Me and my son came at hotel at 8am and needed rooms for urgent reasons. Hotel staff, Aman Pandey was very nice and helpfull!!! Had problem with bankcard and they took me to several ATM’s. When water was out of stock in boiler, the came to bring me hot water. Also restaurant was very good, thanks to Chakresh Patel!! So I am very enthousiastic about the Cresent Villa!!

Visited officially and stayed in cresent villa. Would like to highlight few points: - staff is polite and supportive - hotel location is good few kms away from BHU and ghats - Rates of room are ok , depend how you negotiate. - Reception size is small but manageable -Checkin and checkout time is nominal -Keys are manual not digi card type. For breakfast buffet option is not there you need to call and let them know what you want -food quality is good Overall if you want to stay for 1-2 day it is recommended for longer stay you need to choose room which they cost 4.5-5k

Crescent villa is the very good for the stay at the location is of very nice the rooms are well acute service are very good at the cost that provided the location of the villa is very absolute fine you can find as a stay stay

One of the worst experience ever. The place is clean but the service is pathetic. The AC remote was not working, the gyser wasn’t working in one of the rooms. But the worst is we were committed breakfast in the morning ( as we had to catch an early flight ) but the management couldn’t help us. Specially the guy at the desk was really rude. Not a satisfying place to stay.

A dream stay at Cresent Villa. The owner looks after the property himself. He takes utmost care of the guests. Rooms are fabulous, well maintained and equipped with modern amenities at a reasonable cost. Spotless clean. First hotel room where I have stayed has wall tiles made of onyx. Food is excellent. The location is in one of the posh areas of Varanasi with access to all modes of transport. Several malls, shops and restaurants are available in the area. Assi Ghat is only a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Strongly recommend. Indranil Dhar

PLEASE DONT VISIT THIS HOTEL!! 1. They have not listed there room tarrif anywhere 2. Washroom water leaking. 3. Power outage 4. Intercom not working 5. No welcome drink, no proper hospitality on arrival 6. No parking space they will suggest you to park the car on road where construction dust will destroy you vehicle 7. No invoice will be given, in my case it wasn't My Story- I visited this hotel and the receptionist told me the tarrif of the room is 10k and 12k accordingly, as there was a heavy rush in the city I asked for a price cut down, later while discussing alot just to show that they are lowering down the price for us, they came at 12k for two days As we had no other option I settled on that thinking that this hotel is genuine Later as I was passing through the reception are the receptionist was pitching the tarrif at 4k per day While checking Out I shared these concerns with the receptionist and he was like SIR ITNA TOH CHALTA HAI When I asked for invoice of my payment he told me that sir it was a non GST stay in simple words black money, I suggested toh give the invoice and he told you have to pay GST in order to get the bill Later owner was ok to give the bill but not at that point he told me that bill will be sent to my number later evening I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY BILL TILL NOW TO ALL WHO ARE VISITING THIS HOTEL PLEASE DONT STAY HERE, LOOK FOR A HOTEL WHO HAS CLARIFIED THERE TARRIF SOMEWHERE

I must say a very good budget friendly hotel. Must visit once. The food is too delicious and fresh cooked. 10/10 in terms of food 10/10 in terms of hospitality Must visit you will love it.

Beautiful hotel with spacious room,comfy bed,neat and clean toilet. We stayed here 2days.Vegetarian dishes were delicious. Located in posh area of Ravindrapuri and walking distance from Assi ghat.Many Non vegetarian restaurants are nearby.Staffs are polite and courteous.

Along with my family members stayed here recently (from 02.10.22 to 04.10.22). Location is excellent. It's situated on the widest road side in the city and within the comfortable range of all the important things to visit like Vishwanath temple,Assi ghat, Shankat mochan temple,Durga mandir etc. Rooms are good, b ehaviour of the staffs are good,foods are of good quality but bit costly. You can feel homly away from home during tour.

Neat, clean and modern hotel in an excellent location on the widest road in Varanasi but close to the important locations such as the temple and the ghats. Very courteous and attentive staff. A 10 on 10 experience with this budget friendly place...🤩🤩 Rooms are really clean and cozy... Perfect ambience👌🏻👌🏻 The food quality and taste is too good to be missed. Friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. Also its location is very convenient as we can access almost all the important destinations in Varanasi quite easily. I really enjoyed my stay here and I think it's the best place in Varanasi so far. Highly recommended. 👍🏻

I visited there with my family,we were five people,booked two rooms and paid rs4800/- which i felt okay because of its location, close to Assi Ghat.Rooms were clean,AC was working properly. What i hated was the behaviour of a man who i think was manager or owner i don't know.He came and asked us about our hometown, i said 'PATNA' he simply denied offering us rooms,It really made me feel inferior because people like him are still judging people on the basis of their origin,cast, colour. I felt am i looking like an 👽 to him. such people are spoiling the hospitality of UP, specially Varanasi. People come here for tranquility but such people are making sure till they exist you can't get peace anywhere.

A really comfortable and cozy place. With premium facilities at an affordable price better than other larger hotels in the area. Very cooperative and helpful staff. And good food in room service as well.

Stayed 4 nights .... Good location, clean hotel, nice staff but poor food, served late. Painfully slow wifi. Overcharged us (double!) for taxi trip to prayagraj. Get your taxi from UPSTDC for a good deal and great drivers.

A nice little hotel almost in the centre of Varanasi, it has friendly and helpful staff. I missed women on the staff though, and a shower cap and moisturizer in the toiletries. Very happy with the tasty and piping hot vegetarian food too.

Wonderful experience being here. A little on the costlier side but the services fully justify that cost. Quite close to all the important destination in varanasi like BHU, railway station, and the temples. Overall a place with positive vibes

The restaurant is a bit small in area but it has cozy vibes. The service is fine and the food is too good! Prices are affordable for everything.
