Beware! Bed bugs! I would give zero stars if I could. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in January. My son slept on the pull out couch. On the third night he used the blankets from the closet. When he woke up he was covered in bug bites!!! All over his body. We went to the front desk to show them and the front desk person said they had that issue before. They will let their manager know and give me a refund. Since I reserved through Hilton Honors I would have to open a case with them too. Well!! The hotel came back and said there was no bed bugs found so no refund!! They were on the blanket which the cleaning crew took out when we left the room. He was covered in bites. We showed the front desk person. This pic is only one part of his body. He was covered. I have pictures from that morning in the room! What kind of customer service is this? Never again

I usually do not have any problems at Hampton Inn. However, this one is not it! The door to our hotel room is difficult to secure into the latch. The bathroom door is a sliding barn door, which does not stay shut and does not have a lock. The breakfast is, really sad. The eggs and sausage are not hot and the eggs taste like plastic. There are limited options for the breakfast choices. The front desk staff is basically doing you a favor if you can get a response out of them. I would not recommend this hotel. Edit: I forgot to mention the fitness center which is very small. The treadmill is ripped and not functional. Also, while at the breakfast area, a homeless couple came in to eat and were being kicked out of the hotel. Sad.

Service and all the staff were excellent. However the actual hotel left about to be desired. First the key cards to enter the room always took atleast three tries to unlock. The breakfast left a lot to be desired with the least amount of option I have ever seen at a Hampton inn. The laundry room was “under renovation” but upon inspection appeared that all machiene were just broken. And lastly for whatever reason they feel the need to point outdoor spotlights at the hotel leading to an unpleasant glow in the rooms at night. All said a very strange seemingly off experience.

It’s sad to see how the Hilton brand overall is not the same standard as it once was. We arrived 12/18 at 1pm and requested early check in… the front desk lady “CHE” had an attitude and told us we couldn’t check in until 2:30 so we sat in the parking lot exhausted for an hour and a half. When we returned the same front desk person attempted to be nicer but it was a condescending sarcastic nasty nice attitude. The hallways and elevators looked old and ran through and there was a big stain on our room door. I was scared to go inside but we did. Surprisingly, the room itself was modern , clean and spacious. We swam also and I can appreciate that the pool and gym are on its own level of the hotel giving us a sense of privacy. The pool area had a weird sewer like smell though. The pool itself was clean but the whirlpool had literal dirt in it. The night guy who worked was very nice and accommodating by providing us extra towels and paper plate without hesitation and a smile! Then there was breakfast! This is the worst breakfast I’ve had at any Hilton property. The juice machine pushed out warm juice that taste old. The Canadian bacon had weird fuzzy stuff on it. I wanted to at least try the omelette but when I squeezed out the Tabasco sauce on it the sauce looked disgusting. Idk if it was old or what the situation was but I was so upset. I left breakfast hungry and feeling ill just from the sight of their food. I guess this is a good place if you wanna just come and go for one night and provide your own food and toilet paper too. When we checked in there was half a roll of tp. When we saw HK we asked for another and she said she didn’t have any that we had to ask the front desk. They gave us an already partially used roll. Wi-Fi signal was weak as well. Needless to say we did not enjoy our stay and we won’t return!

The woman at check in was present behind the desk upon arrival. She was quick and efficient to confirm that my digital key was set up, and thank goodness for that because I was exhausted when I arrived. I also asked her for some specifics on local dining to which she made a great suggestion not only for a specific restaurant, but also her favorite dish. I took her advice and had a great dinner. Upon returning from picking up my takeout dinner the dining area was clean and stocked with basic items one may require to enjoy a dinner or meal of any sort while away from home. There were disposable utensils, paper plates and napkins readily available. The snack area in the lobby was fully stocked and offered many varieties of snacks, chips, sweets and “entree” items in addition to a microwave and items that may be necessary to enjoy a meal away from home.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great evening guy! We came in late from a flight and he was so helpful and kind and made our check in easier. The breakfast was the best I've had at any Hampton inn. Thank you for everything we would definitely stay here again.

