My wife was little concern about going to doctor's in South Goa. Her hesitation was my biggest concern, as she was unhappy with most doctors she visited. The Dr Neelam was recommended by a friend, it's was a blessing, Dr is relaxed and does not exploit like others... She prescribed few medicines and made sure we as a couple were fully relaxed.. I am posting this almost after a month after visiting her and I feel I have FINALLY FOUND A Dr :- who believes in serving then exploitation... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Had taken my wife to this doctor since she was experiencing stomach cramps and dizziness. She hardly examined her and top of that charged rs 1000 for the same. Just prescribed a pain killer and a gas tablet. If I had to give my wife those tablets why would I take her to a specialist.she is very pricey for doing nothing.

Dr.Neelam is a very kind and warm person. She is a great doctor and relationship counselor. Her counseling has helped me a lot in my personal life and growth.
