Not so good experience after 3 days days of hospitalisation. Although doctor was nice and qualified but the every other person from hospital staff are very rude and unethical. They really don't pay attention to their work and they make lots of mistakes in maintaining patients file and even on OT while preparing patients for their surgeries. Also regarding their charges, i have noticed a lot of miscellaneous charges and hidden techniques to get the money out of patients pocket. Now lets discuss about their services and rooms which they provide to their patients, we booked VIP room(attaching images) but i must say they really don't care about patients and services, rather they only care about money and only money. If i conclude my overall experience then i am not going to recommend anyone to go here for any treatments rather prefer some government or trust hospitals instead of this.

The hospital is well maintained. There is a long wait for meeting any doctor. The doctors are very nice and polite. The staff behaviour could be improved. The staff make a lot of noise even near the patient's room. It was quite disturbing to the patient. They were yelling to call each other, playing music and just chatting away. Also the first room we got was placed near a construction site and was very noisy. Had to change room to different floor and was charged extra for a smaller room.

Hospitals are made with doctor not facility. I would rate the paediatric department to lowest though the gynaecologist are best in the city. Dr Deepali gupta is good but her staffs are horrible. The follow up meetings are not as expected. She didn’t answer to the questions we asked. It might be because we didn’t paid the fees. We visited within 5 days and we are not suppose to pay the fee again.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Aashirvad Superspeciality Hospital for the delivery of my baby, and I must say that it was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that the hospital lacked proper patient care and professionalism. The staff at the hospital were unresponsive and displayed a high level of arrogance. It was disheartening to see the lack of empathy and compassion towards patients. Their behavior was nothing short of disrespectful, and it made me question their commitment to providing quality healthcare. However, the most disappointing aspect of my experience was Dr. Sameer. He displayed a complete disregard for his patients and appeared more interested in his own personal gains than providing competent medical care. His arrogance was palpable, and it was evident that he lacked both professional ethics and basic human decency. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Aashirvad Superspeciality Hospital to anyone for any medical services. The level of care and treatment I received was far below acceptable standards. It is evident that this hospital prioritizes profit over patient well-being, and it is a disheartening realization. Overall, my experience at Aashirvad Superspeciality Hospital was nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly urge individuals to seek healthcare services elsewhere, as this hospital falls far short of even the most basic expectations. It is regrettable that a place that should be dedicated to healing and caring for patients has devolved into such a disappointing and substandard institution.

First of all staffs over here are so arrogant. Along with it, Dr Kaveri Gupta.. this lady behaves like a dictator. She has no professional ethics how should she be behaving with patients. If you don’t want to risk lives of your wife and baby to be born kindly refrain from using their services. I had an experience where my wife has out of range TSH and upon checking the report she overlooked and told everything is fine. When I explicitly asked after two days while showing other reports she said oh ya she has thyroid but denied to prescribe medicine for it. She told whatever she is eating I don’t know and I will not prescribe. I am repeating guys, be extra careful when you visit this hospital. You are putting lives of your wife and baby at risk.

Overcrowded, u have to search for seating space, no any management to handle crowd through proper number system, coming to doctor Kavari Gupta san she have not enough time to listen patient querry neither have time to clarify patient doubts, once prescription done handed over to her junior sisters for doubt clearance. To take number and diagnose ur patient is whole day task. Overall poor experience.

Hello, this is Mrs.Vaishnavi Seth, I live in Jaunpur.... I'm really really thankful for this hospital especially thanks for Dr.Kaveri ma'am, she is my gynecologist. Before 1year I was suffering from tube pregnancy and this was very critical stage😔 for me on that time my relatives told about this hospital and their good service. My all treatment was done by Kaveri ma'am then I'm only have 1 fallopian tube and this is very hard to convince baby with one tube after ectopic case 😢 but this is possible for me by my supportive gyne 😊🙏🏻. Now, I have 1 boy, he is born on 1June 2022. This was very happy moment for me and this was possible by only and only Kaveri ma'am.Thank you so so so much ma'am and this hospital. If I talk about the service of this hospital that is amazing after my operation, I was stay in 5 days in a hospital and I well impressed with the services provide by the hospital like cleaning, daily my Dr. come to asked about my health, also thanks to Diet Dr., Physician Dr., and all the members of this hospital. ❤️Thank You Dr Kaveri ma'am ❤️🙏🏻🙇🏻‍♀️

In VIP room which have a 6000 rent per day ,and very dirty and not clean and doctor comes to checkup with hi gaurd with rifle which is not good this is hospital not a police station

Hospital is nice but overcrowded. Staff is rude, unethical , full of arrogant, worst behavior. I called on helpline number and her words were" dekhiye bar bar call mat kariye hum bahot busy hai" . Helpline number is for help not for this type of answer. Doctors are qualified but they should take an action against staff . They are literally ill mannered.

Very ill treatment of dr kaveri gupta and other staff… patients pay you to listen their problem…not to dictate them… after long waiting like 2-3 hr… Dr give you hardly 1-2 mins and in this time she speaks only… if u try to ask any thing she scolds u badly…she scolded me just for asking about medicine…she reacted so badly… i cant control my tears…n she said… aisa kya bola jo foot foot kr ro rhi ho.. Dr Kaveri mam not everyone is prepared for this treatment… u r dr … peoples come to discuss their prblms.. you should be generous n a listener also… I dont recommend this hospital and spcly this dr. Ashirwad Multi Speciality hospital provides best treatment to patient. Hospital management maintains premises neat and clean. Doctors are very skilled and nursing staff is trained, loving, caring for patients.