This is by far the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. I travel all over the states and being a Hilton member I have never experienced a hotel like this. They never cleaned my room in 4 days. I went to the front desk and they said due to COVID they clean rooms upon request. I guess nobody told this Hampton Inn that they World Health Organization declared COVID over a year ago. This is the ONLY Hampton Inn that does this. They room was like the Super 8. No clock, no nightstand and no lights at the desk. Also there was food in the fridge when I checked in. I guess when they clean it’s no a good job. Also the gym had no water, no wipes to clean the equipment. I expect better from the Hampton Inn. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely not worth the money.

Recently stayed here 15 nights while on AT. I’ll note that the property is currently undergoing some intensive renovations, which means that parts of my experience won’t necessarily apply in a few months. However, because of this, my BLUF recommendation is to stay away from this property at least until renovations are complete. First some highlights. The staff here were all professional and very friendly. The fitness center is decent and though I did not try out the pool/sauna, many others seemed to enjoy it. The place is also very dog friendly, with a pet waste station and grassy areas that made things convenient. The cleaning fee at $75 for the entire stay is very reasonable and will definitely have me considering this place for a future stay. The newly renovated rooms are clean, comfortable, and are nearly up to the task of accommodating longer stays. My one gripe with the room I had (mini-suite with King size bed) is that the fridge was too small and didn’t have a freezer compartment. The continental breakfast is pretty standard, but mixes up the eggs and pork enough to make each morning a little different. The coffee is a little weak, but available 24/7. Keep in mind that for now, renovations will complicate longer stays because the guest laundry room is currently out of service since it resides on the 2nd floor where there is heavy construction. During the day, there is also constant noises from hammering, drilling, etc. Also, the parking got crowded on certain nights because of the containers, trash bins, and heavy equipment that resides on the grounds. I also often came across nails, screws, and broken glass on the lot, which is a hazard to pedestrians, pets, and car tires as well! The staff, though friendly and professional, appeared to be stretched thin. This is also likely due to the heavy renovations which I’m sure requires a lot of their management time. For instance, requests for service was generally slow - it took 3 separate reminders to have the battery to the in-room safe replaced. Separately, because I was traveling with a pet, room cleaning required coordination with the cleaning staff, but on two separate occasions, despite notifying staff and leaving with my dog for several hours to allow access to the room, I returned to find no one had cleaned. In the end, I simply had to borrow a vacuum and clean the entire room myself! Finally, the wi-fi at this property is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I can only speak to the free level of wi-fi because Hilton Honors Gold members no longer get complimentary access to “upgraded” internet. Still, basic internet is something that’s rarely a problem, but at this property, speeds capped out at 3-5 MBps, and were often much slower than this, making even simple browsing feel like 1997 again. The internet also suffered from very frequent outages. My advice to anyone looking to book at this property in the next couple of months is to first call and ask if they’ve still undergoing renovations, and if they are, to book elsewhere.

The absolute worst hotel I have stayed at. I am a Hilton Diamond member and this hotel is by far, the worst on I have stayed at. You get what you pay for but I have stayed at other lower priced hotels with no issues before. There was broken furniture and appliances in my room. The fridge was dirty, with food particles. The room was very obviously not cleaned. I complained to the front desk and I was informed the cleaning crew was not onsite (at 3 pm not midnight) but they will clean the room the next day, I am sad to report that for the entirety of my stay, the room never got cleaned. The fridge remained dirty with no where to store left overs. The gym has obviously broken equipment, I also reported the absence of disinfectant wipes in the gym to the front desk, the receptionist just said he "thought he saw some there" and did not bother to try to rectify the issue. In the post COVID Era, wipes are the minimum you can provide as a courtesy to the guests. Whoever is running this hotel actually needs to visit other hotels to understand what a hotel needs. The only good thing about this hotel is the parking lot is sufficiently lighted at night.

Enjoyed my stay here. The people working the front desk were very nice. One of the few places still serving a hot breakfast and that was good. 10/10 would recommend.

