I have had 4 different technicians with positive experiences getting pedicures and dip manicures until the last one named Jennifer. Not only was she extremely rushed doing my dip mani, she cut me TWICE in the salon, and later on I noticed a THIRD CUT!!! I brought both cuts to her attention since 1 honestly hurt my finger pretty bad and she said "your cuticle was long." She applied a cut powder and finished my nails and told me to remove the powder later on. I asked her how and she said "nevermind I'll do it." She aggressively removed the powder and CUT my bleeding cuticles again!! Why?! I was too shocked and in pain to say anything. The cut was visible and swollen for the next few days and did not go away until 5 days later! (so much for cute nails, right!?) I wasn't going to say anything, but why is it exactly ONE week later and 1 of my nails is chipped?! None of my dips have ever chipped! I go in and have them redone when they've grown out! Pics showing cuts and chip. I told the lady at checkout about my 2 cuts and she apologized and offered alcohol & Neosporin. Not their first experience I imagine.

To be honest I’m a little disappointed. I first came in and showed a picture of what I wanted I asked how pricing goes depending on length the woman at front counter explained everything and was helpful. Once I was seated and assigned a nail tech I then showed the same photo, he then put my tips on and went on to cut one nail and asked me how long I would like… I said not super long but i don’t want them really short either I reference the picture asked how much it would be to go little longer then what he had cut off the one nail he said $60 for longer length but he never took off that nail and started new he continued to cut and at that point I didn’t want to be that one customer to be rude/upset and make him start all over because despite then little inconvenience of him cutting it shorter than I expected my nails to be he was very nice. So I rate this sole experience as 3 stars Because I agreed to paying the $60 for the shape & longer length but I left with what in my eyes would be considered a short nail length… so for that I feel I was a little overcharged for just a plain color acrylic and short length I left with. Also while paying for my service i was asked if I liked my nails I did mention to the woman how I didn’t think the shade of acrylic would be as light and had wished it was slightly darker shade. I wish I did speak up then vs after I paid because within 15 minutes I was back in salon after expressing to my fiancé I wasn’t 100% in love with the color outcome. When I went back to see if it was possible to change color and ask how much it would be I was told it would be additional $20 just for a gel nail color to be put over top my acrylic. To me it wasn’t worth a total of $80 so that it be fixed to my liking when already I felt overcharged for the length of my nails I wanted to love my set so much but I don’t 100% so please take your time picking out your color and ask to see it possibly on a nail or swatched on napkin before hand. speak up if you don’t like something and if you have more questions just ask them I regret it. Now I’m spending more money to fix my nails how I want them days before my elopement. First photo -the color and length I wanted (without glitter) Second photo- my nails Following photos show gel not covered over full nail, looks like I need a fill already, and possible lifting on a couple nails

This place is fantastic. This salon is in a busy location on Bryant Irvin, it's clean, smells good, and has lots of available seating for their patrons. They have a cool looking bar off to one side and offer you an actual drink menu with lots of beautiful and flavorful drinks (you get one complimentary). They also have delicious Vietnamese coffee. My tech today was Kim and she did such a good job with my new set. I have only been in a handful of times but they remembered me by name. Definitely a place that is worth your time and money!

I got my nails done by Danny today. He was super sweet and kind! I'm not someone who gets their nails done regularly, so I never know what anything is called, but they guided me through it! These were based on a picture and I chose the silver. Gold would've been better, but I like the subtle sparkle of this. Thanks so much!

I went there for the first time Friday afternoon to get dip powder on my nails. The technician I got, May, was very nice and seemed to know what she was doing. When I was done, I noticed that my right hand was dipped one more time than my left and the color was a lot more vibrant but I wasn't going to make a big fuss about it. However, the next day, Saturday, one of my nails had already cracked, not 24 hours after getting them done. I called the salon and explained that I don't live near there, I was in town visiting a friend and asked what they could do for me. They refused any assistance, short of me driving all the way back there , for them to fix it. I tried to explain this wouldn't work for me due to the distance and they should stand behind their work. They didn't care. The only reason I didn't give one star is the staff in the salon was nice.

This place is AMAZING! I loved the place, all the options they have for dip powder. They have a full bar with a complimentary drink (I tried the iced green tea and it was delicious) If you want to get your nails done in a beautiful place and get a great service, you need to go to 77 Nail bar.

I'm a regular here for the last couple years. I've moved away and still drive all the way over here. Annalise is so sweet and helpful every time I come in. All of the nail techs are good and that's rare. No matter who I go in and sit with, chipped or broken nails are never a concern. Thanks to Annalise for encouraging me to go "color powder." I am always happy with my nails for the most part and if I were not, they never have an attitude or issue with correcting them. However, Kayla is a nightmare. She is unprofessional and unfriendly. She's rude and snappy and doesn't even try to hide it. It's almost like she hates her job but still comes in to make everyone else miserable. The techs are often apologizing for her, which is why I continue to go back. Despite her, I highly recommend this place but call first but they are often very busy. Even during the week.

Great shop! Very nice & friendly atompshere & upscale looking. S/o to Tina & May, amazing ladies. They’re patient with me (I never know what design or color I want) and are always ready when I come in. The drinks are another bonus 🤩 highly recommend!

I started coming here after my hair salon down the way recommended them. I’ve been seeing Cindy at 77 Nail Salon for years and she’s always consistent, thorough and thoughtful. Regardless of what nail inspiration I’ve brought with me, she is able to replicate what I want. I’ve recommended 77 Nail Salon to friends and family and without fail, they are all impressed with the quality of work and pricing. And they keep coming back as well! Thank you for your continued attention to detail and care!
