The person who checked us in was so rude we would have gone somewhere else if we hadn’t already paid. She was obvioisly unhappy we interrupted something she was watching on her phone when we came in. When she asked for my credit card I asked "you show I've already paid, right?" and she snapped at me in an extremely rude way "this is for the deposit!". The hotel needs to get rid of this hateful person but the rest of the stay was pleasant and the room was nice and clean.

Jan 3rd group booking! The manager and the evening front desk lady(didn't catch either name) are the absolute best! We ran into a few problems(no ones faults) that made checking in a bit confusing and worrisome. However both of these great employees stayed calm and collected and got all the kinks figured out and everything turned out beautifully... I'm so gracious for their patience and determination to make it all work for us! The rooms were very clean, housekeeping did a great job! Breakfast was actually good for a hotel, and the lady servicing it each morning stayed on top of things! This team knows what they are doing! They are also very kind and polite! Location is NOT too busy of a spot for it being fort Worth. Good job Country Inn & Suites. 👍

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly overall. Please note this location is near the naval air station so you will hear jets whizzing by, it's a cool sight to see! The parking lot is well lit and felt safe at night and there are a few options for food delivery without using the more expensive services like grubhub. It was easy to get to. Breakfast was pretty basic, nothing special. The neighborhood in general was pretty high traffic and there were several homeless people around but we had no issues.

Came here with my family to stay for a concert. Fairly close to the Dickies Arena. Polite staff. Breakfast was pretty good, it just felt a tad crowded in the small room. Quiet hotel. Comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed here for almost 7months. They are the very best. Staff is awesome Housekeeping is always on point and the pool is refinished. I would recommend this hotel over any in the area. Shout out to shiv for doing such a good job.

The force you out in the morning 11am check out they will bust down door at 8am then turn your key off. These Indians won't re stock the breakfast once milk is out its out. They will put a cleaning cart directly infront of your door. Very rude smelly Indians all around in front lobby just bad vibes all around this place

I came here with family and had a wonderful time spending here at the pool, a hot breakfast in the morning here is much appreciated with a pleasant top view from the balcony. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

I was in town for a volleyball tournament at the sports complex in FW, tx. This hotel met my needs but prices raised all over due to this tournament. The location was near the sports complex, my room was very clean, all staff were very nice, & they provided a great breakfast! My only issue was I was unable to use the jacuzzi due to the stopper in the tub not holding the water in but couldn't switch rooms because they were full.

I stayed here for a couple weeks on and off and it was always a good stay, especially the room cleaners they came everyday and did a nice job. Better than other hotels in the area.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a motel, and I would like to share my experience. I chose this motel based on its convenient location and affordability. The room itself was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of travel. The linens and towels were fresh, and the overall cleanliness of the room was commendable. I appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The motel offered a range of amenities that added value to my experience. The complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. Additionally, the availability of parking facilities provided convenience and peace of mind. Overall, my stay at this motel was pleasant and exceeded my expectations. The combination of cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, and convenient location made for a positive experience. I would highly recommend this motel to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and affordable stay

I stayed for a week, first day they give me key cards only work one day, then another day, 2 cards went out at the say some in two different pockets first thing they did was accuse me of touching both to my phone at the same time basically. There was throw up on my window when I first went in and they never cleaned it no matter how many times I asked, dead bugs on the wall that someone that smashed but was never cleaned. House keeping only comes every other day and even then they just take trash and make the bed that’s it. There was mud, which I ignored cause it was raining I assumed I must have got it on there. Till a day later I seen the blood, where it looks like someone cleaned a needle so that tells me it was never cleaned. I called and spoke to their front desk who never came to see they wanted me to come to them which I would not do, I called the hotline and asked them to help they said to just talk to the hotel people as well. Also I don’t know if they people live there or not but there just seems to be people running all day upstairs, every night for a week.

My friend and I asked Alvin (the night front desk employee a short man with a long pony tail) to fix our TV at approximately 1:25 AM. We had reserved a room to spend a night together after a long-awaited visit. After he fixed the TV he refused to leave the room asking “why didn’t you get the room with the bubble machine” then clarifying there was a room with a spa tub. He proceeded to say “if you both give me kisses I will upgrade you for free”. Obviously declining and feeling very unsafe, we both began to usher him out of the room. He still would not leave. We finally had to walk him to the door for him to leave and locked all locks and put a chair in front of the door. In the morning we spoke with Roy who had no remorse or empathy for what had happened in the previous hours. The housekeeper heard the conversation and was the only person to validate our situation. Roy also gave me a false name of the perpetrator, calling him “Lay”. After speaking with the RUDE manager Nick, who also identified himself as the owner, he also showed no remorse or empathy and was going to “speak with” the perpetrator. He then argued with my mother and I about the conversation I had about possibly extending our stay and deciding to not after we felt unsafe and unheard by all employees but the housekeeper. This hotel is no place for anyone to bring their children, or for any young adults, especially two young girls to choose to stay at. We will be filing a police report and the perpetrator has yet to be reprimanded.

