Good place to stay with family and we had good time however there are specific points to note and please take care of that before doing any bookings 1. Please don't do any bookings directly, they have an unique cancellation policy of 15 days. Anything less than 15 days, you will lose minimum 30% for sure and they're so adamant on that. 2. If you are family of 4( with 2 adults and 2 kids) they charge you Rs.3500/ day and they're not flexible. As per the hotel policy, kids 15 years and above are adults 3. Rooms are small and it's difficult to accommodate the family of 4. 4. The people in reception behave rudely and it will upset you and spoil the mood during check in itself. 5. If the booking is done through their sales team then any changes we need to coordinate with the sales team only and the reception people don't listen to us. Sales and reception act as two different companies 6. No flexibility on late checkout and the communication from the reception would be rude with no empathy. We will get a feel like being on road is better than requesting the people in reception 7. Inside restaurant, the food prices are super high 8. Beach is very closer and in walking distance

Title: A Disappointing Stay: Lack of Amenities and Poor Maintenance I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at hotel, and I must say it was far from a pleasant stay. From the moment of check-in to the end of my stay, I encountered a series of disappointments that significantly impacted my overall experience. One of the most basic expectations when booking a hotel is the availability of essential amenities. To my surprise, my room lacked some of the most basic items, such as hair conditioner and a hair dryer. These are not extravagant requests but rather standard offerings that one would expect from any decent hotel. The absence of these amenities inconvenienced me greatly, and it reflected poorly on the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. Moreover, the state of maintenance at [Hotel Name] was disheartening. I noticed signs of neglect throughout the premises, from worn-out furnishings to faulty fixtures. The overall ambiance of the hotel suffered due to the apparent lack of care and upkeep. It was disappointing to witness such poor maintenance standards in a place that should prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of its guests. What added to my frustration was the unresponsiveness of the hotel staff to my complaints. Despite bringing up issues regarding the uncomfortable bed and malfunctioning air conditioning, no one from the hotel attended to my concerns. This lack of attention to guest feedback is inexcusable and only exacerbates the already disappointing experience. A hotel's success is often measured by the quality of service it provides, and in the case of hotel, it fell short on multiple fronts. I would caution potential guests to carefully consider their options before choosing to stay here, as the lack of essential amenities and poor maintenance services significantly detracted from what should have been a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Rooms are less than average given the high price we paid for them. Location is good since it's right next to beach & shacks. Food was really good at the restaurant. We stayed 2 nights and both had a wedding going on which highly disturbed the peaceful atmosphere.

Resort itself is so addictive that once you will get into your room, you won't feel to go out. Staff is very nice. Plus point: near to less crowded beach (1.5 minutes of walking distance), water activities are near to betalbatim beach in walking distance Negative point: if you are vegetarian and don't want to eat in resort, then options are very less and they are 5 km away. Otherwise property is very nice and photogenic; including swimming pool, bicycle for half hour free, stage for function Food quality is very nice, and chefs are very cooperative according to your taste and choice

Clean rooms, clean swimming pool, clean lawns. We went during monsoons, which I'd imagine is probably the most difficult season to maintain a property, but all of it was well maintained. Room Service is exceptional, the cafeteria and breakfast options are great, the food is also good. Ground floor rooms have a small private patch of their own. A stone's throw from Betalbatim beach, which just happens to be one of those less crowded gems. An access gate to the beach cuts the walk to about 1 minute, and a thoughtfully placed washing place right at the entry helps you wash off the sand as you come back from the beach. Not to mention, enough parking space. Had a great stay and would love to visit again.

This Resort is very peaceful & environment friendly. The Staff at Front desk were very polite & efficient in check inn. The rooms are quite clean & very well maintained with clean bathroom. Swimming pool was quite big & clean. The Room service was very quick but found the prices on higher side. Breakfast Buffet spread was huge & very tasty. The service staff were very helpful & made the Guest very comfortable. Will Highly recommend this place .😘😘😘😘

Stayed here for 2 nights in March 2022. This is a very well maintained property full of gardens and greenery. Ground floor rooms come with a private garden at the back, nearly the size of the room. WiFi in rooms is good enough to work. Buffet breakfast is worth it. Plenty of options for kids and grownups. Beach is about 200m from the back-gate. It is a really good one with minimal crowd and a few good shacks.

