TERRIBLE HOUSEKEEPING My room - black hair all over bathroom towels - scratches all over TV. - stains all over couch. No blanket in packet for pull out couch. Phone unplugged. 2 lights in room didn’t work. No clock in room. Soap bottle in bathroom empty. Door won’t close properly cause lock keeps sticking out. Had do not disturb sign on door and staff still entered my room - UNACCEPTABLE. I’m a Marriott Elite member with many stays - avoid this place if you enjoy cleanliness

I always love staying at Marriott locations. The overall location of the hotel was close to everything that was needed and a short ride to downtown. Hotel was immaculate and very clean, staff was friendly and the best part was there was a bench seat in the shower.

Everything was great. Our room was nice and clean. We didn't get an attitude when we asked for extra pillows and towels. We had a microwave, everytbing we needed for coffee and the had water in our room. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Parking was nice to conveniently located near our room. I came for an event and the hotel was located in a decent area, possibly 20 minutes from the hotel.

Terrible customer service at front desk when checked in could not tell us what $80.00 incidentals were being charged to our credit card. Roaches in bathroom. We left the hotel for several hours and ask the front desk for room service upon leaving, when we returned several hours later housekeeping was still not notified of our request. When housekeeping was finally notified we left our room so they could clean and replace towels etc. Upon returning to our room my wife noticed she had a tshirt missing that she purchased the day before from the "Taste of Dallas." She called front desk to speak to management which is not on site. ALL AROUND TERRBLE EXPERIENCE.

Arrived on site close to midnight after another hotel gave my reservation away. This guy who checked me in was incredibly nice and accommodating to set me up with a room for the three nights I needed for my work trip. All the staff was very nice. Hotel conveniently located to my work location. Facilities were very nice and relaxing.

On the positive side, housekeeping and breakfast (coffee and omelette station) are spot on. However, there was no internet and the washing machine did not work (no sign so as to appear functional but no estimated repair according to the front desk). The fitness room was also clean and equipment was functional.

Our family had a great time at the hotel. The rooms were clean and everything we needed was in the room. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub. The pricing was great and we ate in the lobby for dinner. The food was fresh and great tasting. The staff was kind and friendly. I would recommend to have your family stay at the hotel.

HI, I really liked my stay here. For a frequent traveler it is always such a relief when the hotel is wonderful. The staff is okay, not overly outgoing at all but they got the job done. The rooms are very nice. It wasn't the best side of town but the grounds were gorgeous and lots of amazing lights on the outside of the hotel. I did not worry about parking my car there. Rooms were great, I chose a room away from traffic. I would come here again!

We stayed here for a last minute weekend getaway, and this will now be my go to hotel when staying in Fort Worth. We were early, but they checked us in without hesitation, which was MUCH appreciated. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, everything was great. Also, shout out to the omelet chef at the breakfast station, they were super good!

They have a bistro in the lobby with Starbucks drinks available, very convenient, it opens at 6:30 am. Rooms are nice, cleaned daily, the staff are helpful and friendly. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Ft Worth. The location is good, alongside other hotels near highway 20.

All was great. Hot tub was broken. Grounds are lovely. Nice breakfast. Limited only waffles or omelets, but delicious. I was though very disappointed in the food that came from the bistro at night. It is stuff that just warm up and then charge you an extremely high price. And give you a very small amount of food.

Room smells musty. No hot water. Shower dirty. Washing machine in laundry not working. Hole in ottoman. Elevators slow. Bed is comfortable - the only positive. 2nd time staying here - very disappointed. Will not stay here again.

#1. We asked 3 different times/days to have our room cleaned and they did not. We were there for 5 mights and they cleaned the room once. #2. The A/C didn’t work well, super noisy and smelled. #3. All the hanging hangers in the room were broken. #4. No safe in the room (although when I called they said there was one). Safe down at registration had nothing available. I would not stay at this Marriott ever again. I’m a Titanium Elite status for Marriott but if this was my only experience I would never use Marriott again. The good news is all my other experiences have not been like this. I do not recommend Marriot Cityview DFW.

The front didn't give me a card to get Into the side door so I has to walk around to get inside with all my luggage. The room smells like smoke in a non-smoking hotel. Complementary breakfast is only a waffle or omelet not both. For the price everywhere else u can have unlimited items. Go some where else.

I love this hotel. I stay about every 6 weeks for work. The staff is friendly, and thoughtful. They remember me and are so friendly. Mr Lions is the best! He makes sure everything is taken care of, and the bistro is amazing. Free omelets every morning, and the flat bread pizza for dinner is delicious.

It may have been out of there control but the elevator was broken and I had to struggle to the 4th floor on my bad leg. They need to update the power plugs in the rooms and lobby, this is the first hotel I've stayed at recently that has no USB plugs anywhere. I forgot my c to c cord and was unable to charge anything. The room was nice, but a little warm. Everything was clean and looked nice. The breakfast omelets were very good.

