I stopped in at quality inn this afternoon. My daughter and I we're having to walk down Cherry Lane to camp Bowie in 100 plus degree heat because of a flat tire. I stopped in and asked the gentleman behind the desk if I could feel my 7-Eleven Big gulp cup up with water. I wasn't asking for a bottled water I just wanted to be pointed in the direction to the bathroom so I can use the faucet and get water the way the good Lord intended for us to get water from leaky faucets in bathrooms that smell as if they were never really cleaned just deodorized. The gentleman's response to my request for water for my 10-year-old daughter and myself in the 100 plus degree heat was that he has no water. I said "you have no water?" and he reiterated "no sir we do not have water." How this man was able to control his face while saying this is something that I'm going to have to learn he didn't crack a smile he didn't chuckle he gave no clue outwardly that this was a joke. So I took him for his word that somehow the quality inn on Cherry Lane in Fort Worth Texas does not have any water. I advised him he should probably call the city and get this sorted out but he said nothing in return just stared at me blankly as if I had asked him for the last fight of his favorite pizza. This story has a happy ending I went to the country inn and the lady behind the counter was more than happy to load up a plastic bag full of bottled water and cups of ice. She did this on her own. I didn't say a word about The Quality Inn and their lack of water. Quality inn owners/managers: it's the guy with the goofy "flock of seagulls meets George Thorogood" hair.

Quality in was okay, 3 out of 5. The rooms are okay not that clean clean but it's not dirty. Maybe needs a little upkeep but for the price it was okay. No elevator so stairs and rooms are like motel style. I don't know if rooms are smoke free but the outside did smell a little like smoke. Now no hot breakfast, just cereal and coffee and apples oh and Waffle. It's okay for the price.

I booked this stay based on the reviews. Worst mistake ever. There were roaches in the bathroom when I went to pee at 2am. The crackheads in the room next door had their music up loud most of the night. I didn't even feel safe being a single woman with kids staying here. I took my kids and left in the middle of the night. If your smart you'll avoid this place.

They wanted to charge me $25 for a hand towel, not a full size towel but a hand towel. When I checked out of the hotel and the manager went to check the room, he advised the front desk to give me half my deposit for a hand towel that he decided to throw away. I explained that it was only light in color because my daughter had just thrown up and that she was sick and it could easily be washed out. The front desk was told that they couldn't reuse it and they had too charge me but I continued to tell them it can be washed, so they just decided to hand me back my deposit and say I could never come back. On top of that when I made my reservation and called I was told the deposit was $50 but when I checked in I was told the deposit was a $100. So, overall I felt like they were trying to get me for my money.

Enjoyed It quiet and essentially located. Plenty places to go busy but in a good way with things to do around the hotel. Swimming pool outside but room made up for it. Staff friendly. The breakfast was lacking and a little disappointed Still one star taken out for that leaving 4

This was my first time staying here and I felt like home. They have great rates. Rooms are clean, great accommodations, they have someone at the front desk 24 hrs. Customer service is great. I was kinda nervous at first because of the location and being a young women traveling by herself, but once I got here I saw it was really safe. The night auditor Sam was very helpful, and extremely nice. Also the manager Hemant was very helpful as well. Housekeepers are amazing as well. They make sure u have everything u need. Definitely will be staying here again.

Dated and worn but better than most Quality Inns. No protein served at breakfast made me feel bad before lunch.

This motel was exceptional. Completely remodeled rooms are nice clean quiet I've really impressed with it. This is the first time in 7 to 8 months that I've had back and neck issues and I've been able to sleep on this bed all night long without waking up for additional pain medication.. I'm going to ask what type of mattress they are and see if I can't get one for my home bed. I will definitely be back when I come back into town for more doctor's appointments! And they also price match any prices in your booking companies or any other matches they can verify they will price match !!. And it's definitely not disappointing !

The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. When we got there the shower was not draining well. Upon reporting it, it was fixed immediately. I would recommend this location.

Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Awesome continental breakfast. Quick hot water. Large desk & comfortable chair in room. Yes, there were a couple hiccups when I checked in as the door key reader had went bad and the TV didnt get as many channels as it should, but the manager was very quick to resolve any and all issues. He had the maintenance guy reprogram the door and then switched me to another room that had access to all of the channels it should. Best of all, the new room (322), got Fox which doesnt come on in my town a couple hours away, and even the NFL Network, so I was able to watch the Bills vs Jag's at 8:30am Sunday morning. Being able to watch the games this weekend, Saturday and Sunday, was a big factor in deciding to get away for the weekend. So being able to get both Fox and the NFL Network was a huge win for this place. I paid right around $82-83 a night + tax so in a perfect world, this would have been great value for the money. It still is because it seems like the manager is going to be proactive about the key-card issue. Overall, very worth it and their dedication to customer service is noticed.