5.4.22 - In a word....noisy...no NOISY! Hotels are all about location, location, location and this location is a stones through from one of the busiest interstates in Texas if not the country and all the noise that comes with it. I requested a new room upon arrival but was met with a resounding "No" from the desk clerk on duty about 3 PM. The room was adequate but nothing special. The hotel is dated and in need of a major upgrade. This is like the Motel 6 of the Hilton family. The full service breakfast was the best feature.

Where to begin? Hotel under construction. The room they had for us was not clean, the bed wasn't made, fast food bags everywhere, and dirty bathroom. Go down, get assigned another room, then shower doors don't work, mini fridge is on the floor instead of in the cubby, coffe pods available but no coffee pot, AND two ladies tried to enter our room after midnight, startled us awake, they showed us their room keys and they were assigned our room! Got up next morning and our room keys are disabled. What a mess! I'm worried they will reassign our room again to someone while we are out for the day and our things will be stolen. Do better Hampton Inn! The location is convenient, so that's a positive.

Room was clean and service was great! Jada, Shanilla, and Mercy (breakfast lady) are super amazing! There were several other staff members who we did not get their names but helped us have a wonderful stay. Thank you Hampton

HH member, I only stay in Hilton brand and always check google reviews before booking. So I hope this helps someone. This is probably one of the worst Hilton Brand properties I’ve been at. It could have definitely been worse but, nonetheless I am not coming back to this place. The entire place is filthy and the hallways smell bad, AC filters are nasty and the unit is old and does not operate properly. floor is dirty, sheets have hairs, no cold water in sink faucet (thats a first for me), dirty walls and elevator. On the positive note: parking is good and well illuminated

Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is currently being renovated and there was tons of trash outside the hotel from all the stuff they are pulling out to replace in the rooms. Was unable to work from my hotel room due to the overwhelming amount of construction noise during the day, smoke detector was hanging out of the wall in my room I arrived about 9pm the night I checked in and it took about 5 to 10 mins for me to get hot water in the shower. When I asked the manager about it the next day he tells me between the renovations and water heaters breaking, it kinda is what it is, and sorry. Promised me points, which I never got. To cap it all off, the location is incredibly close to the highway, and I was woken up multiple times by the sounds of people flying by or racing, or sirens. The second day I was there, the hotel had to call cops to the lobby for whatever reason. Maybe it will be better once the renovations are completed? Can't change the location though.

Im a Hilton Diamond member! My husband and I got in late to check in probably about 11-11:30pm and we were exhausted. John at the front desk was wonderful and attentive on getting us our room and making sure we had everything we needed. I wish I could put him in my pocket and take him home! Lol(j/k) he was so nice and sweet. The breakfast was great for a quick breakfast, I don't eat eggs normally but the mini omelets were great! Staff is very friendly always speaking to you when they see you. Room was very clean smelled brand new. Parking lot was well lit! Would definitely stay again. Kristi

This was a disappointing experience, not up to the usual quality of Hampton Inns. The sink leaked, the deadbolt did not work, there was no body wash, and only enough shampoo for one use. We were given only one roll of toilet paper for a two day stay. When we mentioned these lacks to the front desk they said their supplier had not arrived, so maybe this isn't typical, but still disappointing.

DONT STAY HERE! I stayed with my disabled 5 yr old...for a cooks appointment, one night...for a week i have been calling front desk on my refund on Incidental fees, everyone was kind...until a HORRIBLE lady named SHAY cussing and me & hanging up because I asked her name after she was rude! She must be related to the manager she didn't care at all! When I finally spoke to her after the week of calling ..nothing will be done I can't believe that is how they speak to people this place is PATHETIC!! I'll NEVER RECOMMEND EVER!!!

All of the staff was so welcoming and very nice all but one. He was rude and nonchalant as well as my fiance left clothes in the room after we checked 2 days ago and Noone turned them in, so in other words, they were stolen. I talked to that same young man, and once again rude and nonchalant. But the rest of the staff I give 2 thumbs up.

Main areas were clean and breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Room was clean but in need of repairs. Specifically, the bathroom tiles were missing grout and needed repair, nails stuck out from the carpet where it transitioned from carpet to the tile, the bath tub needed to be replaced or resurfaced, the bathroom door did not shut properly, and furniture was well worn. The door into the room had a gap at the top large enough to see light into the room. The pool and hot tub were open, pool was clean and comfortable temperature but the ceiling was being repaired so a large area was roped off and floor covered in plastic. Room rate was $80 +tax for a weekday. I would not stay there again.