This is not a pet friendly motel like the website says. I was told my SERVICE DOG was not allowed to be there because he was more than 25lbs. This motel needs to train their employees on the law. That was discrimination against the disabled. The employee was rude and tried to tell us we could stay the first night but had to leave the next morning when I had paid for 2 nights already. Then he said that I had to pay a deposit for my service dog which is also illegal. He finally told me next time don't come back. Well guess what buddy I won't or maybe I will with my service dog too.

It's 10:45 PM, I am trying to sleep. The room above us seems to be walking 15 miles in their room moving around furniture and dropping bowling balls. This has been going on for more than 45 minutes now. Are they renovating the room? Moving a U-Haul worth of stuff in? Whatever it is, it sounds like they are going to come through the ceiling. Don't ever stay on the first floor here. Also call ahead and ask about the pool and hot tub.

The check in was a little slow as the desk clerk had to bring a heater to a room. Apparently they only have one person working after 9PM. The breakfast is decent. The rooms are relatively clean but the beds are not great. It’s a good value but not to the usual quality level of a Country Inn and Suites.

THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL! Expedia has deceived me for the last time. After check-in, I enter the elevator to find trash and a spill on the floor. On my way to the room, I find large stains on the carpet. Entering the room, I find the carpet dirty, the cabinet which houses the microwave and refrigerator damaged, a stained couch, a loud and broken-faced air conditioner, and mismatched paint touch-up on completely bare walls. Upon entering the bathroom, the tub is leaking, the sink drains slowly, and there is a broken-off prong stuck in the electrical socket. Additionally, if I did not keep the bathroom fan running, the room would smell like cigarette and marijuana smoke. Going down to the pool I find, the pool light floating from an electrical cord, chipping paint, and missing tiles all over the pool. Additionally, I find weeds growing in the cracks all over the pool deck. I look up on the building and find a piece of trim missing from the soffit. Where the missing piece is located it looks like mold or mildew is growing. When I checked out I provided a list of these issues to the front desk clerk, he never told me these items would be repaired or offered me a word of apology. I will never return and will never use Expedia again. I have had better accommodations in third world countries.

Not the greatest place to stay if you are trying to get well rested they knock on the door to see if you’re staying or leaving every day. I had stayed here for two nights. Never had a bad experience with trying to enjoy my stay. Also, asked for towels and they did not give us any.

Rooms were clean. Check in was smooth though I was the only one checking in at the time. They accommodated me. Nicer than the ones in this area with price cheaper or comparable.

Absolutely one of the worst places I've stayed at. Place had no water, they told us the water would be off from noon until 4pm. At 8pm that night I asked when the water would be back on and I was told "they are working on it". I asked for a refund for that day and was instead refunded for my whole multi-day stay. We were asked to leave at 830 that night. Refunded could take 3 to 10 buissness days. When the refund finally did come through it wasn't even for the full amount we paid. On top of that they charged us 50 bucks per service animal. Texas and federal law state you can't be charged for service animals. When I brought that up I was told that that was their policy. I asked to speak to the manager which was a older Indian lady who spoke no English. She proceeded to walk away instead of doing her job. Law suit is now being filed against them. Stay far away from this place they do not care about their customers and will over charge you in any way they can. Had to get corporate involved to actually get my full refund.

I have stayed a couple times now. First of all I recommend the rewards member program. Secondly lock up your vehicles have noticed some people wondering around and trying to make access through side doors. Always be aware of your surroundings. Room is always clean. Staff was very nice. The guy at the front desk training the lady was actually very pleasant and funny while maintaining professionalism. I have not had a bad stay here. No it is not luxury however it is comfortable, cool, and clean.

I was going thru a situation and was looking for a safe yet affordable place for my kids and I until our situation was better. I paid rvery single day, my kids bothered no one and I asked for nothing extra. However the very passive aggressive mgr, nick, kicked us out. He kicked me out for paying in the lobby donetine and on the app the rest of the time. Just because this required him to do a little critical thinking and rearranging of booked rooms. It wouldn't even have been a problem if he'd stop making the room I was in available for rent. The hotel was nice .it was clean but I feel I was treated like a second class citizen. I had to file a complaint because of the way the mgr was screaming at me and then he (the mgr) was angry that I reported him. He has a problem in which he can say anything he wants to you but you can't have a chance to speak.im 50 and he screamed at me like I was a child....and hung up on me like children do. He is rude as anyone I've ever seen.
