We took our Pomeranian for a trim, and they made him totally bald. The trimming was not even, worst service. They are not professionals, just random locals with tools. Deeply saddened with the state of my dog. Editing after a call from mascot. After I posted the review I got a call from Mascot which was good. And they assured me that my dog will regrow his fur. That is good customer service.

Very courteous, passionate and proactive staff. Mascot seems to be an all-in-one pet store (medicines + food + grooming). They also provide home delivery to select areas and for certain products. Overall in my experience, it's undoubtedly one of the best pet stores that I've come across in Goa.

Took my boy Berns today for a trim of his fur... He's a very insecure dog but Shyam (the groomer) was so patient and calm around him and did an absolutely wonderful job

Took my cat for a grooming session. The groomer was extremely rash with her and gave her a lot of trauma with the bath and trim and left her with an uneven shave doesn't even deserve 1 star

Store has good quality products and they home deliver products as well. I just got a delivery of cat food which I had ordered today. The delivery person was Balu and he is very soft spoken and a pleasant person to deal with.

It's a go to place for your pets grooming. I requested Mascot for a last minute appointment as it was very urgent, even after being fully booked for the day, they were really nice for helping me out with a haircut for my shihtzu. Also the service was prompt and very good. I didn't get a chance to ask the groomer her name, but she was really nice and good with handling my dog. So was the other staff.