The rooms here were fine, Comfortable and well maintained. Staff were all very friendly. The location was not all the great. Nothing within walking distance to eat or drink. I didn’t feel 100% safe here either.

Well I never actually stayed here but they took my money anyway and were very rude when I called to discuss the charge and figure out what happened. They were not willing to work with me at all. I booked the hotel with travelocity months in advance but after all the bad reviews I told Travelocity I wanted to cancel because the hotel was for my anniversary trip. So, Travelocity called them on 10/13 to get approval for a no charge cancelation which they agreed to and I have the confirmation email. But on 10/19 they charged me anyway. What great customer service. My bank is handling the dispute now. Could just save everyone the trouble and have decent customer service.

Not that owners will ever see this but I need to outline my recent, less-than-24-hours stay. Background: I've stayed at this hotel many times when visiting family because it's been convenient and nice. Hilton Honors electronic check-in, room selection option and electronic room key sent to your phone so there's no need for front desk check-in are great -- except the electronic card never came to my phone....the key system was down. (A staffer later told me it had been down for 9 days!) Front desk staff had to physically walk me (and all other guests) up to my room using their one master key card. The new room decor upgrades done earlier this year are beautiful! Very modern, classy. My room heater was not working though. Temp was 64 deg. but in hopes it would warm up gradually while I was out, I unpacked and went to my family Thanksgiving gathering. No such luck. Getting back the room was still cold. The front desk staffer said they would switch me to a new room. I was upgraded to a suite which was even nicer... and the heat worked...except there was no alarm clock by the bed or anywhere in the room. Later I wanted to find out the hours for free breakfast the next morning... There was NO option on the phone or website or app. to call the front desk.. There was no information posted in the room about breakfast hours. Attempts to call from the website only resulted in a recording telling me to enter my access code. I don't have and was never given an access code. I could not dial the posted number on the website. Even calling from my cellphone was no help. Again--what hotel in the world does not have a way to call the front desk from your room!!!!! Next is hot breakfast. Food...meh, ok. Hot waffles, toast, tasty pre-fab omelets and sausage, plus various cereals, fruit, etc. But they were OUT OF COFFEE!! Three really giant urns for coffee and none, nada, zip. One guest was told that guests had permission to walk across the road to the hotel next door and get coffee there. !!!!!! WHAT???? How does a hotel offering free hot breakfast not have coffee???? So thought I'll just take my breakfast back to the room and use the in-room coffeemaker. Front desk did not have the key card...maid service had it. So I had to go up and find the one maid and interrupt her work to let me into my room! No hassle electronic check-out was easy. It wasn't "horrible" or "tragic", but good grief.... newly updated beautiful room decor is no substitute for a FUNCTIONING HOTEL! I will not stay here again.

A ok hotel with great service and at a very reasonable price. Do not get room facing the front side. No view and lot of light filtering in and difficult to sleep without curtains drawn.

This hotel has by far the most unprofessional breakfast host I have ever met. While I was making a waffle she asked if I was making another because she needed to make one for her boss. After I finished another guest approached and she told the guest she needed to make a waffle for her boss who had been waiting over an hour. She then cut in front of the guest and proceeded to make the waffle. I and the guest stood in disbelief. This situation really killed the overall experience for me and it was going great.

Pro- the price is reasonable The breakfast was good Con- -Microwave had food left in it (a piece of beef and chunk of cheese) and we had to clean it out. -Someone’s deodorant was left in one of the drawers. -Lights in the parking lot were out the entire night for one night of our stay -One outside entry door to the building did not work. Another outside entry did not lock down at all so anyone could access the building from the outside without a key or without going past the front desk. Security issue. -Shower handle was on backwards so when my daughter turned it to hot, it was actually cold, so she took a cold shower until we figured it out. -Bathroom sink didn’t drain. -When I turned in the key, I said, “We are in room # __ and just wanted to let you know we are out of the room.” No response. I said, “Thank you!” Response “Mmhmm”

The tv didn't really work so don't expect much there also you can only turn it on with the lights on. They ran out of parking space so we had to walk a block to get to our room. The people are awesome and very helpful 10/10 as far as service workers the rest of the stay was mid

Room was gross! Looked like it never has been cleaned. Showertub was black/dirty with years-old stains and didn't want your feet to touch anything in there! Bed(s) need to be replaced as it felt like it was broken. Our view was a wall to the maintenance area.