Nice quiet area. Close to everything you could need or would want to do. Comfy beds. Great selection for breakfast. Rooms are nice and clean my only complaint was a lack of good TP. The toilet paper was more like tissue paper. Would definitely stay here again and just bring my own TP.

The manager needs some lessons in people skills. Refused to allow me to stay using points. I guess business is too good for that in the motel industry, although I would expect Choce Hotels to review their partnership as I am sure Choice would like to take care of their customers better.

The room smelled horrible, sheets looked dirty, ppl Banging on our door all hours of the night nobody would answer the desk phone and we were scared to go outside to get to the office. Ppl yelling and fighting , the man at the desk was rude breakfast was a joke for $100 a night was too steep considering the quality of the place. The outside looked pleasant enough but we will NEVER stay here again. Disgusting 🤢

Came to this location and stayed half the night. I could not believe how many crickets and grasshoppers were in my room and how they continued to show up. I could not enjoy the night's stay. I'm completely disappointed. Never have I ever been in a location infested with grasshoppers . This was my first last time.

Despite all the baldish reviews on this hotel, me & my little family stayed for 3 nights & had a great experience. front desk answered every time, room was 10/10, except for at night there’s lots of crickets so be careful opening your door, we had one come inside of our room but that’s not the hotels fault of course!—we didn’t eat breakfast/dinner here but it’s nice we can go in & buy snacks at anytime, pool was great, area is kinda suspicious but no complaints. Our stay was honestly quiet & peaceful. would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel - clean rooms, quiet, nice pool, varieties of breakfast to choose from. We commend Yesh Reddy for absolute customer service for our entire stay.

Very busy due to Mothers Day weekend/Graduations. Room appeared tidy but the cloth chairs need to be thrown out due to looking unclean. Coffee machine had particles come out, so unable to have coffee.

This hotel ripped me off. I was quoted a price for three nights and paid it. On my last night there, they claimed I wasn't charged enough and that I needed to vacate or pay more. I called Manager and explained that I paid my price till Sunday. He said OK it was fine but stop by office for a new room key. The next day they charged another $126.00 to my credit card without my consent. I asked the front desk why and he said for the last night which is already worked out with manager. The advertised price for that night was approx $65. So not only did they charge me an extra night but at double the listed price. The pool was filthy. No one cleaned it daily. We had to spend an hour every morning fishing hair and garbage out of the pool. The maid entered our room despite a do not disturb request and there were open drug deals happening in the parking lot. Quality Inn contacted me saying they'd look into and get back to me in 48hrs. That was weeks ago. Stay as far away from this place as possible. They'll give one price and threaten to toss you on your last day unless you pay more. Even if you think you have it worked it out, they'll charge your card without your permission. I am a fair person. I paid what was quoted when I checked-in.

Lovely hotel, clean rooms and great service. Included breakfast and had plenty of parking. Location is a little out of the way and be mindful that there are many Quality Inns in Fort Worth. We originally went to the wrong one.

Fiance came into town for work and opted to get a separate room from the shared room provided by her employer. She left my name at desk so I could pick up key while she worked. They were friendly and professional about it. The distance has kept us apart, they helped bring us together. Thank you.

Okay so to start with, i work nights therefore i want to sleep as long as possible during the day, well the first day was very amazing and they were so respectful, i have late checkout because i am a choice member and i get 2 hour late check out & 2 hour early check in, well today (2nd day) they told us no late check out, which is totally against what my member policy says so i don’t agree with it at all, very rude about it whenever i called and said they could not get us late check out because housekeepers are leaving sooner today, well that’s not my fault!!! hire new ones for night shift or something ! cause this is ridiculous and very disturbing and rude. they shouldn’t even require a deposit if they’re gonna not follow the Choice Member Rules, it’s disrespectful!!!!!!!!! VERY POOR SERVICE THE SECOND NIGHT.

I didnt stay here either but I've stayed in the chain and walked past it them on my way to Fort Worth Misubishi. If you offer complimentary breakfast or tell me that donut shop makes great donuts. I will be more than happy to stay at and rate your hotels.

Clean simple nice rooms, all amenities, didn't even have to bring an overnight bag. Surprised to have a microwave and mini fridge! Breakfast simpe = mini donuts, toast, yogurt, juices, coffee, waffles. Good for a good price.
