Damp walls , poor ventilation ,suffocated rooms with stinky smell ,non functional geyser ,unhygenic linen n smelly blankets .Moreover ,while booking online the name of the hotel was Ashiyana and when we reached,it became Deepak hotel..I reached late evening with my family n friends on 27th January and on reaching we found that the hotel was totally disastrous . We were left with no option as surrounding hotels were fully occupied . I visited Varanasi for the first time and wanted to stay near Ganga ghat and booked this hotel as pics shown on the site was of ganges view but it was totally different from what was shown.Also , my friends child got stuck in the lift for few minutes...We booked 3 rooms and we were charged 4000 Rs per room but the cost of the room is approx. 1000-1200 Rs ..Overall , everything was poor

The most horrible stay. The name says "palace" but the look and experience of the room is of a lodge. If you don't want to ruin your experience of Banaras please don't book this place. The rooms are very low maintained, there's rust everywhere in the washroom and in the rooms. The linen was used and dirty, the door locks were broken. The hotel staff is non-cooperative. They charged a heafty amount from us in the name of festivites but failed miserably to provide the basic services. The hotel owner was equally non cooperative.

Very near to Assi ghat in Varanasi, almost at the walking distance. The place is nice and in peace. Very nice but small rooms, good amenities and friendly staff

Stayed 3 nights from 9 to 11 September in 5 rooms. Very nice location, excellent service and food . Must recommend in friends and family for future.

Booked 2 rooms, very shabby, one of the bathrooms had no mirror & the shower was not working. The exhaust fans are too noisy, no dressing table stool provided. However rooms were clean & staff very helpful & pleasing. Location is good

Very dirty malty rooms! Stains in the bedding. We had to change rooms as the one they provided was absolutely disgusting: hairs, blood and piss stains on the sheets and the bathroom was extremely poor condition! Don’t come here!!!!

An very disgusting place to stay, staff always look for money. the toilet is super dirty and they service was too slow. Actually I would never ever recommend anyone to this hotel.. The worst part about manager your check-out time is 11 am but they will come morning 7:30 am to your door to clear the bills. And they are always in hurry to kick the guest out and while leaving the staff will literally will ask you money kick kharcha pani mile gaa. In the room some off lights also does not work.

The hotel was too good and the staff and manager waa too polite and calm the service was very good and the most attractive part is the Assi Ghat is in walking distance approx 200 meter. Must visit in this Hotel once.

The stay here was ok, but the service is not good at all. Location is great, food is good but the rooms are not so good. Our room didn’t have any toiletries, tv wasn’t working, no mirrors in the washroom, no towels, commode was leaking.

Very untidy rooms and bathrooms. Manager is very rude. No housekeeping staff available when called. Rooms were not as shown in pictures which were shared to us by the hotel staff.

I hope this review will be read by the owner 5min ago I booked a room for 2 days 29to31stmarch We will arrive at 6am in Varanasi I asked the hotel manager for early checkin but the manager was soo rude he bluntly said no I don't know the name but rudeness level was at its highest Due to which I had to cancel the booking I hope this review will directly read by the owner of the property I also a 4 properties in Gurgaon but never ever dealt like this with my customers Hope you will look into it and do the needful

Would never recommend anyone for this place..The manager has no sense to behave with customer and is too arrogant.. No room service ..untidy and the washrooms were leaking...the only thing we beared with this booking was it's location and is too over priced ..

They charge a lot of money and they are always in search of demanding more money. No value of money at all.

Worst Experience ever please dont go for this. They dont care about service it doesn't matter how much u pay. It is not worth to pay even a single penny. I request you never to visit this hotel. Better to stay in lodge rather than going for this.