The room was clean, firm beds, soft sheets and bedspread, a/c worked and was not loud, friendly staff, great hot breakfast variety including 2 flavors of Texas shaped waffles. We stayed on the 3rd floor, the entire 4th floor is being renovated, but we heard no noise. We were on the front side of the hotel, So we did not hear much noise from the highway. The parking lot is very lit up, we felt very safe walking our dogs around the property. The pool area was clean and we sat in the hot tub for a while, temperature was perfect. Grocery store across the highway, many restaurants nearby, and 10 minutes from the hospital, which is why we were there.

Solid choice. Not super fancy but the rooms were clean and nice. It was right near the place I needed to attend. Had a pool and a small workout spot. Good breakfast. And the people were always very nice.

Gym equipment was broken but some worked. Breakfast was great. Parking was an issue but many places neither. My room wasn't cleaned 100% . Staff was awesome and very polite. I'd definitely stay again.

Breakfast was awesome! But we stayed for 2 nights, and the first night we did not have a working shower. They were sold out, so they couldn’t give us a different room. We were not offered any form of compensation or an apology from management. Pretty disappointing after driving 10 hours to get there.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! They are currently remodeling all the floors and rooms so I got to stay in a newly remodeled room with clean carpets. They had a medium sized, delicious breakfast spread every morning. And they also allow pets which is great because I never leave home without my fur baby. The staff was so sweet and they always said hello when they saw me.

Horrible experience. The bathroom sliding door to the shower was not on the rails correctly, I would have to force the door open and closed. Very unsafe neighborhood. Park next door is full of homeless tent cities. Despite being parked in their lighted parking lot, my catalytic converter was stolen off my vehicle overnight. Stay someplace else.

Short and Honest review. Overall, the stay was just okay. Check-in was easy, the AC and heat worked really good, and the room was clean for the most part. To sum it up, these were the issues I had: - I pulled back the sheets and there were crumbs, and a couple strands of black hair in the beds - The bathroom door didn’t shut all the way, it got stuck when the door was slightly cracked - The shower was definitely old. There were a bunch of markings and streaks on the bath floor, the showerhead looked like it was going to come off if you pulled the nozzle too hard, and although the shower curtain smelled clean, the bottom left corner had some yellow stains as if someone peed on it; but the hotel neglected to change the nasty curtain. - The room was quiet for the most part, but neighbors upstairs, and in the same hallway as me, liked to stomp around and slam their doors, so that was kind of annoying throughout the night and early morning - The room creaked a lot, the paint on the walls was worn down and faded, and so was the furniture. This hotel definitely needs an upgrade. Tried to rate 2.5 stars. But, like I said, my stay was decent, just thought I would note some issues I had, that I know other people wouldn’t stay here because of. (if that makes sense)

Rooms are clean and comfortable and apparently our 4th floor room had recently been renovated. The entire 3rd floor was under renovation too. Great breakfast with friendly staff. The grounds needed quite a bit of attention and there were a few local vagrants hanging out in the parking lot panhandling for change from time to time. Lock your cars as it's a so-so neighborhood, but I've never had an issue in the three times in three years I've stayed there. Might ask for a room facing away from the interstate as the traffic noise can be a bit much with all the semi traffic and loud pickups in the area - it's Texas, that's what we're known for. Overall a really good experience and we'll definitely be back.