I will start with the Cons and then the Pros - 1) This is claimed to be a 4 star property but looks to be not more than 3 star, the exteriors of the resort are great but rooms lack basic amenities. 2) Rooms do not have twin curtains which means the semi transparent curtain is missing hence privacy becomes a concern. 3) The room washroom does not have an exhaust fan, also no dental kit or hair dryer is available, which is a bare minimum at a 4 star resort. 4) The Internet was an issue took almost a day to get that sorted. 5) THE BREAKFAST AREA IS PATHETIC, FULLY CROWDED, NO WAITER TAKES YOUR ORDER AND IT IS LIKE A FISH MARKET, WE SKIPPED THE BREAKFAST FOR 2 DAYS, EVEN THOUGH WE HIGHLIGHTED THE CONCERN, NO ACTION WAS TAKEN. 6) The taxi has to be taken from the resort thus your movement is greatly limited as taxi overcharge you 7) THE Room TV is just 24inches and that too has noise problems, another bare minimum expected from a 4 star resort. PRO's 1) The location is good and beach is just a five minute walk. 2) The shacks near the beach are great and they saved us, we had all our food there. 3) The resort is well built with nice decoration. 4) The staff is prompt in service and quickly respond to requests 5) The food is good and we found it to be satisfactory. Overall, there is scope for loads of improvements. If the cost was 2000 RS lesser then it would have been fine, but if you claim to be a 4 star hotel, then please provide such services.

Well located property close to the beach. Stayed here at the villa. Felt that a few things needed tweaking. Stands for drying clothes. Extra coir mats outside the entrance as invariably there is sand every where. Mats outside the bathrooms. The coffee and tea should be replenished daily. The staff was otherwise helpful and prompt. Brefast buffet is a good spread with South Indian and the regulars eggs and toast, croissants jam etc.

Overall experience was good, it was a comfortable stay . They have good indoor facilities. Food was amazingly great. The only challenge was we stayed during dussehra holidays so resort was fully booked due to which the service was slow but it was compensated with a great taste of food.

This destination is just perfect for a vacation in Goa. There's greenery everywhere. The service we received was good and they were very friendly. One thing I liked about this place was it had a big long and the ground floor rooms had private lawn. It has a swimming pool, both baby and adult pool and is very clean. We get to play caram and table tennis. It also has a kid's play area which kids really love. It also has a spa which include deep tissue massage sweedish massage etc.... Food is also delicious 😋 & healthy. Lastly they had a private beach and it is almost a two minute walk. I would really recommend you to visit this place.

The location is quite cut off from main stream Goa, remote and peaceful though. Rooms were pretty good and accessibility to the beach from the back gate is quite good. The swimming pool is sufficient and good for kids to play water games. Well maintained and clean. The breakfast options at the restaurant were good enough, little short on the continental menu, but no complaints. Choice for dinner menu was good although sea food wasn't good enough. I wouldn't recommend sea food here. Service at the restaurant has scope for improvement. They were serving main course in side plates and had to ask to replace plates. They weren't short of staff though, so I had to keep wondering.

Very beautiful resort. The staff is helpful. The food is good. Restaurant is big so there won't be any issue in finding table during breakfast or other peak hours. The back gate is very convenient to go to Betalbatim beach. Although its located in uncrowded place so there is no nearby market. If you don't have any personal transport, it would be difficult to visit other places in Goa. The hotel staff helps with the taxi and bike services.

It is situated very close to the beach so a perfect location to experience peaceful sunrise and beautiful sunsets. Service is great! Very polite and helpful staff, they made our birthday celebrations special. Rooms and premises are neat and food is delicious. Overall a perfect place to have a peaceful vacation in South Goa.

