Please dont ever go to this hotel because its their business to make you fool if you are totally coming out of Benaras. It is totally a scam and fraud making business. I have booked 3 rooms for 4 nights and paid them the rent of one day in advance. I also told them ki if we would not like the rooms, we will change the place also. At that time, they said yes. But due to non availability of lifts and poor conditions of rooms, we confirmed to change the hotel. Then they said first that you have to pay the full rent and after so many requests, then they said ki you have to pay 2 days rent. Firstly, they said that you have booked through travel Nd ilwe have not received any advance payment. We requested so many times, but their behaviour was so rude and cruel, and ultimately we paid one more day rent and after talking to so many people , came to know that they make fool like this while booking online and take 1800rs per night, if you book directly over the place, they are booking for 1100 to 1400rs. See, how much is the difference. We, went there from kolkata. Never ever go to this hotel with family or anyone.

I would have given big '0' if I could! We paid in advance one 20days before as most of our group members were aged & small kids We had requested atleast 2 rooms in first floor. But we had given rooms in 3rd floor. Owner & Staff of the hotel are merciless & money minded they sold rooms ti others which were booked for for us. When we questioned they acted literally like rowdies. They charged even 20% more. We had to pay as we couldn't fight with because we were in hurry to rush airport. 1.There is no lift in this hotel. 2.Reception itself is in 1st floor 3.Owner and Staff are very very rude. 4 customers should'nt question them for thier services & extra charges otherwise they will threat by calling other local rowdies. Such a horrible experience in a holy place. I still wonder why this OYO is spoiling it's own name by having associated with this hotel...!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

Very worst experience with this hotel, actually what happened we booked 2 room for 3 days and 1 room for last one day and then what happened last day hotel receptionist calling me with no patience that please check out the room and that time dev deepawali function was going on kashi ghaat, and for this occasion they are charging extra money that's why they are forcing us to checkout and due to no availability of hotel rooms we are suffered more, and after lots of argument they shift us in a very dirty and packed room there fan is also not working properly and washroom is also combined for three other room also. We went kashi for enjoyment and dharshan, but for this hotel we suffered a lot and last day hotel people ruined our day, this was my biggest mistake that i hooked this hotel for my kashi journey 😡😡😡😡

It is a very bad hotel for anyone, the staffs of this hotel so ignoring and so meanful. They do not care about his guest. The hotel ac's and shower does not work properly . If you stay in this hotel your money is totally waste.

Very clean and comfortable room. Most importantly washroom was so neat and clean.

My booking was there and they failed to provide me the room. Had to wait in heat outside of 42 degree Celsius with my family consisting of elderly and child. And had to get in search of new hotel which caused a harassment for 4 hours after de- boarding from train. There was no use of getting the booking done before hand in advance.

Worst servise and zero for cleaning, room size very small, very high price. Never go for here. Get better service in any Dharamshala as compare to this hotel. Very narrow way to reach this hotel.

Stayed in this hotel while was on a trip to varanasi. The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are excellent with keeping hygiene as a benchmark. Dashashwamedh ghat is very near to the hotel you can walk and reach therein 2 minutes, you can find a lot of places to eat near the hotel. The price of the hotel is reasonable comparing to the place. Therefore it is highly recommended.
