Health care business is a royal business but in this hospital medicines are sold on mrp and after taking havy nursing charge they use gloves, cotton, sanitisers etc by patients accounts. Garbage management is not bad. Guards on duty sleeping. Overall good hospital but expensive please do something if possible management members thank you 💐 💐 😊

Galaxy hospital is very good private hospital but also VERY COSTLY. There staff behavior is good. They don't accept any medical report of others district hospital. My grandfather had been paralyzed due to brain hemorrhage. Hospital staff/Nurse helped him carefully. One things is missing... There is no any space for Patient consultant or visitors. You need to care yourself for stayed there.

My mother survived a lot of health scares,at many different hospitals,but this hospital managed to kill her within a day. I get that private hospitals are greedy,but if you're so interested in money, at least provide proper service. I saw my mother die in CCU,where the lack of care was unbelievable. She was unable to breathe,with pulse over 150,yet the doctor on duty was scrolling through his phone,no nurses near her bed,no specialist doctor was even notified. When I raised concern,they slowly got to work,but the inaction,the incompetence for 30 mins or so cost my mother her life. Barely 30 mins after her death,I was being handed bills, because that is this hospital's main goal. It's not saving lives,it's about squeezing as much money as you can. If you care about your loved ones,if they are in serious condition,don't take them to this hospital. The only thing they're good at is making you pay your bills. The ICU and CCU is in really bad condition, incompetent staff and poor hygiene. You may have heard about some famous cardiologist or neurologist,but they're only 1 percent of the hospital. The rest 99 percent is an embarrassment to the medical profession and an embodiment of greed.

This hospital is not at all advisable for serious and emergency cases. May be only good for neurological dept, rest all dept. strictly not advisable. My mother life was saved by shifting to Medanta, Lucknow (just in time) after keeping 4 days at ICU galaxy, where, they could not find the source of fever and kept on research for days with irrelevant medication. My mother got Lung infection / sepsis and kept on deteriorating further during her stay at this hospital. Lacks in hygiene at ICU, chance of infection to critical patient is more. People can roam in ICU with less strictness. Experienced only few staff were good and followed hygiene. All care done my RMO and nurses in ICU. Main doctors only visit once in the evening and not even during any emergency. Communication on phone and whatsapp after visit. MRI facility not available, patient has to be shifted to Arihant via ICU Ambulance for same. Risk of catching infection is highly vulnerable in dusty traffic. Transport department is average. Am happy that they coordinated well in transporting my patient to Lucknow via ICU ambulance and precious life was saved just in time.Therefore, 1 star is given additionally.

Very bad and unprofessional staff, doesn't even know how to talk with the customer. My patient has admitted since morning, they had done several test and I haven't received the reports yet at 9 night. Shameful is that they are treating the patient since morning without knowing the disease. When asking to your staff nurse even your lab person they talks unprofessionaly and nobody takes charge of anything..

My experience was very good. With the kind of rush this hospital sees, Varanasi being a small town and people flocking in from entire eastern UP, they do a pretty decent job overall. Dr. Vineet in Cardio was particularly good and gives a lot of attention to detail w.r.t. each of his patients. Canteen food could be better but is manageable.

Galaxy hospital My overall experience was great Doctors are well qualified Canteen facilities are also available But it's too expensive - 7000 for 1 day ccu charge. Beds are limited. Always u will find ICU is full. The thing i found wrong was the nursing staffs were not focused, due to lots of patients they are careless. No special treatments will be provided. Basement they have medical store, they don't provide any discount. Lastly think before visiting it's little expensive Thanku

