Very bad experience.... I booked a classic room through oyo and got a confirmation mail for a three days stay. During the check-in time I was informed that no room is vacant. But observed some guests arrived after me and instantly booked rooms. The hotel receptionist lady asked me to cancel my booking. The hotel management may have unfair policy for quick money. Highly disappointed with first encounter. Never ever I shall go to stay there anymore.

Location is perfect and on very prime spot

Was visiting from US. Was very nervous after reading feedback. It's not that bad at all. The hotel and rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and flexible. AC works, hot water delivered to the room promptly, restaurant on top served good food. Best was their guide who took us to the temple for a very nominal fee of Rs.400. Walking distance from the Ghat, I would go back here the next time I visit.

Poor rating for the cleanliness of hotel. Once you're inside the room, it might feel like it hasn't been cleaned for months, if you happen to open the windows or pull up the bed cushion. The OYO rooms staff was prompt though. Our window was leaking and a bed was wet so they changed the bedsheet and the cushion immediately. The hotel is located on a narrow road with not much parking space so if you're travelling by a big sedan, watch out for traffic. The complementary breakfast wasn't tasty at all, neither was the tea.

Its location is near to the temple surrounding. Regarding the hotel I stayed with my family. It was very bad experience. We booked the hotel by OYO seeing the beautiful photos of the rooms. The rooms were very congested. The service was pathetic. The reception staff were not at all receptive. No hot water. No room phone to call reception. Not at all worthy for the money charged.

The hotel is pretty decent. Well behaved and efficient staff. The location of the hotel is at one of the key places in Varanasi, where in you have a market with in less than 100 meters distance as well as the transportation facility is good. And the best part is the rooms are sapcious and do not fall part at any categories in case of services provided

Only hotel staff are well behaved and location is good nothing else. Not value for money, No proper cleaning system. Not provided towels, not provided TV remote after many reminders. No hot water facility in every room. I have booked four room for me and my family only one room has hot water facility. Room rent are 1650/- each after OYO discount. Dinning hall is so dirty you cannot take food there, they are every time insisting take breakfast to your room, as we are 11 members we want to take breakfast and dinner in dinning hall but i can't explain the situation of dinning hall. We have provided room on fourth floor but during my three days stayed one whole day lift was not working and we have to up & down three four time through stairs with my elder parents also, which was very pathetic.

It is in center of the city. The hotel is very close to Baba Vishwanath Mandir,Durga mandir, the famous dashashwamedh ghat and Sankat Mochan Hanuman mandir. You can reach within 5 to 10 minute walking distance. Godowlia market is also very close for any shopping for interested people. Hotel have own restaurant and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Situated at the heart of the city, One of the best places to stay. Hotel rooms can be found as low as 850RS for a couple. And rooms were worth every penny. Hotel management was good had quite helpful in case of some extra facilities needed. They provide me a room heater during winter free of cost. So Sure go for it.

I have booked 2 room or 2 days from OYO. The behavior and service is highly condemnable particularly of Mr. Himanshu. There was scarcity of even the basic hotel services like hot water, telephone, room service. Complimentary breakfast was just on papers as it was not provided properly by hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
