists. The staff was even worse, someone stole my phone, and then when I caught him he was pretending as if the phone just appeared in front of his eyes and he was coming to me to give it. Would not recommend do not waste your time and money
