This is absolutely the worst stay I've had at a hotel. First, the website said this hotel had a hot tub and when I got here they told me it hasn't worked for months and it's being filled in. Then the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and I got almost no sleep. Finely, when one of their employees didn't show up for work so they just decided to not have breakfast at all.

Absolutely disgusting! Mouse in our room on the table eating our chips. 2 times. Doris at the front was no help, extremely rude and told me there is nothing she could do about it. She didn't even apologize. We ended up leaving at 1am in the morning and going to a different hotel. Absolutely will never stay here again. Disgusting! And horrible customer service!

Ms. Dorris is amazing. She was very helpful in booking us a room. We didn't have to call for any extras because we had the king suite. The suite was very clean & shower water was comfortable. Breakfast very tasty and on time. I truly enjoyed my stay. I will be returning.

A couple insects, which I stomped. No more. Desk clerks are friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are great!! TV had good channels, but no program descriptions. Guess you have to pay xtra for that

I booked this hotel before I booked the Hyatt Place nearby. I was concerned about the high number of 1 and 2 star reviews on Google and Trip Advisor. Many of them repeated the same issues. I contacted the hotel, and attempted to get an explanation, and then assurance that the management and staff would make sure I'd have a quality stay. All I got was "We'll do our best". And they wouldn't explain the numerous poor reviews. I decided to cancel my reservation, and book with the better rated Hyatt Place. I don't regret my decision. The Centreport Hampton Inn was great the 2 times I stayed there. So sad the Cityview location has so may poor reviews.

Super comfy beds! Friendly service. Very clean! Excellent location. Downside the rooms are a bit small and the facility is a little outdated. Overall, A GREAT VALUE!

The woman working the front desk is incredibly sweet. That is the only reason I’m giving two stars. My young children had their hopes up about swimming only to be asked to leave the pool. We were told abrasively in a condescending manner that ‘the pool IS closed’. Followed up by another man (equally displeased to see us enjoying the amenities listed online) asking us if we received the notice. Which happened before we could even get out of the pool. I have never felt like a second class citizen more in my life. I felt like my husband and I were being scolded in front of our children. Please allow for refunds or make amends for people that chose the hotel for the specific amenities.

This is probably one of the oldest Hilton properties I have stayed at. It needs to be totally updated. Carpets smell like an old time casnio. The bathroom toilet smells like an outhouse. I'm staying in town for another day, but I'm finding a new hotel.

My husband and I booked a room after speaking with Che at the front desk. She was patient and kind while answering all of our questions during the (what felt like) 14 calls we placed after reviewing the website and competing hotels. Her customer service and demeanor was the deciding factor that helped Hampton Inn earn our business for an upcoming trip!

Staff was amazing. Rooms are always great at the Hampton I can always count on them to have great rooms. Bike seat was broken at gym. Restaurants just minute away. I would definitely stay there again,!

This has been the worst hotel stay in my life. I am usually happy with Hampton Inn’s however this one did me dirty. I had to switch room three times in this hotel. The first room I entered was dirty and not at all cleaned. They apologized and gave me a new room. The second room had a grasshoppers infestation. When I confronted the front desk about the issue they told me that it was normal and that I had don’t to worry about. They refused to do anything about it. I had to call corporate to force them to switch me to another room. Unfortunately the third room also had an infestation problem. At this point I had to play the role of an exterminator to the point where I was able to sleep comfortably. This was a horrific experience. I will not be coming back here again. Please avoid this place at all cost. It’s not worth the struggle. I had to beg them for a discount that the corporate office gave me. Not cool.

Darnell was super friendly and helpful for us the night my family and I arrived. The entire staff was super friendly, and the room was well-cleaned before our stay.

So it was a great stay. For the location we needed close enough to Dickies Arena. The hotel seems a tad outdated. As soon as you walk in it's extremely hot from the indoor pool area. It almost takes your breath away. The elevators made us a tad uneasy - we almost thought they weren't going to open one time. The rooms seemed a little smaller than most Hamptons I've seen even with the two queens. The guy at the front desk - I can't remember his name maybe Charlie?- was super helpful when I called down. I asked for towels and it was only a few minutes before he was there with them. Overall I was grateful for the service just cosmetically could use an update.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Fort Worth in early May for a visit with friends and to attend a wedding. My room was very clean and well appointed. The bed linens were extremely comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. More than anything, I have to give the entire staff a huge shout out for their friendliness, quick responses to my questions and requests, and their protocols for protecting my safety such as not saying my room number out loud. I want to particularly recognize Jack who worked at the front desk. He was extremely kind to me and made my stay more peaceful and enjoyable. I am very happy with my choice of hotels and I will choose them again when I return to Fort Worth.

