The worst hotel in varanasi. The owner has no adequate to talk with their guests. After you pay the prepaid amount they ask for the extra money for 2nd person. It was very bad experience. Please don't go for this hotel. They are so unprofessional especially there staffs and owner too.👎

The hotel i booked for my short stay through oyo. The service was extremely very poor. After a long hussle journey when reached hotelit was told to wait on reception as room cleaning is in progress. Room size is very small and not comfortable for single person also. Washroom - No Jet was there. Oyo kit- only small medimix was provided After all coming to room when i started Ac the water started coming from AC and pillow get wet and when i complaint they shifted to other room in that room it was good having same issues and again water started coming from ACand in that room there was no TV. They show that they are doing but can't wait till 12 am if they will fix the issue which they didn't. It was horrible stay. Pros- Atleast staff were polite but stay was horrible. Advise- If you are lending room then it is your responsibility to provide and make sure comfortable stay .AC is is not working is not customer fate .

Horrible experience at this hotel. I booked the room from Make my trip. when we reached the hotel they were saying they dnt have any booking confirmation. but i had the booking confirmation. they were saying contact to make my trip we dnt know anything regarding your booking. but i had the proof. the manager MAYANK SALUJA dnt have manner to talk with their guest and He and his all staff was stupid. completely Team of IDIOT is managing this hotel. they made us wait for more than an hour after so much of fight they provided us the room. we booked 2 rooms but they gave us only 1 room. wo bhi aise diya jaise koi aihsaan kiya ho. PATHECTIC experience. i never had this experience. guys be aware before booking for RAJ KAMAL PALACE.

Worst guest house in India. Horrible experience dealing with Hotel Raj Kamal Palace, Varanasi. I had my booking at this hotel with advance payment on 07 Nov-9 Nov. Got the tax invoice also well in advance. When I reached the hotel I came to know that hotel is sold out and there is no booking on my name. At the same time rooms were available on online platform. Hotel owner talked very rudely which immediately gave me a hint that he has sold my room to someone else with higher profit. Request everyone do not make any reservation at this guest house which is run by an arrogant person.

The mattresses which were provided us had nails popping out of it which could have been injurious to us The covers that were provided over the mattresses was dirty The room was smelling full of cigarettes and buds and ashtray were to be found lying around the room. Even after insisting they were not able to provide with the room freshners Hot water was also not available at this location

Horrible stay ! Really very bad experience, the manager named B.k Srivastav was very rude with customers . Rooms were untidy and bathroom as per the cost of the room. Overall, the manager in night was very disrespectful! Will never go again !

Excellent service and we had a very good experience with the friendly housekeeping staff. Food was excellent quality and it is located at the center of the city , just beside the railway station and bus stop.

Very bad experience...They charged Rs 1800 per night...staff is very rude...and they just provide a 2 Rs hand soap....no toileteries...rooms are not clean....No kit....very unprofessional...even had to ask for the complementary water bottle..

A dam delicious food..and very spicy food you will get to eat if you like spicy food..staff is very polite and kind Good services they give for their costumers.

Room Service is very bad takes too long time for response. Night time service is very poor. Receptionist is well behaved. They added 1000 Extra on bill .