Wrost hospital with high fees total businesssmen are present not doctors,if u get admitted u will likely to be in the ICU or CCU for unnecessary 7 days doctors always give a lot of heavy medicine if u discharged employee always misbehave, you can't even get the phone no. Discharged my patient after prostate gland enlargement operation turp covered in cashless corporate insurance scheme. Here are my genuine experience. This hospital has worst facilities management i have ever seen in my prior experiences with private hospitals. You may get better experience in some govt hospitals such as BHU trauma centre with a very less expense. Below are few events i had to face: 1. Nursing staff is helpless in helping petient/attendent with wardboy/helper service. I had to run around everytime to get the urine bag emptied / washroom cleaned/ cloth changed/ room cleaning etc. Even after escalating, no relief. In the night i had to wait 4 hours for that. Nurses just surrender saying sir we are helpless 2. RMOs (Savinay to be specific) got angry with me when i had directly called doctor as patient was unable to urinate and his bladder was full. Dr asked him to insert catheter, after 45 minutes and multiple trials no staff including OT assistant, had managed to insert the catheter and finally doctor had to come in emergency. Doctor had reached OT from a distant place but wardboys couldn't take patient to OT by then. You can imagine the situation. Such untrained junior doctors who do not have any idea about urology and a operated patients are left like just that. As consulted doctor could only be visiting hospital in emergency or 2-3 hours a day. 3. Even with cashless, nurses asks you to go to 3 floor down to get the medicine 3-4 times a day. Only Two Lifts , mostly you have to run through stairs or ramps...when you go to medical store ...bam...wait in the que with their sluggish process. Frustrating to the core.... usually in cashless medicine are managed by hospital and bills are given to patients. 4. Cleanliness, room's walls ,roof etc. Are just unjustified with the huge money that hospital is taking. 5. Intersting is, when you talk about these issues with senior doctor, they simply do not like to talk about facilities management and maintenance. To be honest I do not have any complaint with doctors Dr AK Pandey who implanted pacemaker to my dad last year and this time Dr Mahendra Singh who did turp. They have plethora of experience, talk very well with patients. But they are available to consult outside too...so avail that rather than visiting this poorly mismanaged hospital i have ever seen. If there is zero rating I would give that. I have admitted my father after breathing problem. We have consulted with doctor Vivekananda Gupta. They have suggested few test like eco 2D , CT scan of chest. After seeing the report they said everything looks fine. And they give lots of insulin and paracetamol injection during 24 hours. Next day Dr. Said they wanted to start the treatment of TB that too without any test. Worst experience with the doctor. They are rude and expect us to treat them as God.

Most unprofessional and unorganised hospital I ever came across.My mother is a heart patient and she needed medical help I called at galaxy helpline number which is mentioned on their prescription.The guy who received the call tells me Dr is unavailable in so called emergency, I asked for a number where I can contact Dr and to my surprise he gave me one number and with full confidence he said "THIS NUMBER WILL BE OFF TILL 12 AM" wow this is how the operators are trained in this so called GALAXY HOSPITAL.i wish I could record this conversation and post on the site .Shame on medical practitioner of this pathetic hospital. Seems like they are not Dr but some celebrities who work as per their convenience and time shame on this hospital and their doctors.

If you can't spend huge amount on patient then never visit the place whatever situation is. Second .. after admitting the patient ... no relative of patient will be allowed to meet him/her. patient is alive or dead you even can't judge. Third......proper followup for the payment they will not even wait but if you ask anything like case summary or any report of patient then wait and no one will take the responsibility for this. Fourth......All rules apply only for journal people like in night not visitors allowed, only one person can enter the hospital but if any VIP will be admitted then all rules sudden change. Sixth.....you will get the time for counseling and it will never match and not proper sitting outside of ICU & other departments so you have to wait long hrs even not arrangements for sitting for senior citizens. Seventh....... outsource security they behave badly and never understand the feelings of yours for your dear patient.

The worst hospital I have ever seen in my life. They discharge a patient who has a brain tumor. Doctors' appearance is the same as laborers working on a construction site and their knowledge is like 10th-class students. They will not tell you or brief you regarding what they will do to your patient. Many patients they have treated have become worst after the surgery. They even have a slogan we treat, he cures(god). It was my life's biggest mistake that I went there.

I have found best hospital in mid of Varanasi city with their list of well experienced doctors. Some people writing as costly hospital, they only ask for money but I only know if you need best facility for your health then your budget always will be exceed as per your pocket for your well experienced consultant. Galaxy Hospital is the place where you are getting treatment for all diseases under one roof. The time is people may spend money on Pizza & Burger but not for Good Health.

