It's a historic place, house of Honourable Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri. The entry is free, photography is allowed, but no video. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The house and the artifacts present here are in excellent condition. Parking your vehicles can be a challenge because the streets are very narrow.

Inexplicably good. The house is no less than a summary of his short but eventful life. The environment is quiet. There's no rush. There's no entry fee either.

Must visit the Paternal - House Sri Lal Bahadur Shastri. There is no entry fee. There is a care taker who looks after the place. Even if the gates are closed, you can wait for some time and call out for the care taker. She will come and open the gates. The place shows a good view of the journey of Sri Lal Bahadur Shastri. Few things have been kept intact in the place, like the kitchen and bedroom.

My most favorite place.. before this house was in very bad condition, recently took reinnovation and now in very good condition..This is the peternal house of Shastriji ..in a room you can see many photos of Shastriji and year wise life story of him , then has his and his wife lalitaji's statue and some of their belonging items, kitchen ,bed ,chair ..upper stair was Shastriji's bed room..in 2018 September statues were innogurated .now one samajasevak taking care of the house and giving information about the house .though govt imoroved the entire house tourists are very less aware of this place..this is one of the must visit place in Ramanagar

The paternal house of the Prime minister who didn't own a house. His simplicity and dedication to the nation is to be emulated. Strangely, not many in Kashi know about this place.

The former Prime Minister's house, now transformed into a museum, exudes historical charm. The curated exhibits vividly capture the political journey, offering insights into the leader's life and legacy. Architectural details and preserved artifacts provide a tangible connection to the nation's past.

It's must visit place for all, there is one person in khadi who manages the property, he also explains and answers if we have any questions. And at the end he asks everybody to write name and contact details in the dairy, after which he asked us for donation, so we asked him if he can give receipt and he said no,pls be aware of this.
