In a very sketchy area, checked in and when I got to my room, the sofa in Room 217 was very stained and dirty. The phone had no cord attaching it to the wall in order to make a phone call to the front desk. When you laid on the bed, it seemed you were on a rocking horse. It's not a hotel I would plan a vacation around and stay in. It's a hotel that if you're on the road and need a quick place to stay, it's just ok. It's not the best. I'm also use to having lamps by the bed to read at night. They had ceiling lights instead which was not lined up with the bed. I would give a one star but due to no bugs, they get a two star.

In town for a concert. Pleasant front desk girl and was very clean and quiet place. Liked the convenience of the location and was very reasonably priced if you’re not needing something fancy. I was a little nervous after reading the reviews but was pleasantly surprised!

The gentleman at the front desk was very understanding and friendly. There was a misunderstanding on my end and i got frustrated, however the front desk associate let me have time to figure it out and did not rush me out the door. When I came back in to continue checking in his attitude did not change towards me and still made me feel welcome. Which set a great tone for my stay. The rooms are amazing. They are both clean and roomy. Defiantly the best around

Let me start off by saying the room is spacious and clean. So why the 2 stars? Well, for some reason the plug for the A/C unit is the one with the horizontal prong instead of the normal one with the two vertical prongs and the only outlet available wasn't compatible with it, leaving me with no A/C. There was also no wifi connection in the room. Once I went outside the room, 3 bars. Inside, nothing. Really big oversights and disappointing considering the review score.

Thank you so much, Lea!!! You were so polite and patient with me. 5 Star Customer service! My family and I were in a bit of a situation, and you were accommodating. We all appreciated it very much. @AmericasBestValueInn Fort Worth 76116

I booked a king bed room and was given a double bed room. The excuse was plumbing issues with my room. “I’m sorry I forgot to tell you. Have a good night. Click. The room smells like mold. The phone doesn’t work. The tv isn’t programmed to be able to watch anything

I extended my stay an extra day because i got sick and they told me i would either have to pay an early check in fee or leave my room for 2 hours. Front desk manager was extremely rude about it as well. Never coming back to this dump again.

This is my regular place when I'm staying in Fort Worth. The location is a bit sketchy, but I haven't had any real problems and the rooms are the best/cleanest for motels I've visited in this price range. The owners/staff are excellent. Always extremely friendly and accommodating. Recently, I forgot my suit jacket and dress pants in my room and they held onto it for me until I picked it up several hours later, everything untouched. Top notch folks!

Kicked out after we left the room because the manager at the front desk was about to charge us another day after checkout because I stayed past checkout time making sure the place was clean. Housekeeping is extremely hateful.

The evening desk clerk was really cool. The morning lady was rude as f. Overall the pool was nice and rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable

Rating might've been higher if we'd actually gotten to stay, got turned away due to a plumbing issue and got sent to an affiliated property, and wow was I not impressed. The whole hotel (longhorn inn) was still under construction, they insisted we pay a fee for my service dog (despite this hotel not being our original booking and the other one saying no fee), no offer of recompense discount or complimentary service of any kind. Overall not impressed, next time I'll stick with holiday inn.

They false advertise free breakfast. The breakfast consist of warm coffee only. Have to flush toilet 3 times to clear out. But decent for price.

So as for the room being cleaned the refrigerator had something spilt in it and had not been cleaned up and the microwave also was dirty the. Kids went to the pool and came back dripping wet so I took the bath mat towel to wipe up water off the floor and the towel. Literally turned black. Telling me they had not swept or mopped in a while on top of that the ice machine just so happened to be broke today without anyone around to fix it was very disappointed in that as I had to go to the store to buy our own ice on 3 different occasions while I should have been In my room just relaxing. And to top it off the remote did whatever the he'll it wanted to do!