Dr V.D. Tiwari is down to earth person, best thing about the doctor is that he listens carefully to the patient before making the note on prescription. Consultation fee is bit high but the cost of prescribed medicine is nominal. Hospital staff is also cooperative. Adv:- please took an appointment on time. As most of the patient came here from long away so it is bit difficult to get priority consultation. Great hospital great staff.

I went today for the EEG of my family member. The receptionist named SARITA and one more guy sitting in the reception they really don't know how to talk to the patients and dont coorperate. I want her to be thrown out of the Hospital. I will write the same in facebook and twitter tagging Galaxy hospital. Don't spoil your hospital name because of these cheap people.. Sarita was sitting in reception and eating and when asked question she said hum ni kar skte help. Stupid lady

On the night of December 25th, at 00:18, I reached Galaxy Hospital. I was experiencing pain in my chest, shoulder, and back. Dr. Kanhaiyaa Lal was available in the emergency department. He asked why I came so late and why I didn't get medication from a local hospital. We had a 30-minute argument, expressing frustration about being troubled at this late hour. After my request, he allowed me to wait until 1 AM as I was alone and not feeling well. Dr. Kanhaiya Lal conducted some tests, prescribed medication, and instructed me to sit outside on a chair throughout the night. In the morning, I went to Apex Hospital, where the doctor communicated well, conducted tests, and provided treatment. I won't recommend anyone to seek treatment here for any illness.

This hospital is very bad doctors are good but other STAFF such as nurse and patient caring STAFF are careless. I will never recommend this hospital. In this hospital they will make money with patient only. Their hospital canteen staff are very cleaver, they never give food as per dietician. They are self dietician and give food as per own.... Hospital dietician also not good knowledge. I had given my complaint to administrator but they not taken any action against their staff

Hospital is good but for general ward at second floor no of western toilets is only one which is an issue in high rush situations, there are 3 bathrooms out of which 2 can be converted in to western toilets because patients can wait for shower but not for motion.

I'm warning you, never ever try out this hospital, especially the doctor named VD tiwari(neuro), his fees his 1200 and he will do everything to extract every penny out of you. Not recommended.

Mrs. Shalini khatri is worst doctor for pregnant ladies. She ill minded,badly behaved, badly spoken, frustrated lady. I had visited her for my pregnancy check up and counselling. I was carrying my prega news check test, but she didn't reconfirm pregnancy and not even didn't given me 5 min, written 2-5 medicines and send me away .she doesn't loves her work and didn't want to see patient then why is sitting there and wasting time of patient.i will not recommended this doctor any new pregnant ladies or expecting ladies.....

Worst hospital ever. They will make you wait for hours without knowing when the doctor will arrive. They discharged the patient without telling the full report. And after 7 days when the patient came back for the visit doctor was not there and assistants also didn't know when the doctor will arrive. Upon asking they just repeat the same thing that they will be here in some time. Really disappointed. We can understand that doctors are busy too, but if you have just regular patients you should give time to them as well.

My overall experience with Galaxy Hospital has been great. The behavior of the entire hospital staff has been extremely professional and have been very punctual in performing their duties. My father got admitted 4th time from 01st June till 02- Dec'22 and the treatment received from the Doctors, Nursing staff & Corporate teams demonstrated highest quality & standards. Initially, there were some delays in getting CGHS panel formalities completed regarding the surgery for which I had to do regular follow ups, but finally things got worked out extremely well with efficient collaboration. My special thanks to Dr. Kumar Ashish(Neurosurgeon) and Mr. Sachin Saxena(Corporate) for their extremely professional approach in helping us out in every possible way to get the surgery completed under CGHS panel and making things hassle-free for us. This major surgery would not have been possible without their great support and co-operation. Under opportunity areas, I would recommend Canteen food quality to be improved a lot. There is a huge disconnect between price & standard.

I was scrolling through the reviews of the galaxy hospital. I don't know why some people give hate to this hospital in my pov the hospital is the most genuine and helpful in every terms. I never used to review any hospital or any places but I stuck to a comment where I see a women talking about a staff Sarita. And after reviewing her comment I don't think she should judge someone that fast. I know her because my dad is army person and I meet her at the counter I assure you she was so helpful and cheerful... Really I love her personality... All I want to say don't judge a book by it's cover... 😉
