I have never stayed at a Marriott property that was this disgusting. The carpet was filthy, my side of the bed had dried noodles on the floor. There was mold on the furniture. The bed had a severe divot (pic is not memory foam, it doesn’t spring back!), and my pillow was flat and lumpy (not the regular Marriott pillow). The alarm in the room went off at 5am. The shower was weak. The towels (all 2!) were about as big as my hand towels at home. We asked for a refund but were only offered 50% off if we stayed another night. They could not pay me to stay.

I’ll start by saying the staff was nice and helpful. That is the only positive, the room was not really dirty but well used. Something sticky in the carpet, bathroom tiles all cracked and broken, mold in the corners of bathroom and I now have bug bites all over my arms and hands that I’m assuming are bed bugs; I didn’t have them before I arrived. Very disappointing for a Marriott property.

So location is great! Absolutely disappointed with what they say they offer...but in turn did not. Says they were known for best continental breakfast which when we woke up was not there. Then was told they had a pool only to find out that pool was closed and has been closed for some time. When mentioned about each there was no apology. With having children it was the main reason for booking. We ended up checking out.The first morning there and had to find a new room. Recommend to call before booking to make sure their pools and breakfast will be available. For us this is first and last time coming. If your expecting anything close to a Marriott experience DO NOT BOOK.

Staff was great - the room was not. Several things needed fixing in room 130, and the ants in the bathroom didn't help either. I'm hoping the other pic was dirt and not droppings... Also, stains on the carpet and large dried paint drops on the bathroom vanity say you're not really trying.

I don't think the bathroom had been cleaned in a long time. The toilet was clogged, pee all over it, and a ton of dirt and hair all over the place. I've never seen a bathroom this bad in any other hotel I have stayed in. I would have left and changed hotels but I would have not got my money back. So I stayed grossed out.

Made a reservation via the Marriott app and received a confirmation number for 5/17/22. I was driving in from El Paso. When I was about 45 minutes from the hotel, I received a call telling me the app was wrong and they were sold out of my room type. I was told I could call the Drover who had rooms. She proceeded to give the phone number of the other hotel. When I made the reservation there were several room types to choose from so I don't know if she didn't want to give me a different room type or they just sold my room because it was after 10 pm. At the very least, they could have called the other hotel and transferred my reservation. This is just poor service and not only do I recommend you stay away from this property, but other Fairfields if this is the way they treat guests.

A picture can tell a thousand words...not exactly. The breakfast area is subpar and they are pushing a lot pre packed foods. By 9:05 the options were very limited, no eggs, no sausage. Juice machine out. Coffee was subpar too. The attendant couldn't hear me because he had headphones on. Very disrespectful and unserviceble. The room was accomodating but the bathroom was not clean with pubic hair in two different locations. Not acceptable by any Marriott standards. I hope I dont get the mgmt typical answer to give another chance...I will not.

I truly don’t like to post negative reviews so will keep this short. On arrival it took staff approximately 10 minutes to appear to check us in. Elevator in disrepair. Shower water pressure was so weak that I had to kneel in the tub to use the bath faucet to wash my hair. What made us cut our 3-night stay to 1 night was the bed bugs. I awoke around 2am with severe itching of fingers on my left hand. Soon after, my right hand became involved. The bugs got both hands and arms and I have remained with these extremely itchy bites - it is now 3 days later. Staff was kind and let us back out of the next 2 nights and we are hoping to get compensated for the one night we spent.

I can’t rate My stay because check-in is not until Friday. I called to pay for my stay early and was Pleasantly greeted by John. John kindly explained that I couldn’t pay until arrival with identification. He then asked me “how was your Christmas?”. I was Surprised! We conversed about being Thankful for the Gift of Life. I was looking forward to seeing John but disappointed that John will not be there when I check in. I see why he got Everything he wanted for Christmas! Professional Kindness extends beyond the workplace. YOU, JOHN, get a 5star Rating all by yourself!!! I’m looking forward to my Trip! I’ll be back with further Updates on my Stay.

I don't normally do this, and it may have been a fluke with the holidays, but a few things stood out. Check in went smoothly, but that is where it ends for things going right. Got into the room and 1, there was no shower curtain, rings, or enough towels. After going down to the desk, they did politely provide them, but I had to install it. That wasn't huge, but notable. 2, by 745 A.M. the only thing out was coffee. Breakfast is claimed to be served 6-9 and I had a busy day ahead of me. Apparently the person that does breakfast set up was rather late. Again, not huge, but also an advertised amenity and I didn't have time to find somewhere to eat after waiting for someone to arrive. I'm not sure if they ever did. Lastly, when I was going to check out (Granted, at 5 a.m. New Years day, so again not huge) the was no staff seemingly present. A sign had been posted at the front desk that someone would be back, but no approximate time as to when. I wrote a note on a napkin and left the room keys in that asking to be checked out and called to confirm the next day if I had been checked out or not. No single large thing caused my rating to be what it is, but the repeated short comings did bring frustration on an already strenuous trip. I do try to be fair about these things, and I feel like I was for what was promised and expected from industry standards. I am also well aware I didn't book a top end hotel, but that seemed a bit lackluster for a hotel.

First, staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. I am only giving as many stars as I am because of the awesome person at the desk when we checked in. Our first room was having an issue with the toilet not flushing (along with some horrible looking water in the bowl), so while my partner ran to the front desk, I repacked our things. While doing so, I noticed a mess of brownish-red splatters on the electrical outlet next to the bed that almost ran me out completely. Our rooms got switched, and after I had tested the toilet once, the toilet stopped flushing. It took about 5 minutes for the tank to refill to flushable again. The room was not as dirty as the last, but there were visible prints on the mirrors and art that were cringeworthy. The TV was set up to allow for streaming platform log-ins, but it wasn't possible due to no connection.

STAY AWAY!!!!! I will never touch a room in this hotel ever again. I am in complete disbelief of how my family and I were treated. I actually checked out a day early because I felt so uncomfortable by the experience and denial of services. First of all my wife happened to book this hotel last minute through a 3rd party due to last minute plans. I however am a Bonvoy member who has used Marriot properties for a long time for my business. As a matter of fact during my membership I have stayed over 224 nights.(Bonvoy ID ) So on night 2 , we politely asked the lady in the front desk that we needed our room cleaned before heading out in the morning. When we got back our room was not cleaned, so my wife went downstairs to see what happened. The head lady from housekeeping Shanella mentioned that they did not clean our room because it was disgusting. Also went as far to mention if her supervisor was there, she would have probably told us to leave. My wife asked if she wanted us to leave and then started she started denying everything. I went downstairs to clear things up and she involved the front desk Noah and Lakeisha. They all seemed to gang up on me pretty good. Not sure as I might have the names Shanella and Lakeisha backwards but the person being the rudest was the housekeeping manager. I asked her to walk with me upstairs to do a walk in the room and she refused. However she did show me a video she recorded on her cellphone of my room with all my personal belongings which to me is a violation of my privacy on its own. Yes I have 6 year old twins and they did spill some coffee and ketchup on the bed, but she definitely over exaggerated and did not want to be very helpful and did a fantastic job at belittling my wife and I. There was no way I was going to stay there another night. Also when they all jumped into the conversation at the front desk, Noah the front desk person decided to ask me "How do my kids behave at home?" I told him why he asked...He was like because maybe you shouldn't be bringing them to hotels. This was unprofessional and uncalled for. The housekeeping manager kept repeating " We are housekeepers and not maids!" Well I mentioned that I just needed my bed sheets changed and nobody was assuming she was a maid. I'm assuming housekeepers change bedsheets too? She wasn't making any sense, she seemed like she was just being lazy more than anything. These types of people definitely do not have any business working in the hospitality business. As a business owner myself, this is uncalled for and these people should be held accountable for their actions. I would have fired them on the spot!!!! After this horrible interaction, I mentioned that I was going to get my wife since she was on the booking..The housekeeper manager began yelling if that was a threat? Almost like she wanted to call the cops on me. I clearly told her why I was getting my wife, because we wanted to cancel and truthfully get the heck out of there. Never in my life have I had such a horrible experience!!!!! Not to mention even when I walked away there were guests walking by and she was still talking out loud, saying my room was disgusting with the other employees!!!! Very, very unsatisfied!!!!!! Definitely much better hotels in the area!!!! Also the hotel was pretty rundown . Submitted a complaint through Marriott app and never heard back from from the Hotel Manager Charlette so it’s obvious these people don't care too much about their customers!!!!

🥰 Stellar Staff! Very helpful and attentive to my needs (with my broken foot). LaDarius helped bring my bags to my room. Emily not only brought my breakfast and coffee to my Jeep, but she drove it to the front and helped me put my scooter in the back for me to go to work! Leslie not only brought my bags down, but she also put them in my Jeep, and secured their safe and privacy, for my departure in the morning. Jameson helped plate my breakfast and coffees, as well as brining everything to my Jeep! Although understaffed, everyone made me feel like more than just a valued customer, but took care of all my (Special) needs with such kindness! I'm so grateful for them! Thank you Team! ❤️🙏 Very comfy bed and pillow! Great stay!

Nice enough, but clearly struggling. Lots of little things (tiles in bathroom cracked, windows old and cloudy, desk chair failing apart) in disrepair. Proximity to highway makes it loud, even at night. Positives are it's cheap, good location, and has a good breakfast with cereal, bagels, wakes, rotating egg dish. It also has a nice workout room and small pool.

Great stay with affordable price. Room was clean & spacious, bed was comfortable, and staff was super friendly. I didn't get to try breakfast or the pool as our schedule was pretty busy with running around town. Would definitely stay again!

This was easily the worst smelling hotel room I have ever stayed in. The sour rotten smell was inescapable and I could not wait to leave. The room did not feel clean, look clean, or smell clean. I have never been unhappier with a hotel stay in my life.