The room was filthy,There was hair in the refrigerator. And it was absolutely filthy. The room was filthy. Dirt all over the edges of the floor. On top of the nightstand and tables there were sticky substance that had not been cleaned off. There was hair on the tray that has that little ice bucket. So I was switched to another room in that room was just as dirty there was also a hair in the refrigerator. The wall in the bathroom was torn open and cement it was all over the floor.

I stayed here for my little girl's birthday. All she wanted was to get in a pool. The pool was filthy, and my daughter and I broke out in a rash all over our body. We had never been allergic to pool water and had stayed at other Hilton numerous times. I brought it to their attention, and they immediately offered to give a discount(which they did not keep their promise). I complained to them, and they supposedly opened a case, and I never heard from them again—terrible business.

Our key pad to our door malfunctioned, locking us out of our room for 30 minutes while we waited in the hallway. The overnight front desk attendant is an amazing employee and was finally able to get us back into our room. The remaining evening/morning we had to make sure one of us stayed in the room or we would be locked out again since maintenance does not work over night. This ruined our plans to go and eat breakfast together this morning, and when it was brought to the morning managers attention she said there was nothing they could do for the inconvenience. We weren’t looking for a free night or anything major, just possibly a discount on the next night so we could stay one more evening but that was clearly out of the question.

Everyone at the front desk was very nice including Dorris and Kyle. The rooms are a little older, but no complaints here. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because the shower doesn’t drain properly. Breakfast was awesome too!

I found everyone that worked at this particular hotel very friendly and welcoming. I felt like they all treat each other like family and even welcomed me and my husband in. We will definitely stay here again. Please stay and eat breakfast 🍳 we loved it 🥰 hot and very fresh every morning!

Great location. Nice rooms. Best breakfast in ages. Everything was fresh. I started with an egg omelette with cheese followed by real oatmeal with all the fixings. Will start staying at Hamptons as I travel...

We booked a room 2 and a half weeks before our event. 45 minutes from arriving we got a call that their was a problem in the hotel and we would be staying at Fairfield Inn and Suites alot lesser hotel but still being charged the same rate. No refund no nothing. Not professional at all. If your going to change our reservation then at least upgrade us not degrade us to a cheaper hotel. Can't help the fact that yall overbooked your hotel. I demand a refund!!!!! Had to stay at a cheap hotel for the same price we paid for this one. Unsatisfied all around.

My stay has just started and I am here for 9 days. however, I can already see I will have a wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, the front desk person named Esteban was extremely helpful, professional and courteous! He has set the tone for my stay here and the fact that I will likely switch from being a Marriott bonvoy member and switch to a Hilton honors member.

This hotel smells like a wet dirty dishrag. Do not stay there. My family and I stayed for 10 minutes and we had to go to another hotel. The smell was too bad. Also one one of the cabinets was open and stayed open.

Out dated, the room was clean, but felt stuffy, the pillows were soft and the front desk was nice. I didn’t not like the parking, there is no good lighting outside, just the front, we had to park in the back and parked under the small light post and said a prayer my truck was still there in the morning, this is the only reason I would not stay here again. You can make your own pancakes/ cereal for breakfast, no egg buffet here.

This is our second time staying at this Hampton inn and we will be back for a third! Blu & Brenda, you two ladies deserve a raise! y’all are the nicest, most helpful people every and I really appreciate y’all. We checked in with Blu and she was so friendly, helped me look into a reservation I made and just had such a good attitude about her job, thank you for that! My family ran into brenda in the hallway and got to talking. she gave recommendations on a nearby activities and even gave my son rangers Stickers which he was so excited about! king size bed was comfy, room was clean! breakfast is the usual continental breakfast, no complaints! If I had anything negative to say It would be about the pool/hot tub. It’s very out dated and the water was murky.. thank you for a wonderful stay!

