It's Yo MAN, BIG Daddy... So the place was a little hard to find.. but when I did find it... The young lady that was working was SUPER friendly, she knew her job very well, super fast to get me checked in. The room was very nice! Very clean.. outside the driving around and around... I still give it ( A+ ) there is just so much other companies around the property... Maybe some better signs ... But you're still great and a great price..ok that's it for Yo MAN BIG Daddy and he is out~~~~~~~~~~~>>>>>

Starting off our room was very dirty, trash on the floor & stained linens. The lock latch was broken in half. Tiles on the floor were loose and broken, very unsafe for children. Speaking of unsafe for children our 4 year old son found a mystery pill on the floor of our room and decided to eat it, we spent the remainder of our stay in the ER. (We later found out it was an antidepressant.) When we checked out we notified the staff about what happened & they didn't seem to care. We asked for a manager and there was not one on hand, we did leave our information to be contacted. I do not recommend staying here, while the location is nice, having my family safe is nicer. We will be contacting the cooperate offices and informing them on this.

Was not worth the stay. We were attending a concert in Fort Worth at Billy Bob’s TEXAS and live 2 hours away and didn’t want to drive home. Just walking and getting on the elevator looking dingy/unkept. Walking down the hallway to the room you can feel soft spots in floor. I’m the room, beds looked good. Bathroom door did not shut, stuff on the bathroom floor, toilet wouldn’t flush. From the looks of it that toilet does that a lot. Looks like it’s been snakes out many of times. Tiles on the floor can be felt shifting under your feet. Go downstairs to use the restroom in the lobby area. Guess what OUT OF ORDER!!! We had to go to a gas station. Complimentary Breakfast not worth the time or wait. Overall not worth the 5 hours of sleep we got. We should’ve just drove the 2 hours back home.

The hotel front desk ppl are excellent, anything you may need to make you feel more at home they will get it for you. The housekeepers do a wonderful job keeping your room sanitized and clean the wonderful young woman that cooks breakfast does an amazing job with getting the food out and ready to go before it’s even time to open for breakfast I absolutely love this hotel and the staff so many great personalities at this establishment

perfect location for so many venues...charles swab Colonial Golf Tournament ....parking.... strip malls with a variety of eating places. Zoo, TCU all about 6 miles away. STAFF especially Ms. A. Martin on evenings and the manager/supervisor superb Fairly good selection for breakfast. COOKIES at the desk every evening were great treats. FRESH Chocolate, chocolate chip, and macadamia tasted fresh out of oven. Ample parking and EXCELLENT outdoor lighting. Did not use laundry and did not see a pool. Price was reasonable for the area. Our room was CLEAN, but in dire need of renovation.... dire..... still would recommend.

I have never took the time out to do a review before, but I feel like this one is well deserved and worth my time. Erika who was working at the time of my arrival gave amazing hospitality . She seen that we were In a rush to get my boyfriend to work, so she did as much as she could to speed up the process and give great service at the same time, I also had a small issue with the room, she handled the situation very well. She even took the time out to make me a goodie bag for the inconvenience, which left a big impact on my day. Anyone with this caliber of hospitality and customer service should be recognized . Thank you Erika for giving me a great experience at Holiday Inn Express

Overall, my stay was OK. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was awesome (two types of meat, eggs, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, sweet & savory breads, juice, yogurt, milk & fruit). The main problem we’re the facilities themselves. The spaces were old, rundown and in some instances, smelly. The floor in my bathroom was a bit “squishy” and made me a bit nervous. The room lighting was also very poor, especially in the bathroom. For $144 a night, I was hoping for a tiny bit nicer.

Check in was so awesome because of Erika and her great customer service. It wasn't your typical check in experience where everything seems scripted she was naturally charming and had such a great spirit. She brought a smile to my face and made me totally comfortable. Great job to her!!!!!

Texas!!!!! If you're looking for kind, generous, professional, people and a good spot to stay while you're away from home....THIS IS THE SPOT!!! I stepped away from work and a few other THINGS that I won't mention & I walked in to be greeted by Erika and she has been crowned THE QCS--->Queen of Customer Service! She went above & beyond her duty prior to me getting inside. She's EXTREMELY kind and professional. Then I met Ms Beatriz during breakfast; she kept wiping down the area to ensure cleanliness and made sure everything stayed full. Also, she was given a wallet that someone lost and she IMMEDIATELY turned it in to the front desk. I was also kindly greeted by Marian while enjoying my breakfast. She was advised by a customer that she'd grabbed the last cup of coffee and she notified Beatriz within seconds. At the end of my stay Marian so kindly greeted me along with the general manager to check out. This team has been trained properly and it feels good to receive GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have all extended Kindness and Professionalism during my stay... U LADIES ARE ROCK STARS and you have no idea what your generosity meant to me yesterday and today! May God continue to bless the works of your hands! An awesome stay led to an awesome day!!!