The rooms are bright at night from massive lights in the parking lots. There are flashing LEDs on the ceiling from a built-in smoke detector. The hallways smell like marijuana smoke and the floors out there were not vacuumed. The continental breakfast ran out of coffee at 8am, but it had been refilled later when I checked at 9:30am.

Upon checking in there is a sign that if you want housekeeping in the morning you must tequest it the night before. I’m sorry, but I though it was standard practice to clean every room that did not have a do not disturb sign on the door. There laundry room only takes quarters. They sell detergent and bounce sheets, but when I asked for $5 in change, they responded, “I’m sorry, we don’t have quarters.” What a freaking joke. Although they have to printers in their lobby for guests to “connect and print” they cannot physically print you out a receipt for your stay since their computer is not hooked up to a printer. Breakfast- not too bad!

Location is good, as it's by the highway but it's an older facility so rooms aren't amazing. It's just a place to sleep. The front desk clerk, Juan was VERY hospitable and accommodating. Kudos to Juan for great customer service. That's why I give a "5" for service.

I will say to have a young employee such is Emily to be very pleasant she was very helpful. I can tell the manager Charlot not sure if that's how her name is spelled is doing her best with managing everyone well. I love that Mary greets every one to eat and she keeps the kitchen and dining area clean. Definitely keep her around she works very hard to do her job. The house keeping staff can be a little more nicer and smile however I know people have bad days anyway. I would highly recommend this place, just a note. I didn't know there was a business station, I told the manager James why I was here however it would be nice to know after so many days that I could of print, fax, and scan without going to Kinkoes....

ONE OF THE WORST HOTELS I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. We checked in on Thursday night. As we walked in to the hotel, the receptionist was eating and she got up to come check us in. We were not greeted in and the young lady was very unfriendly. She couldn't find our reservation even though after giving me the sheet of paper they had, I showed our name to her. We walked into a warm room. In our room, The toilet did not flush, the bathtub didn't drain and the microwave did not work...We went to the lobby next morning and told the receptionist about the issues. We were told that there was no one working and they will have someone fix it on Monday.(we were staying Thursday thru Saturday). Breakfast was included in the price and once we went to eat breakfast Saturday morning, there was no coffee, no food and the girl who was working solo was running around and crying. (sobbing). She couldn't handle the volume and they did not have any other help and were low in food. Food was disgusting. Coffee was cold and there was barely any food on the table. Upon checking out on Saturday, I went upfront to check out and there was a young man in the front desk. I told him about all the issues we had at the room and all he said was sorry. (he introduced himself as the assistant manager). We left the hotel very very disappointed. I have stayed in many Marriott hotels and sister hotels, but this one by far is THE WORST EXPERIENCE i have ever had in a hotel. It is being run by a whole bunch of kids and unprofessionals. Shame on you Marriott!!!!! Oh I forgot to add, that on the second night, the front manager showed up at our door telling us we should not be in that room because someone had called and cancelled the reservation. Later on to find out that the young lady who checked us in put the wrong info in. Not a """sorry """ or anything.

I had a great experience at this hotel. Breakfast was delicious ,the person in charge was efficient and was making sure everything was in order 👍 The ladies at the reception (Tia) & (Whitney) were so nice and professional 🙌👌.

Avoid this place like the plague. I had a confirmed reservation in Mid May. Around 10:30 pm, I received a call from the property telling me that they were sold out and I could call one of their other properties to see if they would honor my rate. After an 8 hour drive, I just got on the Hilton app and found a room for the night. After complaining to Marriott corporate, I received a call from the operations manager who offered to credit my loyalty account with points as a way to make up for the inconvenience. Seems like it was only lip service as the points have never been credited. Marriott needs to drop them from their portfolio.

Street Address in Garmin GPS take you to wrong place, about a 1/4 mile away. Stay was good except for foot stomper upstairs. Staff was great. Especially the gal at the counter when I checked in. Old school customer service was refreshing!

We stayed in 2 suites for 2 nights for family attending nearby TCU graduation. The suites were nice, comfortable, clean. What made the stay memorable was the accommodating and friendly staff including Caymon at front desk, Tawanna the Housekeeping manager, and hotel manager Grace. Our complicated family get-together was made smoother by their great customer service. The gentleman who cooked breakfast sausages for the free breakfast was also friendly. It's the little things that make a stay less stressful and more pleasant. Looking forward to returning for a Fall graduation.

Fairly nice accommodations at a reasonable price. The staff was also very friendly. The room was very clean and had good furnishings. The breakfasts left quite a bit to be desired, but no one seems to be doing breakfasts well every since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. The elevator and hallways could use some updating. Overall, my experience at this location was a pleasant one.

Took over 30 minutes to get checked in and we were only one at front desk. No hot water. No ice. Room dirty. Office chair had seat peeling off. No one came to cleanup room. No one brought towels. To top it off, @ 8:30am got a call from front desk about noise complaint. 4yr old grandson was going between rooms but nothing as loud as all the drunks the night before. Sorry we woke them up!!! Bad experience all around. Will not stay at this location ever again.