Charlie was the one that assisted us throughout of stay here and checked us in. He was amazing! I really hope he is the manager of his hotel because he deserves it. Parking is limited from the front but there’s plenty of parking in the park. The location is 15 minutes away from Dickies Arena which is why we picked this location along with it being the lowest rate nearby for the Hilton brand hotels. It is nearby a lot of restaurants and shopping so great location. We felt very safe here even after coming back to the hotel so late from our concert. When walking in, you’re greeted with this lovely dining and lounge area that will host your morning breakfast that’s included in your stay. The pool area is walled off in a separate room. It was well ventilated and contained so there was no additional humidity and smell that people have mentioned. Check in was a breeze and every-time we needed something, we just stop by the front desk. The gym was lacking. The screens on the machines were audio only. The basketballs were deflated. The elevators was the scariest part. Not only did it had a weird and strong odor to it, it was really hot, made a lot of crackling/winding/popping noises and the control panel was loose. Really uncomfortable to use. The hotel room was fairly clean. There were a few stains here and there on the bed skirt, headboard, pillow cases and lots of debris in the AC supply vent. The hotel is definitely in need of a remodel. A good sign is that they are still using single use bottles for shampoos instead of the refillable kind. Shower was not that great. It was oddly leveled so the water pooled in one spot. Water was leaking below when the shower head was on causing low water pressure. You can’t even select the water setting that sprays out when turning the shower head. With bits of mold forming on the walls. Caulking needed to be replaced. At the very least, no beg bugs or rodents! There is a $25 hold charge that will be refunded after they review your stay moved checked out. The main reason we didn’t bring this issue with the front desk was that, I determined there was not much they could do unless the higher ups decide to remodel this hotel. Due to the age, it is natural for everything to have this kind of wear and tear.

Falsely of smoking in my room on a previous stay, charged an additional $100. When I started digging into the situation because I knew 110% that I did not smoke in the room Brenda presented me photos of cigarettes butts and beer photos of a trash can from some other room. Yet she refunded my 100 fee. And told me it was best I did not stay there with them again. I have never dealt with anything like this. The Hampton used to be one of my favorite and frequent stays. The whole situation in my opinion has not been properly dealt with

The property itself was pretty nice and and clean but the best part was the wonderful staff! Charlie was so friendly and accommodating and a great person all around to have at the front desk! And when we had an issue in the room the staff quickly notified the GM Brenda and she remedied it promptly. Will def stay again when I am back in Ft Worth

We had to change rooms - we were initially on the 3rd floor, but the entire floor had a particular, unpleasant odor. We went into the room and our room also had a peculiar and unpleasant odor. We were quickly moved to another room on the 4th floor. The new room didn't have an odor, however, there was mold around the bath tub and on the floor around the bathtub in ther corner where the bathtub meets the floor. It just seems the quality at Hampton Inns has gone down quite a bit. This has been my experience at my last three stays with Hampton and I'm considering trying a different brand.

Well they gave our room to another customer!!! So we were moved to another floor, I won’t come here anymore to stay … Way to small the room and the bathroom 🚽 no thank you 🙏!!! Oh forgot to mention the bathtub 🛁 is old they need shower pans more convenient for those that can’t really step over… Good 👍🏽 Day to all and GOD BLESS AMERICA 🇺🇸!!!

Awesome!!! Clean rooms friendly, the strip on the wall had came almost off. The phone message couldn't clear. Kept flashing through the night. They didn't know how to clear it. So I took the receiver off. Otherwise it was great

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday trip to Ft. Worth and we were SUPER happy with their services. Escobar who was hosting the front desk was very upbeat, positive, friendly, extra accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. It’s often rare to find someone who is upbeat and always happy to help, yet he achieved this hands down, as well as the remaining hotel staff. We were greeted with a smile and helping hand from the housekeeping staff as well. We will definitely stay here again due to their service alone. We want to say a big THANK YOU to the staff members who assisted in our stay! We hope you all have a blessed day! God bless! See you again soon :)

We stayed 3 nights. After the first night, we came back and the room was dirty. I went and asked for more towels and wash cloths. The receptionist was VERY unfriendly. She told me there were only 2 towels and wash cloths available. I asked why the room had not been cleaned and she told me I had to request for it to be cleaned daily, otherwise it was every other day. I requested daily. Days 2 and 3 and the room was still NOT cleaned! Night 3 when I went for towels and wash cloths AGAIN, I mentioned the room had NEVER been cleaned and the receptionist told me I had to request that service. When I told her I had done so, 2 days ago, she just looked at me. No apology, nothing!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! The ladies working all need fired!