I was in Goa first time with my family. I have booked Nanu with a good package via phone 📱 . I have spent 4 days and 3 nights. The Food, Location, Room, and Services are very good. I loved their food and john's team (at the restaurant). Betalbatim beach is too close, clean, and below crowded. The whole team did a good job and made a beautiful stay for us. You all, have made good memories for us. Thanks once again! I will visit again!

The accommodation exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and featured modern amenities that added a touch of luxury to my stay. The private balcony provided a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee with a stunning ocean view, and the sound of the waves was a soothing soundtrack throughout my visit.

Great place to stay, very accommodative and awesome service, we were e even upgraded to a sea facing room. We enjoyed the drinks by the poolside and also the superb food at the kitchen. The breakfast spread is really good and lots of option for veg and non veg, staffs are friendly, courteous and helpful. I would definitely like to visit.

We, group of 13 stayed at Nanu in last week of May 2023. We found this resort through google and booked through our travel agent. Clean, well maintained property with direct beach access. Quiet and clean beach. Good food and excellent service. Enjoyed pool ( timing 7am to 8 pm) , cycling inside resort ( free for half an hour).

Everything was amazing about this resort. Good rooms. Mine was a premier room w/ King bed. Clean. Scenic. Promot service. Courteous staff. Very scenic and green property. Pool is good. You can enjoy pool side drinks. Breakfast spread is good with various options. Beach is close by. But the way to the beach is not that great. Not too many shacks either. I visited with family w/ 1 kid(5 years) and had a wonderful experience. There is small play area for kids also.

This resort is located strategically very close to Betalbatum Beach, which would help you to access the beach very easily. Rooms are spacious (villa type accommodation where we stayed) and clean. Reception and all the staff are very friendly and professionals. Taste of the food was okay, but the cost is exorbitant for the taste they offer. They have a reasonable breakfast buffet, which is in alignment with the package charges. They can consider to provide a good indoor games for guests, which is currently lacking. Over all its happy place to stay and spend time with family.

I choose this resort because it's very near to the beach and is walkable distance. The room service was also great. Only concern I faced was during my check in I was waiting for someone to show the room and pickup luggage but no one came and had to ask twice. Since we were just two of us there was no welcome drink served as well. But the other larger groups were cartered in good way. Hope this changes in future.

Beautiful resort near Betalbatim beach. The resort is maintained quite well, rooms are clean and the staff if helpful and prompt. Ample of parking space, open lawn space and children play area. The best part of the resort is the proximity to the beach, which is at a minute walk. The breakfast spread is good. For lunch & dinner they have A la carte menu which has a decent variety of options but the cost does not justify the small portion served.

It's a comfy and sea side resort. Rooms are clean and you have a variety of stuff to do here. Awesome pool, spa, multiple halls to conduct conferences or parties, sea facing gazebo, open air dance floor and lots more... Rates are the best compared to rest of the resorts around. Very welcoming and friendly staff.

Stayed here for one night in transit for a work trip, first time staying in this hotel and could not fault the staff or the facilities. The room was spacious and top notch and a nice view of the city. The buffet breakfast was comprehensive to say the least with usual breakfast choices mixed in with Japanese, Chinese and Indian dishes amongst others. It is in a great location, close to large malls, quite a few convenience stores and sky rail service. Strongly recommend this hotel whether for work or leisure, will be recommending it to work for future stays 😊

This resort is very perfect place to have a good family time close to Betalbatim beach. The property is very huge and have all amenities inside the resort. The resort is little far (5 kms) from the main city of Colva. The local transport is not very good and charge very high.

The fact that it was close to a beach which was clean and quite private made the stay interesting.Food is good .Veg was good but seafood was not up to the mark.It was not fresh. Otherwise premise and the ambience is good.So also the house keeping staff and reception. Ideal for family get-together 's and fds meet.

Place is excellent. Service also superb. Location is also wonderfull with beach backdrop. Pool is also nice. Food is 3 star. One small drawback was door locks. The card reader is not so responsive. Otherwise 5 on 5.