We were consulting Usha Gupta and she is very well experienced but they will force you for cesarean delivery otherwise hospital is well maintained

Dr usha gupta I respect your age and experience but only due to few Receptionist and Cordinator staff hospital image is tarnishing. They think themselves as a owner of a hospital after usha gupta and treating patients as their slave, Receptionist and Cordinators behaviors is very very rude their face are always unhappy not smiling, as a Receptionist they should always look happy and smiling they don't have aticates how to talk with patients. Management is worst. Most of the ladies are bengali and their behavior bengali behaviors is poor everywhere most of the bengali people is rude. Why they are hiring this kind of people, due to cost cutting they are hiring them. Very unprofessional not to visit again this hospital I also dont recommend other. .

Good and very clean hospital. Its expensive but facilities and waiting areas are very well and good helping and calm dr. As well as compounders and nurses. The hospital is responsible for treating large numbers of diseases and operations. Free parking is also good in hospitals in these busy areas. Canteen facilities are good for patients and families too. Food quality is good and light. The hospital location is a little bit busy but good gourds handing the traffic.

Staff coordination is poor, public use washroom are poor smelly look unhygienic, some what only polished Services are available. I have worst experience in terms of Service. Hospital administration is not effective.

I came here for checkup with someone . . Till the time I had to search for parking here all the checkup was done by the hospital and still I was searching for parking🤫🤫🤫 Fun fact-: The hospital has parking but in my several times of visit it has never been opened for common public...either you park on roadside or have your driver to take it somewere else. POV-: I was wondering about the couple who come for checkup by driving themselves.... Husband- go inside while I park the car Wife- where are you I am done with my check-up alone. Doctor is nice and treatment also works. But but... behaviour of all Staff is rude, unethical , full of arrogant, worst behavior. The hospital is One of the best hospital of Uttar Pradesh and India. In this hospital I experienced every thing is well managed. Every unit of this hospital is doing his duty properly. I am very happy to visit this hospital. Every staff of this hospital is co-operative.

Ashirwad Hospital is a very famous and Dr.S.P. Gupta is a very good and knowledgeable paediatric doctor. And when I visited Ashirwad I am fully satisfied with all the staffs and their politable behaviour.

Hospital infrastructure is awesome but no Ro on fourth floor No sanitizer Even no mask for ICU patients when they go outside for test it's their responsibility to buy mask .poor management .naam badey aur Darshan chotey .

I want to tell the world that the Aashirwad hospital is simply best. Staffs are well mannered, specially doctor salabh Gupta is a gem. At last I want to say that you can't find a better hospital than this In varanasi.

i respect to Dr. Usha Gupta but now a days they(doctors) are using her name only for patient mainly NICU doctors. even they are calling other doctor from out side to treat patient(children) at the time of treatment you can't see your baby... Seriously i suggest that NICU facilities are good but too costly and other staff are very rude... never go for maternity

This hospital is worst one i have ever visisted. The hospital staff have zero knowledge of thier field and profenciency. The doctor was not able to diagnose the actually cause of the child and still admitted the child and treat her for 5 days and discharge her even she was not well . Whenever asked by the doctor on his visit he just says the child will get well and does bot gave any background information on asking what the disease she has. My child is a 9 month old and she was having vomiting and toilet sjnce 2 days when i admit in the hospital the doctor treat her for diarrhea and discharge her saying she will get well at home even though she was suffering . The doctor Sameer Gupta rather must have admitted that he does have any knowledge and could not treat her on the first place.

Dr. Team is very 3rd class team,because they had not checked my daughter completely they were busy in making money like test,sonography, X ray. Even doctors who are visiting there are 3rd Class Doctor only TPA Team is strong and Hospital is clean.

Ridiculous bed charges & timing, Arrogant staff do only what they feel profitable to them, They want to take out 7.5 month baby by any means possible. Non clear and unfair management, Staff gives multiple medicine at name of doctor, And Doctor says it's alright. They know how to suck out 1 lakh everytime you come with either mild dengue, some pregnancy pain.. I never saw any Normal delivery in past 3 years. Medicines are 3 times more costly than patented recognised companies.

My Father got operated by Dr. Shalabh Gupta for an Inguinal Hernia Repair and have to say he is one of the best surgeons in Varanasi at least. If not the best amongst all. Moreover his disposition exudes a positve aura that emanates through his wise and comforting words. Couldn't have honestly expected better from him.

Drs are very nice and polite and provide a good counselling to the patients. But staff here are very arrogant. Specially Dr. Deepali's attendant (dark complexion ,specs) she don't have any sense of behaving with patient. When u can't smile at patient at least don't make a rotten apple like face. Even some pharma people's where there she was also behaving them like insulting. Hospital management must need to take care of these people. If you're appointed for a duty atlatleast do justice to the jobjob. Patient ho ya Koi professional apke yaha bahut umeed se hi aata hai uske sath aisa bartav nahi acha hai. Do and give respect.

Don't go there , first they are not professional and second they think they are god. Further no consulting policy even they took consultancy fees in cash without any reciept.
