They don’t even deserve one star.. we went there to buy iPhone 13 and we wanted the specific colour black. At first they were like we’ve it and we were going through our payment but atlast they said they don’t have the black colour we’ve the other colours and when we were stuck with only black he’s like you won’t get finance on the black colour iPhone. Total lie !!

What stood out the most was the owner's behaviour – Mr. Amjad was approachable and genuinely interested in helping customers. His dedication to customer satisfaction was truly commendable. Overall, the Apple Store provided a good experience.

•I bought iPhone 11 here. •The staff here is very friendly. •They helped me transfer my data from my old iPhone to the new one. •They have many EMI options to choose from & the guy responsible for the EMI transactions is pretty helpful. •They also gave me a 50% discount on mobile accessories like screen guard & transparent back cover. •The only reason for giving 4 stars is because when I asked the sales girl about the release of iphone13 , she said not this year, mostly next. But iphone13 series was released in 2 days after I purchased iPhone11& prices went down 5k which is huge. •Since they are a part of iPhone marketing & selling team, I feel they should have complete knowledge about the upcoming new series.

The staff here are awesome as soon as u enter the store there’s someone o the other assist u. The service is quick. My first purchase was iPhone 12pro max n now it’s SE watch. I was all excited wen my video was taken of unboxing it.. so it’s a happy happy 5⭐️😃

They don't provide much offers and discounts on iPhone and other Phones. I would recommend Amazon if you intend to purchase any phone online. If you like to purchase in market than i would recommend reliance and Croma stores in Goa

Cheated for the first time we went to smart city to buy iphone 12 the first day we went they said it was 36k when we were paying card got declined so we paid them advanced but the next day we went to buy the iPhone they said 43k now from 36k they made it 43k charged 7k extra and they sell 3rd party phones don't buy