Very nice place with full of greenish around. Kids can enjoy the swimming pool which is less height. Beach is just a walkable distance from the resort.

Nice beach side resort at Betalbatim beach with a beach side access gate. The a la çarte food is better than the buffet. Breakfast is good too. It's a typical quiet and peaceful South Goa experience! The rooms are moderate in size so ask for the ground floor rooms that provide extra garden space!

In Nanu beach resort all facilities are good. I stayed there for four days with my family. The staff is very caring. The food is also very good. The room & premises are also excellent. According to me charges are average for room & food. I recommend those who visit Goa Please stay over there. Staying at this resort is amazing. it's close to the beach within walking distance. The nearby beach area is clean & resorts are also clean.

Food - Very reasonable and hygienic. Rooms - Very hygienic with all the promised amenities/facilities. Swimming pool - Well maintained, didn't get into though. Staff - Very friendly and patient. Spa - Very relaxing experience. Overall, this place can be recommended for families.

We had a family wedding arranged at the property. We had a pleasant stay experience and good inclusions as per the package. However the staff and the management should have been considerate about basic requirements. We stayed there for 4 nights with almost 100 guests in the property so at least a complimentary water bottle should have been served for the bride and groom. For every event we asked for a water bottle for the bride and groom, we were charged 100/-. This was surprising and saddening too.

Visited this property last week. It's a decent beach situated in south Goa perfect for destination weddings or corporate gathering. It's quite big. It has great ambiance for family outings and stays. Staff and management is good.

I appreciate the hospitality provided by resort's staff. It's location is the key to make it your 1st choice. It has everything to enjoy your leisure time. Rooms, dinning area, kids zone, are spacious and hygienic. But I think quality of food and spa need improvement. Also outside food must be allowed in room cause sometimes when we return form outing buffet got finished. In such situations ordering is the only option for good food.

Stayed at Nanu for a long conference... it's a nice spacious resort with courteous staff and well maintained lawn/garden. Ideal for a large group! My two year old enjoyed the play park area. Rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean, enjoyed the shower. It's also quite close to the Betalbatim Beach. House keeping was prompt too. Would have loved to see more goan variety in the buffet and perhaps a gym area too.

Great Location, good hearty breakfast was seved. Neat and well maintained property. The only miss was that our beds were twin beds which were joined to make a single bed which gave a little discomfort but that's okay. We had best stay in the resort with our kid.

One of the most beautiful resort in this budget range. The resort management is very prompt and helpful in assisting with booking. They were transparent (that booking cannot be made at 6:00 am since 2:00 pm is usual check-in) yet tried their best for early check-in(subject to availability) They gave us early check-in with half day rate inclusive breakfast which was more than sufficient considering the breakfast options. The property is very grean and very well maintained. They have in-house restaurant & spa. Also provide laundry service at additional charges. We opted for Deluxe Room which comes with attached lawn(at ground floor). The rooms at upper level come with balcony. Room is sufficient to accompany 2 Adults & 2 Kids as they have provided Queen Bed & separate sofa like setup. Room comes with Tea/Coffee maker & towels/soap/shampoo. Dental / Shaving kit is not provided. Easy access to private beach with washable area so that you don’t bring sand to your room. Separate swimming pools for adults & kids with strict instructions (shower before descending to pool & allowed only with proper swimming costumes) Direct access to beach & Kids playing area is the USP why we booked this resort. Staff was very courteous and helpful with always smile on their face. Will come back and recommend

Sharing this, not as a guest but I went to see the resort for booking it. I saw two categories of rooms, Premium rooms and premium rooms with a pool view. Premium rooms are newly renovated hence they are good but with no view, a small patio outside but with a view of a wall. Bathrooms were good and newly maintained. Premium rooms with a pool view had a good view but the rooms were outdated and needed serious maintenance. The resort overall is a little outdated with the outer walls and doors needing maintenance. The resort has private access to the beach and Spa and Gym services inside. For the price I would say a good value for money if you are looking for more services and amenities rather than the room.