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at an inn. If this is what they call America's Best then our country is in a worse state than I thought. I arrived around 2 am, which I called ahead of time about. The girl working the desk overnight was very rude, that was after standing in the entry way for a couple minutes being ignored, stood far back from the glass asking questions with a towel shoved under where you can give your ID and card. She gave me my room key and number then walked away from the glass again. I tried asking which side it was on but got no answer. Once in my room I noticed a stale moldy smell. The floor turned my socks black on the bottom walking around the room before laying down. The air conditioner was absolutely filthy, dead bugs were a plenty. The room was uncomfortably warm so I went ahead and turned it on. It kept the air circulation going and cooled the room down a little but not cold. When I used the bathroom I noticed there was one single cup for me to use, and an ice bucket with no liner. The ice bucket was sticky on the inside, not useable at all. I had a king-size room and thought I'd have more than one cup but whatever. There is also not little "complimentary" toiletries. The soap is all in dispensers and those are not kept clean. The shampoo is an all in one with conditioner, and the body wash is also of unknown brand. Even though the inn is convenient, and affordable, I'd expect more for what I paid. It's also in an unsafe area. I arrived at 2am and there were still people walking the roads and in the parking lot. I "slept" with my safety devices in the bed with me. I was more than happy to leave that place, and will never recommend the chain to anyone.

This place is ok for a one night stay that is what we did. Just a mini trip my partner and I took. Had to change rooms because of a toilet issue. The bed in the first room when you get in you roll to the middle. The bed in the second room way much better. The place could use some improvements. Scratches on furniture and walls. But for 50 bucks on Hopper and one night stay it was ok. Oh and you need a deposit!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. My dad stayed here and the first night he heard gunshots. The room was not well kept and the TV remote barely worked. When checking out to go to a better hotel, the front desk rep would not refund for the night that he was not going to stay. They refused to do anything for a fully disabled veteran. Horrible service and the absolute worst hotel that I have ever been to.

In town for Daughter B-Ball Tournament Go Sports Complex (3mins away). Booked hotel 2 days prior. Ask for confirmation lady said there is only paper confirmation. 2 days later after a long day of basketball we go to check I'm and the same lady says we're Booked. forcing me and my daughter to travel 30 minutes away. These stress and lack of professionalism is the reason for the low rating. Wouldn't even offer a discount or say sorry.

I booked a room and left within an hour because the attendant tried to book me in a smoking room when I specifically told her, I don't smoke and smoke bothers me. She insisted it wasn't and it REEKED of smoke. I went back to the lobby turned in my key and requested a cancelation. She informed me it was canceled and that I would need to contact the manager on 10/10 for a refund. I called Monday morning and was told it would take 3 to 5 business days to process my refund. Only for that not to happen and now the hotel is claiming they won't refund me, even though services weren't rendered!

Clean, safe, easy check in. This is a 2 star hotel. So don't expect 5 star amenities. The rooms were clean, so happy there was not carpet. Check in was easy. Ice was avail. Only thing was coffee was prob a day old but a QT next door solved the prob. Nice location right off the hwy. Easy quick business stay!!

My husband checked us in and we didn't have the best experience. He complained of the room smelling like smoke(which it did) and the manager gave him Febreeze to fix the problem. It was doable with Febreeze and the A/C on but not ideal. We didn't have the best sleep due to the smell. Served its purpose but wouldn't stay here again.

Nice hotel for the price. Confortable beds, clean, very friendly staff. Very close to dickies arena. Neighborhood isn't the best, but you'll be fine at the hotel itself, I wouldn't walk from it though. 5 different Uber drivers told me it's not safe to walk to the quicktrip nearby and the quicktrip had a security guard. I say this only as a warning for others, I felt completely safe at the hotel and I would stay there if I did the trip over again.

Enjoyed the stay AFTER the fact that the lady at the front desk was very & extremely rude! So instead of me going off on her My Love took over the conversation. But what she needs to realize is that as an adult u can NOT tell me how to book a room when I have been doing this for a long time!!! It was tacky and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Very nice accommodations for a reasonable price. The manager Sam was so helpful as were the rest of the staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable I would definitely stay here again

It's just a cheap hotel. No free breakfast or anything to wow you. I went off the website and got really mislead. I would have went somewhere else if I had known no free breakfast or anything. The mini fridge was all frozen up and the tv remote barely worked. The bathroom wall had a huge hole in it. I would have to say you can find better for the same price. BUT the customer service was amazing they are super friendly.

I’m pretty sure this is the first review I have ever written but I have had the worst overall experience with the motel. At first the motel seemed night the staff was cool then morning hit and I woke up with tons of bug bites some close together and some further apart when I went to check out I told them and they acted surprised they said they called pest control but didn’t give me the pest control report so all I asked was for a refund but the lady at the front desk was being so rude about it acting like I’ve done something wrong the bites then she wants to accuse me of lying because my girlfriend didn’t react to the bites DONT STAY HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE ATTACKED BY TINY BUGS