Good morning. As a loyal Diamond member who utilizes Hilton almost everyday of the year, I find this fitting to leave feedback. I attempted to book a room at the Hampton Inn and Suites at 2700 Green Oaks Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76116. I was booking local because I have Military classes from the 25th-29th. Upon making the reservation, the room rate showed 124.89. This is close to the corporate rate my business pays with Hilton of 99.00, no big deal, right? However, some nights, the room rate went up to 287.00! I called the property and spoke to the clerk. He said there was no Military rate available and that I needed a code and he was not going to just give it to me. He advised that I call back and speak to Fred the manager. I called 2 days in a row to only be told that Fred was out. The same clerk text Fred while I was on the phone. Fred advised him my code did not work and the clerk told me " So do you want me to cancel this for you?" I did just that. I reserved a room at a 4 star hotel at a rate of 99.00 per night for a King bed suite. Same room and 1/2 the cost that this property was going to charge me.

Disappointing. We have always liked Hampton Inn but this location was the worst hotel I have stayed in. We paid $176 a night for a suite for our family. We arrived late and we had been traveling all day. We were unable to shower due to no hot water. I was heartbroken but too tired to report it until the next morning. The clerk stated that she would report the issue to maintenance. Without showers we went into the city and returned at dinner time to find that the hot water was not fixed. We reported it again and the clerk moved us into another room. Room 2 had not been used in a while. It was hot and had holes in the walls with toilet paper filler but it did have hot water. We were finally able to shower. We checked out early on Sunday and on Monday I called the hotel to request a refund. I was told to call on Wednesday. I did and was transferred to the manager. He quizzed me about details that had nothing to do with the issue. I was told that staff had never reported the water issue and no repair ticket was done. I was told that they never changed us to a new room. I provided the room numbers but was told that the room was rented to someone else. The manager stated that he would investigate this more and call me but he never did.The blatant dishonesty or complete incompetance of the staff and management at this hotel is stunning. J&C Tingle

I'll start by saying, if you are considering staying here, check first if they're under construction. If so, run for the hills. It is so loud you have to yell to be heard over it if you're on the first floor, and it's extremely loud and relentless in the room if you stay on the upper floors. I was on the second floor and it sounded like they were building the bathroom. Parking is a headache because of all of the construction taking up spaces. I would have checked out if we didn't have to be here for work. Aside from that, the room was clean and breakfast was good. The staff were fine, nothing extraordinary with their service. We wanted to use the jacuzzi but it was out of order, we didn't use the pool. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. It was fine overall but the construction was horrible and if it's here during your stay you will probably want to look elsewhere.

First the positives: the rooms that we stayed in were newly remodeled and very clean. When issues arose with our rooms the front desk was able to move us to a new room. Breakfast was tasty. Negatives: the hotel is in the middle of a remodel. The first room that we were given was on the fourth floor . As soon as we entered our room we could hear and feel a very loud vibration. You could even feel the vibration when you touched the walls. We asked for a new room and were given a double queen on the third floor. In this room the air conditioning didn’t work. In fact, the panel fell off the wall when I tried to adjust it and all of the buttons were missing which meant it couldn’t be adjusted. We once again asked for a new room. We were assigned to a king suite on the forth floor. Although we appreciated the upgrade (even though we were told this was all they had available versus us getting the upgrade due to the inconvenience of the first two rooms having issues) this room’s locking mechanism wasn’t working. Although it appearing to lock, all you had to do to open the door was give it a light hip nudge and it would pop right open. We were able to secure the door over night using the dead bolt lock but without the dead bolt lock there was no way to securely lock the room. The bathroom door this room needed to be shaved down at the bottom. You could only open it about half way but then you really had to force it the rest of the way because it was so snug against the floor tile. This is a shame because I think the floor tile was brand new and the more you have to force the door the more damage is going to be caused with those tiles. Although we appreciated the cleanliness, this isn’t a Hampton we would choose the stay at again. There were just too many issues (big and small) to choose staying here over other Hilton properties.

First of all, the property was clean and staff were polite. But, their key card machine was broken so every time you needed into your room, a staff person would have to escort you to your door and open it with a master key. Thankfully, they provided someone 24/7 for that and I felt bad for those staff members considering a major concert was in town and the hotel was busy. That was odd and made us a bit uneasy. Then, late in the night we discovered that our bathroom sink faucet was broken. We did inform the front desk but since it was late, it wasn’t fixed during our stay.