We come here every time we need a little get away from our kids. We have been coming here for years and love it every time. Jayden at the front desk is such a pleasure and very accommodating, this place is lucky to have an employee like him! Thank you Jayden for all of the help you provided durning our stay. We look forward to staying again and hope to see him smiling at the front desk when we don return!

We arrived late due to flight delays but our front desk greeting was very enjoyable. We were checked in quickly and we headed up to our room. The breakfast was a disappointment as it was only and omelet or waffle. If you wanted something cold or "on the go" there was a charge to purchase. For example a bagel was $5.00, a banana was $2.17. The coffee was weak, did not taste like Starbucks, no juices were included. Additionally there were no offerings for children, i.e. cold cereal, oatmeal, etc. with the breakfast that is included with your room rate.

We had a wonderful stay, the staff was accomodating and nice except fpr the housekeeper!! The front desk, and the food service staff, the omelette cok and Bistro staff were all very nice and helpful!! the problem came at check out day at 1138 am, the housekeeper started beating on the door agressively trying yo move us out. My husband, ( a disabled veteran) and I have health condiitons and were startled by this loud noise! She was reported to Ramona at the front desk!!

First place I look for as soon as I know I’m going to be in FTW. Spotless, friendly people, and oddly never even encountered another guest we didn’t like here. Just always clicks well and there are lots of amenities close by. Also a great place to exit for the airport in the mornings if you don’t mind tole roads.

Marriott hotels hardly ever let us down and same goes for this location. Location is nice and well lit. Front desk was friendly, with a quick check in. Hotel and rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable perfect for a good nights rest.

This particular location has earned more than a 5 star review with their amazing amenities for the price. This location is by far the nicest one I've had the opportunity to book for my work travels. They have a very courteous and knowledgeable staff. It's a very hidden gem in S.W. Fort Worth that I'll be staying at every time I'm in town for my job. Good food, great drinks, and an even better experience! Update: 11/26/22 Booked this location again and it's still a lovely place to be while traveling. Just don't let them put you in a room by an entry door because that's all you'll hear constantly. It's quite annoying because I had originally booked the bigger king size room (440'²) but due to a mix up of some kind I'm in a room without a couch or microwave. Not the end of the day but definitely frustrating because I'm pretty sure I paid for the bigger room, $490 for 3 nights..... Still a 5 ⭐ location in my book though!

We stay here a year ago when we were moving down here to Fort Worth and was waiting for our furniture to arrive to our house. We were there for 5-6 days and everything was great. We used the pool and hot tub and loved it. Also, this was very close to everything we needed.

Our room was clean and staff friendly. Breakfast is a joke. Long lines, longer wait, mediocre food. They should do a regular buffet like other hotels. Paid $17 for a coffee and three orders of bacon. Got a tiny omelet for free.

Hot tub was cold, and staff was unprofessional. We checked in on 10/13 and after only 2 hours we checked out. Then we found out that they checked us back in until 10/17 and took 80,000 points from us. If they are willing to stoop so low as to steal points, what else will they steal. Worst Court yard ever. Avoid this place at all cost unless of course you want to risk them stealing from you as well. Fortunately Mariott was contacted and they will get the points reimbursed to our account.

The rooms are small and have no windows which is awesome for good sleep. The staff were so knowledgeable about the location, really helpful, and hospitable. Will stay again!

They had all the amenities and room service. There was a soaking tub and a shower which was wonderful. The bar area and the ball rooms were gorgeous as well.

Conveniently located near shoppery in eateries. Easy to access from the freeway. Nothing fancy about the decor. However, the rooms were clean and spacious. Cute little bar/ restaurant. Also had a little play putt putt area for the kids. Not that I have any lol. And an indoor pool for a year around swimming. The hotel appears to be maintained decently. And the staff was very helpful and pleasant

Overall the hotel was fine, our room smelled a bit odd, the bathtub had a lot of rust marks, and the hotel bar was not staffed for the time they were supposed to be open. I went by for a drink and no one was there. The one other thing, their omelets suck. Otherwise though, the experience was pleasant enough. We didn't have a chance to take advantage of the pool but it did look nice, also the outdoor patio is very nice.

You can see the bones of its previous renovation when you look in the shower. The TV is ancient, from circa 2005. The smoke alarm goes off when you take a shower. They told me to open the windows (!). There was no screen on the 4th floor window. Never in my life have I seen something like that, so dangerous. The road noise is unceasing. I used industrial grade ear plugs that are suitable for use in 100+ decibel environments and I could still here the trucks on the highway at night. It’s isolated in a web of highways and trucks just outside of Ft. Worth. When there isn’t too much pollution, it’s true, you can see the city in the distance. Would never stay here unless I had to.

Had family in town and they stayed here.Close to many restaurants, some within walking distance. It was quite fun even sitting in lobby with plenty of televisions and sitting area to accommodate multiple diverse groups. All staff were efficient and friendly and made their stay fun, comfortable and safe.
