Going to see the doc is very good........but....the lady at the reception.....omg...No words to describe....being aged...don't know to respect elders....the way she talks..don't know how she talks to the doctor....worst receptionist.....She doesn't care...in whatever situation the patient will be....never understanding....

I like the doctor... She's one of the best Skin Specialist I've been to, so helpful and gentle. Like everyone said below the receptionist is rude and arrogant, the complete opposite for the Doctor in my opinion.

Worst dermatologist ever... As a doctor she shd check and diagnose the problem properly but she's too much of herself doesn't check what the problem is and just goes on prescribing tablets for months which were of no use not even a slightest change in the skin problem my mother had... Also there's no proper way to book appointments we hav to Wats App the doctor on her personal number and wait forever to get her reply for the appointment and the last is the receptionist I don't understand on whom she's doing a favour by working

The dr makes people stand outside even in rains with no sitting arrangements. Worst is the receptionist who is abusive.

As of Feb2021, Doctor consults on Mon Tue & Friday only in the evening hours. Need to take appointment in the morning hours (8:30 am to 9 am). Waiting/queue was well coordinated by the assistant/receptionist.

The issue with regrading to this clinic is that the receptionist was very rude to us on the phone and who the hell puts the contact no. far away from the clinic and the pharmacy

Worst experience ever Extremely hostile helper who is v rude and also better come prepared with anti mosquito spray she makes you wait outside for hours Despite an appointment you have to wait for hours She keeps sliding in known people without appointments Not at all like a clinic it’s terrible

Many people have claimed that the receptionist is rude but as per my experience she is good @ don't take any influence of any one and send people inside as per their turn.

There are no chairs at doctor's cabin Patient have to stand and tell their problems, Dr does not even check properly And inspite of taking appointment the receptionist will take people in between according to her preference.
