As it is located inside BHU, it is a pocket friendly canteen kind of a stall with tables and chairs arranged. Place is good to have breakfast or heavy breakfast at reasonable prices. It is also very famous for its milkshake and cold coffee. I tried Butterscotch milkshake which is served with a vanilla ice cream in the top of it and it costs Rs. 40 only. Quantity was overwhelming for this price. It's located just outside the main gate of Kashi Vishwanath temple of BHU on right side corner.

Vishwanath Temple popularly called as VT specially by BHU students, is a niece and peaceful place to visit. Generally it takes half an hour to see the lord Shiva. You can go there with your family as well as friends. VT is situated inside the BHU premises. A large group of students gather here generally in the evening for some hot samosas and cold coffees. A lot of other foods from different cuisine are also available like Dosa, Idli from south side and the big packed parathas from north side. Some Chinese dishes were also available. Cold coffee and shakes are damn good man.

Awesome vibes. Veg food at affordable prices. Coffee, chinese, South and North Indian, street food like chola samosa. Mandir is beautiful and morning or evening aarti is a must. Be careful of the traffic and crowd though.

I really miss the samosas and the cold coffee! This was in December during the convocation that we had the yum food near the vishwanath temple popularly known as VT inside bhu campus. Both are must have and pocket friendly. 15 for a plate of samosa and 40 for a glass of cold coffee with chocolate icecream 🍨🍦 The samosa is hard to get hands on because of the demand, be on time and be patient in the morning:)

A nice place to visit. Serves many varieties of vegetarian food and beverages. One can have darshan of this beautiful temple known as VT. The architecture is so fine and divine. You will love this place. The view is beautiful throughout the day. Can have a great time in the compound that surrounds the temple covered in greenery and grass where many birds perch and tweet.. Temple is closed at 12 noon for an hour. β£οΈπŸ™πŸ‘Œ

One of my favorite place to grab a bite. Very famous for their cheap and fabulous cold coffee with ice cream ( β‚Ή40 in 2022). All dishes are also pocket friendly and taste is also very much good. Whenever you visit VT temple of BHU. You should visit it atleast once.

Perhaps, the best place to spend ur leisure time here in the campus. The temple stands tall and magnificent and also recognized as the tallest Shiva temple. This place is totally a Love. Devotees from all around come here. Temple is flanked by some shops which sells varied things from religious books to some cultural artefacts. There are refreshment stalls and shops too where you could have Indian cuisines and you could drink lassis, Shakes. Cold-drinks are prohibited by the way in the campus. You could come here with ur friends, kins and better with ur Love and spend quite a quality time here. There is always an environment of Peace and calmness around the temple. So, come here amid the chaos of life. ❀ Thanks

It's also called New Vishwanath Temple, which is located in the heart of BHU Campus. Architecture of the temple is beautiful, garden around the temple has lush green trees and grass. At the entrance there are many cafe's, book stall, religious book store and flower shops. It's always crowdy here . VT cafe has a good food to offer but they don't have many chairs to sit around and its also don't have much space even to move around the cafe. But still it's a good place to hangout with family and friends. Free parking available here, public toilets are clean here which is very rare to see in Varanasi. If you are in BHU campus you have to visit the VT temple.

This is a very nice place to gossip and almost all the students of Banaras Hindu University gather here for chit-chat and spend their time. This is the place to chill and enjoy or give small Tea and samosa mini party. The Vishwanath temple which is associated with the lord Shiva is a must-visit place for pilgrims. This is a which has a strong positive vibe. People come here to relax and enjoy themselves. The temple gives so much positive vibe and inner peace. I'm a student at BHU and I can't express my connection with this place, a have a lot of memories here.

Great atmosphere, budget-friendly veg options: coffee, Chinese, North & South Indian, plus street food like chola samosa. Beautiful temple, don't miss aarti. Watch out for traffic and crowds!

This temple is the soul of every student of our BANARAS HINDU UNIVERSITY, MAHADEV always listens to the prayers of everyone who prays from the heart . With the recent 4-5 years, the tourism also increases and the temple is getting more popular day by day. If you visit Kashi then always visit malviya ji bhagya ou BHU and vt temple .

Very overrated. VT cold coffee is world famous. So i decided to visit this place and explore. The coffee was indeed cheap. It only cost me 35-40 rs. But i didn't like the taste. Overhyped it is. It's not something for which you need to plan and explore. If you come across this place then you may give it a try.

Spiritual and footfalls are of mostly college students. Most of the people go to original kashi vishwanath. But this is the place where you can meditate. You can get a lot of thing to eat which are mostly Indian snacks. Samosa and tea are favourites
